I've had nothing but terrible customer service each time I come here, and I try to avoid using this one because the prices are ridiculous, the fees, wait, and above all else the rude people that work here...but Amazon only takes returns thru UPS or their Amazon lockers, which the closest one is in Oceanside or Temecula. I remember I had to go in to ship a small package to another business and online it said $5 but the woman who "helped" me screamed at me saying it wasn't a business and it was $15 and I couldn't pay because I only brought in $5 because that's what it said online...she continued screaming at me and made me cry, I sobbed in my car for a little bit and drove to USPS and the total was $2.60! And USPS has really friendly people. Today I had a return, I did a label and just needed it taped...taping it was $1 and the label that I used was $1. The lady was rude and very scatterbrained, was trying to ship and work on a million other things and ignored me, all I needed was a receipt but she insisted on working on other things for 10 minutes when I could have been out the door. Avoid this place if you can! The post office is cheaper and doesn't charge for taping things. read more

They were going to charge me to tape a box shut. Think about that. There's a fee for 12" of packing tape, but no fee for the UPS label envelope. I'll NEVER be returning to this UPS store - the only one I've ever experienced that charges to tape a box shut. To amend this post: I went to the next closest proximity UPS store and guess what - no fee to tape the box closed. Enough said. read more

The customer service at this location is great. The lady is very helpful and appears to be as efficient as possible. Helping multiple customers at a time when she can. I did have a issue with the charge for taping my Amazon box closed, but the Amazon return instructions do say to TAPE the box before going to drop the package off (I hadn't noticed this before going to the store). So it is not her fault that she is charging for tape. This is the way the UPS store has set it up. She is not in charge of this. She is following company policy. I was a bit upset at first but then I realized that I am the one who did not read the Amazon return instructions carefully. read more

0-1 star for: - Charging me the wrong price... I have 76 pages of print out, and they charged me for 286 pages. + make sure you check your receipt as they tacked on a $25.00 miscellaneous charge for absolutely no reason. - Poor Customer Service from Donna and Brian- the store owner. - On the positive side, the print job was clear and the black and white ink was new looking. - SLOW-- takes about 10 min for them to ring you up (probably because they are throwing in random charges to try to gauge you)... I was quoted $79 for my print job over the phone, and somehow I ended up paying $130 for 76 pages b/w no color. -- If you are a business executive in a hurry, this is not the place for you. Detail of what happened: I used their print services to print files for work. The spreadsheet I sent to them was a large file with lots of columns. I told the representative over the phone that I needed all the columns to fit on one page, and the rows could be on several pages. When I went to pick up my file, they had printed it on 70 pages, with the columns stretching 10 pages long. So for 7 pages they printed out of rows, I had 10 pages they printed out of columns. Recall that I told her to squish the columns to fit onto one page. I had sent them several other files, which they printed incorrectly as well, but they proceeded to charge me for their test pages, as well as charging me double per page. To top it off, they counted the pages wrong, and I was left with a charge for 286 pages of print out, even though I had counted 76 pages total. They said that the large-ness of the paper they used would be = 2x charge. If I am correct with my math, that would mean that I would get charged for 152 pages max, not 286. After I counted the number of pages, AT THE SHOP, I thought I would be nice and pay the $130 or the print job, since I didn't know whether it was my mis-communication or if it was their mistake. I paid and left. Still would have given them 3 stars for having a really clear printer. (Less the 2 stars for not following directions, and even after I mentioned it to the sales lady, she just shrugged her shoulders and said that I owed them the $130). THEN, I got home and looked at the file more closely...they had printed the WRONG tab of my excel file. I had clearly marked for the associate which tab to print out. I called and politely let them know that the file print out was incorrect, and that I would need to exchange out my file for the correct print out. The sales associate said that she would look for it. I said that I could re-send the file if she prefers and I proceeded to do that, and let her know I would call back in a few minutes and see if she found my original file. I call, and the store owner gets on the phone, and says, "I hear that you are trying to get services for free?" And I reply, "No, sir, I just got the wrong file print out, and I needed the store associate to print out the correct version that I requested." He then told me that Donna mentioned to him that I wanted a "free printout", and "no one here gets anything for free. I don't do free handouts here." I thought that maybe he thought I was a different customer because I had never mentioned even exchanging or getting anything for free in my phone call to Donna. I just asked her to confirm my original file in my e-mail. But for Brian to start a phone call with that phrase, I felt like he was trying to be intimidating and obviously he is not of the "customer is always right" mentality-- where if someone had that mentality, then they would probably have returning customers. He then handed the phone to Donna, and I asked her why she told Brian that I wanted a product for free when I never asked for anything like that. She then accused me and said, "You TOLD me that you wanted the product for free!" Oh boy.... I had to let her know that I never said that, but then I decided to not argue with the print shop, and just sigh and never go back... and start a yelp account to vent about how terrible my experience was at this UPS Store at S Mission Road. And to think, I print out about 100 pages a week, and they could have made a lot of money with me coming to print out reports, etc. every week. = mucho dinero over time!! 100 pages a week at 1.79 a page for color copies, and .30 cents for black and white. By the way, to future customers who use the print services, be careful bc the sales associate will only tell you how much the pages cost, and will not tell you that there is also a "computer charge" for the amount of time they spend printing your stuff. I wound up with a $27.00 Computer Use/minute charge for that. I also looked at my receipt and they also charged "25.00" as a "Misc- non taxable" amount...what is that for? Charges up the wazoo here at the UPS store. I strongly advise staying away from this franchisee Brian's store. It is not your typical, friendly UPS store. read more

I visited this UPS Store location earlier today. I had a ton of Amazon returns and I had to ship a large package out too. The staff here was super nice and helpful during my visit. I don't have a lot of experience with sending out large packages and needed some help and advice. The woman who was most helpful during my visit was named Shirlee who helped me to understand all my options and helped me find what would work best for me. I love coming here!!! I work in the fashion industry as a independent sales rep (remotely) and need to ship out packages/samples to my clients on a monthly/weekly bases. I'm Always treated professionally and everyone goes above and beyond. I also love when Reshma helps me (the lady with short hair). She always remembers my name, knows where my packages need to go as I always ship to the same office and helps me pack my boxes efficiently so I'm not having to pay more than I should be. Thank you! I believe this store stole my package! Approximately 4-5 weeks ago I attempted to ship a box of N-95 face masks to my daughter who is a Registered Nurse whose hospital had a significant shortage of face masks. At shipping, the clerk insisted that I tell her what was in the box. I did not want to provide this information but relinquished and told her N95 masks. The masks never were delivered to my daughter and after I inquired with the owner she tracked the shipment and said that it was in their store but they were not able to locate it. I BELIEVE THEY STOLE MY PACKAGE! I have no evidence of this but it is the most likely scenario give the frantic shortage of masks during the time of shipment. Occam's razor, a principle from philosophy states the simplest answer is often the most correct. Even if they did not steal my masks the sheer incompetency of the person helping me was astounding. Three times she asked for the shipping address. On the third request I gave her my phone showing the text message with the written address shown, the clerk took it right from my phone. When the package was tracked it turned out that the address she entered was in no way close to the correct address and the package was returned to the store where it disappeared. I only will use this store because I have to. read more

And on top of that she's always on the phone! She won't even put it down to give good customer service. I literally dread coming to this store whenever I have to send my packages out. However, this last time I went to this location I was helped by this new girl there, Jackie. She is very professional and polite and answered all my questions. Super helpful! I will continue coming back to this location only to be assisted by Jackie! I have observed and experienced quite a few interesting people in line who are impatient, impersonal, rude and take it out on the wonderful counter personnel who do their best to understand and help service their customers. My daughter came in to purchase some card stock paper the lady was totally rude and had no customer service. We run a small distribution company that ships daily around the US here in the Fallbrook area. I have been to most UPS shipping stores from Temecula to Oceanside! I have seen very busy times during the day where employees work under stress to take care of all the customs and each if there needs at all of these stores! Lets face it the postal/ shipping biz. can have its moment's with cut throat margins! I personal enjoy this Fallbrook branch for the friendly smile and hello that I get from everyone who works here. I have been to this business several times in the past few years, and not once have been greeted. Recently, I went in to simply make some copies, and waited for assistance since one of their copy machines was out of order and the other one had some technical difficulty. The woman who was working at the time would not get off of a personal phone call to help me. She just kept saying she would help, but then disappeared and kept laughing, talking to her friend. After a while, I gave up and went to Postal Annex. Rick is very busy but he also knows how to juggle customers and doesn't put personal needs first, hence why I will be giving him my business from now on. read more

I don't recommend this place unless your absolutely desperate and have no other choice. I had been here once before, the lady in the short hair I believe her name is Reshna wasn't very helpful. Both times I just went in to make some copies. The first time ask her for help and she was rude and just seemed like she was annoyed that even asked . The second time which was today 7/6 I needed to make copies of some very important papers . When I first walked in it was only a gentlemen in line and she wad on the phone and I mean her cell phone. Then she got off the phone helped the gentlemen in front of me and then asked what I needed then I told her I needed to make copies but both machines at the front said I needed a key so she said ok give me a second . Then she proceeded to get on her cell phone again .By then about three other people had walked into the store. The lady behind me needed to return something so she skipped me and started to help her . And goes back to me and tells me as she's still on her cell phone to go behind the counter and use the printer behind her. So I proceed and make my copies . And mind you there was paper in there so I used it as it already was . Then when I go up to pay she tells me that I used the good paper so each copy is .50 cents. Which I'm like what?? And again she's on her cell phone as she's telling me this. So I'm like I'm sorry but I used whatever paper you already had in there so that's not my fault. I don't know who she was with on the phone but instead of helping the customer . Luckily I spoke up which I usually don't do but i wasn't going to pay .50 per paper when I had made 9 copies . She then charged me as if I had used regular paper which I appreciate. I just think this place needs better customer service . read more

I usually go to the location on Temecula Pkwy in Temecula and I almost wished I had just waited on gone there because the service here is terrible. No one acknowledges you at all and it when it was my time to go up to the counter the middle aged lady with glasses seemed annoyed. I was only here for a simple drop-off with no receipt. read more

The worst customer service ever. I have been in the 4 times and 3 times the short hair lady screwed everything up. She cannot figure out how to do something and instead of getting the owner to help her she goes on to the next client. After she is done with that client you think you would be next but that is not the case with her. When you say something she just ignores you and takes another client. Each experience with her just gets worse. They also charge you for anything they do i.e. put a piece of tape on a box. Very rude lady. I hate USPS but I will go to them for now on. read more
