On multiple occasions he's called me from random #'s asking me to Zelle him some cash because he can't afford to get his phone fixed, so that's why when my phone charging port failed I knew exactly where to go. I've been on Android & Samsung for 13 years never having had an issue other than loss. So when my S24 Ultra USB-C Port got loose I was thinking of just upgrading, but having lost some key features when they released the S25 Ultra I decided to repair. Phone was at 15% and was taking 3 hrs to charge via wireless and I needed my phone for work the next day (4PM thursday). I called ahead and they said $125 without knowing what model/brand. Showed up and James quoted hour and a half which was perfect as they closed at 7 and had the port in stock. They can sure fix the easy stuff, but when I asked about cases and accessories they pretty much only carry Iphone and the latest models from other brands S24 Ultra is a flagship phone. Service was great, but my screen protector was bubbled from when they removed the glass. Not a big deal, but I wish they had my brand/model for a replacement. While i was browsing I heard James interacting with another customer which gave me pause as he didn't seem to have any sympathy for them wanting to save an old phone which had pictures that were priceless to them. Loss of a star for that. Haven't had any issues since and I'll likely return if I ever have need for repair not through my insurance.

Due to another fact a ps5 was taken in for a hdmi port replacement which gave us an estimated absurd amount of between $130-170 payed extra which led up to $205 with taxes to get it so call refurbished. Which mean thoroughly cleaned and replacement of thermo paste. Got it back dusty. The fan was filled with debre. And I don't think the put in a new thermo paste because the ps5 heat up above 70 degrees instead of 60 and under if a new thermo paste was added. Poor service after all since I payed $205 just for a single hdmi port to be replaced

Dear Verizon Customer Service,…read more I am writing to share my disappointment with a recent experience. Verizon used to provide what I considered some of the best customer service--representatives were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and focused on resolving the issue. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very different. In my opinion, the level of service has gone from 100% to 3%. I recently needed a replacement phone. The first representative I spoke with was kind, although she spoke incessantly and repeatedly tried to discuss upgrades. I explained at least four times that I am not the person who makes decisions regarding upgrades or changes to our account. I also told her several times that I needed to get off the phone because my phone was overheating and the battery was dying--which was the reason I needed a replacement in the first place. She told me that, because I had been so nice, she would waive both the $49 replacement fee and the $14 delivery fee. She also told me the replacement phone would arrive on Monday. Later, I realized I had forgotten to ask about the size of the replacement phone, so I called back. Unfortunately, my experience with the second representative was even more frustrating. He was very intense and would not allow me to end the call, despite my repeatedly explaining that I do not make decisions regarding our account. I eventually told him I had to go and hung up. He then called me several times and left multiple messages, including one that simply said, "Wow." I found this behavior inappropriate and uncomfortable. The delivery experience was also frustrating. I had arranged for my daughter to be at my home to sign for the phone based on the delivery date I was originally given. Verizon then changed the delivery date, so I sent her home. The date was changed again, and FedEx attempted delivery in the meantime. This created unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. To add to my frustration, I am now being charged the $49 replacement fee, despite being specifically told by the first representative that it would be waived. We have been Verizon customers for approximately 15 years, and it is disappointing to feel that customer service has become so focused on sales and upgrades rather than listening to and helping the customer. Pushy sales tactics are irritating, especially when a customer has clearly stated multiple times that they are not authorized to make those decisions. Verizon can do better. We have remained loyal customers for many years, but experiences like this have caused us to seriously consider whether it is time to take our business to another company. I would appreciate someone reviewing this situation, including the promised waiver of the replacement and delivery fees, as well as the repeated and unwanted calls from the second representative. Sincerely, Valerie Wood

TL;DR: Daniel is a great computer tech and a really nice, helpful and knowledgeable guy :)…read more I brought my PC in after the motherboard shorted out on me. I was originally going to go the RMA route with Costco where I got the PC bundle from originally, as it was still under warranty. But Costco insisted they reserve the right to unilaterally delete all the data on my PC during the free fix. And backing up the data myself at that point would mean voiding my warranty with Costco Daniel was really helpful with explaining the list of options I could go down -- whether it was just for him to backup my data in a way to retain my Costco warranty and then have Costco fix the motherboard for free -- or have Daniel do a semi-rebuild of my PC, replacing the motherboard with something that isn't just going to crap out in another year or two like the first one. I went with the latter, and I'm glad I did. And Daniel was way quicker with the turnaround than I expected, got me my PC back in a week, just before they closed for the weekend. I also got a free month of their tech support service with the purchase. Great shop, would recommend! (assuming my PC holds up for years to come, which I feel very confident it will)
