She took my sim card out of my existing phone and did not put it back. While I was there, they also told me I needed an upgrade for my 5G network and offered me a new box. I agreed to the upgrade. They told me I didn't need to fill out anything and that I did not need to turn in the old box. When I later called 611 to confirm everything, I found out the store had set my account up completely wrong. They had it charging me for two 5G boxes (so I was being billed twice), and I was also being charged to pay off my phone -- even though I was promised it would be paid off under the buyout. This store was extremely unprofessional and clearly didn't know what they were doing. They royally messed up my account and it took me a full week to get everything cleared up with Verizon (611). Verizon has now told me that going forward the only store I should use is the Verizon-owned store by Olive Garden in Carlsbad, and that it's the only legitimate Verizon store in the area. I strongly suggest avoiding third-party stores after what I went through
