On multiple occasions he's called me from random #'s asking me to Zelle him some cash because he can't afford to get his phone fixed, so that's why when my phone charging port failed I knew exactly where to go. I've been on Android & Samsung for 13 years never having had an issue other than loss. So when my S24 Ultra USB-C Port got loose I was thinking of just upgrading, but having lost some key features when they released the S25 Ultra I decided to repair. Phone was at 15% and was taking 3 hrs to charge via wireless and I needed my phone for work the next day (4PM thursday). I called ahead and they said $125 without knowing what model/brand. Showed up and James quoted hour and a half which was perfect as they closed at 7 and had the port in stock. They can sure fix the easy stuff, but when I asked about cases and accessories they pretty much only carry Iphone and the latest models from other brands S24 Ultra is a flagship phone. Service was great, but my screen protector was bubbled from when they removed the glass. Not a big deal, but I wish they had my brand/model for a replacement. While i was browsing I heard James interacting with another customer which gave me pause as he didn't seem to have any sympathy for them wanting to save an old phone which had pictures that were priceless to them. Loss of a star for that. Haven't had any issues since and I'll likely return if I ever have need for repair not through my insurance.

And I don't think the put in a new thermo paste because the ps5 heat up above 70 degrees instead of 60 and under if a new thermo paste was added. Cesar asked me if I wanted to save $20 a month and said I was being overcharged. I asked if it changed my plan. Cesar replied that 'new savings plan' would be locked in for three years and then, it could change. I replied no, my plan is paid for me (my son in-law pays), so I can't make a decision to change the plan. Again, I asked if I'm eligible for a discount or free phone. Cesar rudely replied I already said no. Because he is an employee of few words, I know he did not share that. I shared he did not bring up the phone, just the savings plan. Cesar's response was, this conversation is over. No eye contact and dismissive. I kindly told Cesar, being kind to customers is important, and arguing is not. Then I left. I hate to see a young person ruin their chances, or lose opportunities, because they have a bad attitude. Hopefully, a manager sees this, and has to talk with this young man

This place helped me twice and both times they have been awesome…read more I was in an urgency to restart a 2017 IPhone for legal reasons, with a dead battery, broken screen...I wasn't sure the phone was actually still functional (it had been run over by a truck). The repair person (I do not know his name) didn't make me any promises. He simply said that he'll try to see if it starts and go from there. I agreed to pay some $$ for a diagnosis even though it wasn't requested when I dropped the phone. I told the repair man to charge me for a broken screen anyways if the phone was still useable. 2 hours after dropping the phone, I received a text saying that my old phone was ready, it has full access and charges well. I paid $55 for the (super fast) service. Competent, efficient and friendly staff.

They said…read moreit would be just like new, and when I picked it up they said don't mind the static look of the screen, that's just the adhesive, oh and also it's now a matte finish instead of like the original but these last longer, etc. It split within a week, the static never went away, it super sucks. I won't even bother trying again. The original screen held up great for years. This one not even for the first day.

They charged $129.99+tax for replacing it with a non-Apple battery while (i found out later) Apple only charged $99.99 Apple also provides 1 year warranty vs the shop's 30 days. The 'new' battery while performs better than my old one, it's not quite up to my expectations as one charge is good for around 12 hours (on energy saving mode). One more thing, when checked out, they solicited tips for their work which I turned down but nonetheless left a bad taste in my mouth.

And when I did, it turned out that it wasn't their fault, but was from faulty parts. They never said any form of "it isn't our fault". They just fixed it and apologized for the inconvenience. Also, the owners actually give a dam* about their customers.
