I only come here because of Nicole! She is efficient, friendly and knowledgeable and she has a great attitude! Also I like that she really does try to help and not just a scan and payment person! Yesterday I had to ship out of the country and "customs" has rules that I was not aware of but instead of just telling me to look for something online she helped find it! Who does that? Value wise- we can choose to go to any store let's face it no one offers more than or cheaper than the others- but I come here because she is so helpful! So thank you Nicole! Very efficient service and they have a self service area for Amazon returns with or without a box/label. The line was long but it went down quickly because they're very efficient and friendly too. You don't feel rushed. They smile and take their time to help you. Help them by having your QR codes ready before you go up to the counter. If you have an iPhone you can add them to your Apple wallet. Just delete it after. They take USPS packages but no receipt but it's nice they take them so you don't have to go to the post office too. I've never had a package lost and I've used them over year. read more

If you're open until a specific posted time, don't have your doors closed and locked before that time. If you do and a customer comes to the door and tries to open it, unlock the door and let them; especially if they have a pre paid, packaged item that merely needs to be scanned in. Also, if the customer can see that one of the employees wants the key holding employee to open the door for the customer, open the door. Train this "customer service" staff on customer service. read more

very unprofessional regarding mail being put in customer mailboxes, it's mostly always a day late, the employees are powerless or so they say. One time they said they had no transportation to pick up mail at post office . They cramm everything on your box so tightly you cannot get your mail out, misplaced mail is comman place. Arrived about 5:10pm knowing they were open until 6. Eight people in front of me then 3 more behind. The woman is helping a customer and it takes about 20 minutes. The man working there is stacking and packing the boxes they have taken in that day and doesn't seem to care about the line. One of them indicates that they have another employee there but she's on a break. Why? does someone take a break the busiest hour of the day. I ask the man to help with the line and he says to me, "then whose going to do this (pack the packages) YOU?" It pissed me off so I told him he needed to pay attention to the line! Like, customer service, anyone? By 5:30 the employee comes off her break and he goes to get the packages at the self help kiosk. Worth noting that he suggested we use that instead of wait but myself and another customer told him it hadn't worked before and we didn't want to use it. While I was there he never did help customers at the counter and I have noticed this from him on other visits as well. He must own the place... read more

The guy behind the counter was super slow. It took over 45 mins to drop two Amazon drop offs that took him 5 mins. He needs help.

I have gone to this location multiple times and never had a problem except for lines being a little long. Today was a different story. I was "helped" by a "sher" that could not help me ship a package. One that I have shipped to the same address from the same store multiple times. Unfortunately he was the only one working and after 40 minutes I had to go home with my package. If you see a girl working you'll be in great hands!! If you see this Sher person (that claims to be the owner) just turn around and walk out. I swear it will be worth it to keep your sanity. As a follow up to this review: the next morning I went to the ups store on el Norte. I was in and out within ten minutes and surprise surprise they had no struggles sending my package. Save yourself!!! Do not visit this ups!!! Drive the extra time. You'll still be getting time back in your day and not the headache if dealing with Sher. read more

I always come here when I need to return an Amazon package or if I have to send a package. It's usually busy. They have their regulars that come in always trying to jump the line but I love how Sherri tells them politely to wait in line like the rest of us. Great customer service! read more

The older woman working the counter seemed absolutely miserable. I brought three items in to return to Amazon. One item was a bit heavy, a bed frame and I struggled carrying it in since I'm 9months pregnant. She gave me a strange look then told me to put it up on the scale. I laughed because I thought she was kidding at first. Instead of offering to help me or doing it herself she seriously expected me to lift it up on the counter. I told her I could do it if she helped and she then did so. The entire experience was odd and off putting from a customer service standpoint. What else is odd is that none of my returns are showing up as being received several days later. Whenever I use the Temecula UPS store I get a notification within hours that my return is being processed. Not sure I will use this place again unfortunately. read more

I went to UPS to return an Amazon item. The person at the front told me that I have to buy a box because they cannot reuse the same box from Amazon. I was surprised because I've had an Amazon business for many years and never heard about that. I called Amazon customer support and they told me that it's not true, which is why Amazon gave me a QR code to return the item. This UPS location gets paid from Amazon, and they still want to rip off customers - not cool. By the way, I went back to my regular UPS near my office at Shadowridge and returned the item without any questions asked. read more

I always thought the name, UPS Store, stood for something, and that they backed their service. The answer is NO!!! I paid just under $100 to have a letter mailed to Reno on June 27- GUARANTEED for the next day delivery. Guess what? It didn't get there until July 1 - FOUR DAYS LATER! Went into the store that week and talked with a male employee (didn't get his name because I trusted that they would do what they said. He called the owner, who said he needed to contact the corporate UPS, who would email me and initiate a check for a refund. 7/30 NOTHING.... Went into the store and spoke with Sheenalee, who was VERY helpful. She looked it up and tried to file for a refund, but couldn't. She talked with the owner who said he would follow up and contact me. Cricket... cricket... 8/6 Went back AGAIN and spoke its Sheenalee. She showed me how the system would not let her initiate a claim if the delivery was late, so she again called the owner. He said he would be in that afternoon, and then call me. I am still waiting.... It has been SIX weeks since this happened. Do NOT use this store for anything that has a time crunch to it!!!! read more

This location has turned some pages for the positive. In the past, this location needed a lot of help from customer service and being cleaner. The new manager is doing all she can to train and staff happy, competent employees. The lines move faster and they are doing their best to serve the community of Fallbrook. Sher has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in a professional business. If he is in charge at this location, he definitely shouldn't be. I witnessed him belittling a fellow female employee. Which is basically a form of harassment whether it's verbal or sexual is harassment he should be fired for what I have witnessed. I don't even like going to that UPS store because he works there in fact, McKenzie, the employee he was with helped me, but he had a snide look on his face while she was doing a fine job helping me and giving excellent customer service While he looked on almost in Disbelief that I was getting helped by her so easily when I'm sure he was planning to give me a hard time like every time I have dealt with this guy one time he tried to overcharge me for a stamp to mail a card to Canada $106 he says and I was like what For a stamp and he was like yes and I was like no give me my letter back. I am fucking leaving. I took my letter to the post office and got a stamp from the man behind the counter there for $1.50 and mailed my letter to Canada with that stamp. I'm sure you've had more complaints about this Sher guy from other customers, so please do the right thing and terminate this joker he's making your business look bad and your star rating is very low there 3 1/2 stars out of five. He's the reason. The only reason I put one star is because you don't have a negative stars that I can rate him at. But I would rate McKenzie service a five star rating. read more

The ENTIRE process from when we walked into the door to when we left was so pleasant. I'll be honest before I avoided going in because of how rude one of the other employees was... I have a mailbox here and just absolutely dreaded going in because of the repeated mistreatment I was getting... & my entire family was feeling this way we used to Rock Paper Scissors who had to go in... I send large print jobs here on occasion, and every time I go to pick them up the woman at the desk declares I didn't pay enough for the job when I paid online. Yesterday my print job wasn't done properly and she determined, without looking at my order based on the price it was, you guessed it... BECAUSE I DID NOT PAY ENOUGH. She then proceeded to tell me it would take another 24 hours to correct the issue, and asked a man to come from the back. He resolved my issue same day, within minutes, without telling me I payed too little. That was the last time I'll go to the place. There's other print shops in town that won't heckle at me for the price I paid. So long UPS store In response to the "the guy in the back": I appreciate your response but, you should never have someone declare a customer hasn't paid enough for a product. It depends on the time & day, this UPS Store gets really busy, and I generally just drop-off Amazon Return Items for many years. Reshma is friendly, willing to help for any inquiries, respectful, and professional. I am giving her 5 stars on this review as a hard-working UPS Employee! Having an additional Clerk to provide assistance during the high traffic hours to successfully getting the Customer moving would be nice, then tension and frustrations will be alleviated when it comes to long wait. I hate leaving bad reviews, but man, I just need to stop going to this UPS store. I live in Bonsall so I move between this store, the one in O'side, and the one in Vista. I don't know why I continue to come to this one. It's the worst I've ever been to. The employees are the rudest I've ever encountered. The only thing consistent about this place is the terrible customer service. Every employee seems unhappy and is unhelpful. I have tried to give this location a chance multiple times. Above and beyond a five star rating for the most delightful, friendly and most professional team who made my Tuesday morning that was a bit off change it into a much better day. The warm welcoming greetings and smiles from Sheenalee and Anthony was so heartwarming. They both kindly helped me understand Amazon's policy to repackage a return back to Amazon in a plain outer box. Before I left, Anthony and Sheenalee generated both a return label to correspond to my Amazon return tracking number and a receipt for backup. Sheenalee kindly told me to make sure this label was placed on my package so I would not have to redo my Amazon return. I went home, repackaged the item, placed the label on and proceeded to have a "Ground Hog" day of repeating my return. Again, entering I was warmly greeted by Sheenalee and Anthony with friendly smiles and welcomes. I completed my return easily and left with a reminder by both of these two delightful people "that things will be better and to keep smiling" as they both do throughout their day. Such exceptional individuals who made me feel like a most valued customer as they did to each person ahead of me as I waited my turn in line. In this fast paced world we live in, it is such a wonderful and pleasant experience to slow down a bit and share a smile with Sheenalee and Anthony. They both take great pride in their work and above all, extend the warmest of greetings to me and everyone who enters.
