now I remember why I left the store last year when I went in to buy a new phone... they never have enough employees , or there's always an excuse someone's at lunch someone called in sick, .... and yes these things happen understandable... but when someone walks in and you say five minutes and a half an hour goes by and you know you're going to be another half hour , or more.... maybe let the customer know ...they may want to come back later or let them know that it's gonna be even longer here's another thing maybe get a couple of chairs and so people can see it while you're waiting forever also I heard this is not a legitimate AT&T store so twice now I have left the store and gone across town to the other AT&T which has always given me good service read more

I went into this store several times to follow up on two phones that went missing when I traded them in. The "Loyalty Department" of ATT had told me to request the manager Albert fix this issue because this was an "in store purchase" . However, Albert the manager keeps saying he "can't do anything" and that the sales person "Amy" (that I traded my phones to) is "no longer here"... I asked for his managers contact info which he refused to provide. He keeps telling ATT that "he has contacted the higher ups" and is claiming they have not contacted him. ATT told him he is the one that would credit me for the phones. They just keep blaming each other for who's responsible and several frustrating months later, I have yet to be credited for this disaster. In the meantime, I will be reporting this store to the BBB for its unprofessional and fraudulent business conduct. read more

This is not an true ATT store! Albert the manager is a scammer and a liar. He added the protect advantage plan without asking the customer, went back to get it canceled and Albert said it was canceled and again received a text that I had the protection plan. I called ATT directly and had to have them remove it! Albert the manger must get an some type of compensation for adding services as he does this maliciously. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! read more

I usually don't write reviews but I felt it was necessary because in this day and age good service is out of the ordinary. I had a very complex problem with 2 phones that is to drawn out to get into, after numerous visits into the store Albert and Adam gave me exemplary service! They displayed extreme knowledge while at the same time being polite and respectful with my lack of knowledge ( I was also very stressed because I was flying to Virginia in a few days and thought I would be without a functioning phone). I was considering changing carriers after my phone problems but due to the good service in the store I think I will remain with AT&T for now. read more

I do not recommend using this ATT. You can't trust the employees because they have claimed I never turned in two of the phones (I gave them three practically new Verizon Iphones). What is interesting is that I read a review that the same issues I had with the same employee (Amy) someone else had experienced about 3 months before me. She added a line that didn't exist (which I was paying for). She took my 2 phones that never arrived and I have yet to be credited for. About a week after my boys got their new ATT phones, they stopped working and I was told by the manager Albert that "they were ported incorrectly". So I had to go a few days without phone service with no credit for the inconvenience. This same issue happened to another customer that was helped by Amy! Customer service did not help and the owner never contacted me. Worst experience ever!! read more

AT&T is the worst .. the pure shit of cell carriers. Rude untrained cust serv people, no supervisors available . They just Double monthly prices without notice! My bill was $107.00 for years for 2 phones (which is high already) my fault I was not paying attention .. I suddenly get a bill for $189.00 for one month no advance notice! AHOLES .. then upon calling to terminate I find out it's billed a month in advance and no credit for unused service .. I went that same day to T MOBILE and got two lines a $70, no taxes and free Netflix monthly subscription FUCK AT&T !! read more

We were very fortunate to be sent to this store in Temecula. My wife and I had a terrible experience at the Corporate Verizon store in Carlsbad. The salesperson, spent the entire time looking up plans and never showed us the phones we were asking about. We then went to the Corporate AT&T store in Vista. Horrible service, the store was in complete disarray ( I was shocked that this was a corporate store) We had our names placed on a list, we were third on the list. After wandering around aimlessly for a half hour, we left, without a word being said to us. AT&T had the best deal, so I ordered 4 phones online, and we had to go to Temecula, about 20 miles away to get our phones. Amanda was our very awesome, professional sales rep that was absolutely the best! Had we ran into Amanda last week, we would have bought on the spot! Amanda helped us with our phones, helped us make sure that the port was complete, helped us make transfer of data from our existing phones, etc. You will not find a better representative at ANY cell phone store. I've had T-mobile for 16+ years and moved 14 miles outside Temecula to discover they had NO cell tower there. I was helped by Chrystian Mendoza, who was fabulous! He worked patiently with me for over an hour getting T-mobile to unlock my phone so we could complete the switch. He was kind, patient and professional. I'm a senior so I'm used to "techy" people treating me like I'm an idiot dinosaur. He was so respectful and I appreciated that more than he may know. read more

FYI - this is a AT&T retail store and not a authorized dealer. Only two staff members there on a Monday morning and one of them was on a break at 11:15 am. Zero professionalism and dressed sloppy. I got charged $5 for a SIM card even though I am a new customer to AT&T. Do yourself a favor and drive the further distance to an authorized AT&T store. I was in another AT&T store in Costa Mesa on Saturday and that staff was spot on, nicely dressed and completely professional on a Saturday morning. read more

I went into this store with a. It of apprehension about switching back to AT&T after many years of outstanding service. AT&T was working on cell towers in my neighborhood aiding me to necessitate a switch to a new carrier. The CSR Alexandria greeted me upon entering the store was patient and knowledgeable answering all my questions. She was able to get me up and running in no time. After a week my wife then when in and opened a new business account and added my service to hers. AT&T was having a promotion on Iwatches so my wife order two for us. The watches arrived within a few days and we were contacted as promised to come in and get them set up. There was some wrong with mine and after many calls to AT&T it became apparent that a new watch was in order. The store manager Franco contacted a AT&T corporate store and called in a favor to obtain a new watch for me. Franco stated that he would drive and pick up my watch the next day on his day off and deliver it back to the store and contact me. Franco followed thru with his promise and had the watch ready and setup by the time I arrived at the store. I can't say enough about all the employees at this store as they all jumped in to assist me with my watch. AT&T made a great decision by bring in Franco as the manager and having such an outstanding staff! Thanks again everyone read more

I have been with AT@T for over 15 years and can not wait to cancel in 3 months and tell them to go to hell for such an awful customer service !! I was over charged for the last 20 months of 24 months contract, the customer service agrees and apologizes for not completing the paper work correctly and admit they screwed up. however when it goes to billing to credit the money they say sorry we can only do 3 months !!!!
