So their store is currently busy with pre-orders for the new iPhone. -She doesn't know when they're gonna get them in -She can't refer me to another store to let me know if they have them in stock -They can order it for me, have it shipped to my home, then I can come in the store and have them apply it on my phone. This is the only solution. I asked if she was able to do that for me , she said yes. There is about six or seven people in front of me just for her to put in an order for my privacy shield. It would take about 40 to 45 minutes. I'll have to come back, my lunch break is only 30 mins. I must admit I'm very disappointed with T-Mobile customer service. It seems like they're making it almost impossible for customers be able to have the flexibility to just come in and out. Everything is online.
