Somehow after spending two hours, yes two hours with a new person who said she was training, the program written that I gave her was not what she signed me up for. She took my sim card out of my existing phone and did not put it back. Because of the outrageous time I spent doing this and the fact that the program I signed up for wasn't what she did, I cancelled. I am now trying to reinstate my previous phone service. The employees at this location aren't professional. You will spend way too much time with incompetence and a lack of consideration for the customer. Stay away from this location.

I went to the San Marcos Att store the guy was all alone and had no one to help him so I went to the vista store. The vista store was a little busy but one guy was free. After checking the account we dropped the phone off and got a receipt'. No issues. All good.

In December, I went into this store because Verizon was offering a buyout deal -- they were…read moresupposed to buy out what I still owed on my phone and let me choose a new model. I was told it would be paid off. It was not. Now I have a bill this month for $700 and some odd dollars to pay it off. While I was there, they also told me I needed an upgrade for my 5G network and offered me a new box. I agreed to the upgrade. They told me I didn't need to fill out anything and that I did not need to turn in the old box. When I later called 611 to confirm everything, I found out the store had set my account up completely wrong. They had it charging me for two 5G boxes (so I was being billed twice), and I was also being charged to pay off my phone -- even though I was promised it would be paid off under the buyout. This store was extremely unprofessional and clearly didn't know what they were doing. They royally messed up my account and it took me a full week to get everything cleared up with Verizon (611). Verizon has now told me that going forward the only store I should use is the Verizon-owned store by Olive Garden in Carlsbad, and that it's the only legitimate Verizon store in the area. I strongly suggest avoiding third-party stores after what I went through
