I go to this UPS store about once a week mostly for Amazon returns. It is usually very busy and I always see Reshma rushing around assisting customers as quickly as possible. She does a great job and I can always rely on her to help with any needs. Even though there are long lines, she is very patient with everyone. Over the last few months I have seen 2 other employees helping Reshma but it seems they did not work out. You can see this has added a lot of stress to her. Whoever owns this business should step up and get someone in there to help. If not, I would expect Reshma can only do this for so long before she gets burnt out. I sure hope she is being well compensated for all of the extra work she does. read more

If you have an amazon return make sure you don't have to put a return slip or label into the box for your return, cause if you have to tape the box they charge or you have to buy your own roll of tape! The attitude of the employees are always like they don't wanna be at work and they are unorganized. The store is a mess with packages everywhere and the employees trip over them. Probably have UPS Driver pick up your package if you have that option! read more

I have never been here when, in the middle of my transaction, the staff have begun helping someone else. I have never been here when, in the middle of my transaction, I have been transferred to another employee. I have never been here when, the store has not been in total disarray. "The rude woman with the dark hair" that I see in other reviews is the owner's wife. She not goin anywhere. She tried charging me $2 for a few pieces of tape. Told her no go! I was even at a business event recently when, I am not joking, in the middle of me asking questions of a printer, the owner and his rude wife, interrupted me and hijacked my conversation. No "oh excuse me, I didn't see you there".... NOTHING! These people must be brain dead. They are lucky they are the only UPS in FALLBROOK.... however, I will be driving the 20 minutes down the street from now on to patronize a different store. I would rather sit in traffic and add time to my day than deal with this bs! read more

I always get great service at this UPS store location, especially from Reshma. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I've seen her handle the entire store by herself after other employees had called in sick or simply not showed up for work. She handles a very difficult situation with grace and always a smile. read more

Gets the job done when I have returns to Amazon but the lady with glasses and short dark hair is so so so rude on every occasion. I gave her a couple times(thinking maybe it was a bad day or something) nope, she's just foul.. I hate walking in there and pray while I'm standing in line I don't have to deal with her. Do better!! Reshma is always there, working solo and working very hard to handle each person's requests. She is one of the most patient people I have ever known, even when everyone comes into the store all at once. She is efficient and courteous. I've had to come here several times for family and business related needs. Every single time, the lady with the "short dark hair" has been overly, extremely, and unnecessary rude and loves to take advantage of customers. Not to mention, they overcharge for simple services, at which she tells me that it's going to be expensive! $100 to fax a small stack of papers. $40 to send a small package. Thanks for the heads up I guess? She has made countless remarks. Unreliable and slow delivery as well. The employees at UPS have to deal with so many customers, some of who take out their frustration on the employees there. Very disappointed, I don't feel the the woman with the very short hair has customer skills. I hate going there when I need to drop off Amazon returns. She always has a sour look on her face. She seems to have her favorite customers because she is friendly to some folks and not friendly to others. Apparently I am not on her friendly customer list. I was in there yesterday and she had a attitude with me, I was the only customer there and I was having issues bringing up my Amazon label. I asked if they had wifi and she said no it doesn't work! I think it's odd if you need to be on wifi for the label to be scanned. Anyways she seemed bothered by my presence. She saw that Amazon had sent me a label and said I can't help you unless you pay 3.00 for me to print the label and I would need to pay for a box to put it in. Outstanding new owned in Miguel Gonzales!!! Now mind you there was nothing bad about the previous owned but today Miguel exemplified the meaning of true customer service and pride of ownership. Our neighbors who are very senior, and limited, needed 2 witnesses for some notary work Miguel was in the process of doing for them. My wife and I jumped into the car and drove down. The paper work was tedious and involved standards specific to Hawaii. Miguel personally phone Hawaii, asked the appropriate questions and completed the process professionally and courteously. I'm a senior myself and remember quality, professionalism and kindness which I experienced in abundance today at the UPS Store in Fallbrook. This is the best UPS store I've ever dropped off at. The people there are so nice and always willing to help with all the crazy Amazon returns. They are very good at helping customers quickly. Reshma is the best no matter how busy they are when I come in she always asks how my kids are doing. Remember that there is also a Fed-Ex next to Major Market in town that can handle both Fed-Ex and UPS services. The place is smaller, but the man who runs it is very nice...I do miss the old owners of the UPS store. Brian was great, always had things done on time and they had the proper amount of help. This store is ran poorly. The manager lady is rude and not really helpful. She explained to be that the rent is too high for her to help me one piece of tape- as I paid $20+ to ship something. This woman with the short black hair is so rude , I don't know how or why she works there there were three people back there a man who was very nice then a woman who didn't once help one costumer she was in the back watching television. After I asked for assistance because I had to print out a paper and head to a appointment she didn't help.the woman in the picture with the short black hair was helping out a costumer but she had the customers papers that she needed printed on the floor upside down and not organized . She then tells the woman that she can't help her because she had the Papers unorganized yet it Was her fault. Those two woman need to be fired they don't know what they are doing. And when my paper was printed the woman tooK them and gave it to the other customer THEN she yelled at the man saying " why didn't you say anything about papers now they are more messy and unorganized" I feell bad for that man. I actually waited a few weeks to do this review. I feel that the owner of this store should really look into the older, short statured woman with short black hair that works here. And if she is the owner... I pray she reads this and takes this as feedback. She is incredibly rude and disrespectful woman. It makes me dread to visit this place but I am forced to because it is the only UPS in town. I was with my 9 year old daughter and had I not been I would have given this woman a piece of my mind. We walked into the store to return some Amazon items and I looked around and then waited in the designated line area. The rude woman was helping another customer but when she finished and the woman walked away, I walked up to the counter and set my items down. She then looked at me, said nothing, then looked at the lady who was behind me in line and said... can I help who is next? The lady in line pointed at me and said... she is next. To which rude lady reluctantly began to help me. She then packaged one item and flug it into the Amazon box. She printed out the tickets for my 2 other items and said... you need to buy an envelope we cant accept these without an envelope... put the tickets together and pushed my items back to me and said... can I help the next person? Confused but willing to problem solve on my own i realized these needed to be shipped differently from my other item... thank you rude lady for not explaining this. I went and looked for the cheapest packaging I could find because everything is overpriced there and picked up 2 10 cent plastic sleeves to ship my items for 1.99 each. I realized I had no idea which shipping sticker went with which item and I needed to pay for the sleeves... so I went and stood back in line and waited to be called up to the counter this time. Unfortunately I got rude lady again. I said politely... I am sorry I am confused I need help... I got the shipping tickets mixed up.. to which she rudely says and slams down her scanner. Yeah everyone is confused these days... to which I said... wow... really? And gave her my most dissatisfied face because my daughter was there and it took all my effort not to rip into this women for how disrespectful to a customer she was being. She was able to help me with my problem and then rung up my packaging for 3.99 each! I said I'm sorry... those are labeled 1.99... to which she says no they are not... I'm fuming at this point... walk over to the supplies and point at the 1.99 price. She states: I didnt know we had something that cheap over there. Nice right? I paid and then calmly walked out of the store. My 9 year old states... wow... that lady was really rude to you mom... if my 9 year old gets it... so should you. read more
