On multiple occasions he's called me from random #'s asking me to Zelle him some cash because he can't afford to get his phone fixed, so that's why when my phone charging port failed I knew exactly where to go. I've been on Android & Samsung for 13 years never having had an issue other than loss. So when my S24 Ultra USB-C Port got loose I was thinking of just upgrading, but having lost some key features when they released the S25 Ultra I decided to repair. Phone was at 15% and was taking 3 hrs to charge via wireless and I needed my phone for work the next day (4PM thursday). I called ahead and they said $125 without knowing what model/brand. Showed up and James quoted hour and a half which was perfect as they closed at 7 and had the port in stock. They can sure fix the easy stuff, but when I asked about cases and accessories they pretty much only carry Iphone and the latest models from other brands S24 Ultra is a flagship phone. Service was great, but my screen protector was bubbled from when they removed the glass. Not a big deal, but I wish they had my brand/model for a replacement. While i was browsing I heard James interacting with another customer which gave me pause as he didn't seem to have any sympathy for them wanting to save an old phone which had pictures that were priceless to them. Loss of a star for that. Haven't had any issues since and I'll likely return if I ever have need for repair not through my insurance.

Which mean thoroughly cleaned and replacement of thermo paste. Got it back dusty. The fan was filled with debre. And I don't think the put in a new thermo paste because the ps5 heat up above 70 degrees instead of 60 and under if a new thermo paste was added. Poor service after all since I payed $205 just for a single hdmi port to be replaced

They charged $129.99+tax for replacing it with a non-Apple battery while (i found out later) Apple only charged $99.99 Apple also provides 1 year warranty vs the shop's 30 days. The 'new' battery while performs better than my old one, it's not quite up to my expectations as one charge is good for around 12 hours (on energy saving mode). One more thing, when checked out, they solicited tips for their work which I turned down but nonetheless left a bad taste in my mouth.

In December, I went into this store because Verizon was offering a buyout deal -- they were…read moresupposed to buy out what I still owed on my phone and let me choose a new model. I was told it would be paid off. It was not. Now I have a bill this month for $700 and some odd dollars to pay it off. While I was there, they also told me I needed an upgrade for my 5G network and offered me a new box. I agreed to the upgrade. They told me I didn't need to fill out anything and that I did not need to turn in the old box. When I later called 611 to confirm everything, I found out the store had set my account up completely wrong. They had it charging me for two 5G boxes (so I was being billed twice), and I was also being charged to pay off my phone -- even though I was promised it would be paid off under the buyout. This store was extremely unprofessional and clearly didn't know what they were doing. They royally messed up my account and it took me a full week to get everything cleared up with Verizon (611). Verizon has now told me that going forward the only store I should use is the Verizon-owned store by Olive Garden in Carlsbad, and that it's the only legitimate Verizon store in the area. But Costco insisted they reserve the right to unilaterally delete all the data on my PC during the free fix. And backing up the data myself at that point would mean voiding my warranty with Costco Daniel was really helpful with explaining the list of options I could go down -- whether it was just for him to backup my data in a way to retain my Costco warranty and then have Costco fix the motherboard for free -- or have Daniel do a semi-rebuild of my PC, replacing the motherboard with something that isn't just going to crap out in another year or two like the first one. I went with the latter, and I'm glad I did. And Daniel was way quicker with the turnaround than I expected, got me my PC back in a week, just before they closed for the weekend. I also got a free month of their tech support service with the purchase. Great shop, would recommend! (assuming my PC holds up for years to come, which I feel very confident it will)

Somehow after spending two hours, yes two hours with a new person who said she was training, the program written that I gave her was not what she signed me up for. She took my sim card out of my existing phone and did not put it back. Because of the outrageous time I spent doing this and the fact that the program I signed up for wasn't what she did, I cancelled. I am now trying to reinstate my previous phone service. The employees at this location aren't professional. You will spend way too much time with incompetence and a lack of consideration for the customer. Stay away from this location.
