We use this store to return our Amazon products. All of the staff are really nice and helpful.

The "manager" lady who works here is EXTREMELY rude and acts as if she is better than her customers. She talked down to me twice, gave me attitude, and even ripped me off by double. I went there to scan some documents and realized after I got home that she charged me over $1 per page to scan. When I called the store to remedy the situation, once again, she was rude and would not even give me her name. I highly recommend you go elsewhere for any of your printing/scanning/shipping needs. I ship several UPS envelopes everyday. When I am conducting business in Fallbrook, I used this UPS Store on 1119 S Mission (store #3607). Every single time I drop envelopes here, I have to deal with Rashma's rude and anti social behavior. Today, she told me off for dropping a single page confidential document into the shred bin located right next to the front door. I asked her why she is so rude to me every time I come in here. She could not understand that question. It's a very simple question. Bob Giramma, the owner was present and witnessed her horrible anti customer behavior. I tried to voice my concern regarding her continual poor customer service skills. He only wanted to tell me about UPS requirements of having the bin by the front door. He would not listen or address Rashma's unprofessional behavior. Being the owner, he is risking his investment in this business by keeping such a liability to customer service that Rashma continues to display. She is better suitable for work that does not involve direct customer contact. Bob is not protecting his investment wisely. I just discovered Goin Postal a few blocks away and will take my overnight delivery business to them from now on. read more

For employees working, I was the only customer in the store at one point, and it took over 35 minutes to print a document. Their network connections are super slow, they don't have an individual workstation for customers, and the staff is untrained. I asked for the big stapler, they gave it to me, it was out of staples. I then asked for staples to put inside. They did not know how to open their own stapler. I showed up. When I attempted to use the stapler, it Was broken. I go to UPS stores almost every day throughout the week for work. This one by far is the most incompetent! read more

Let me first start off by saying that I only gave this store 1 star because there is no option for 0! I myself worked for a UPS store for 3 years and no exactly how things work, and I have the common sense needed to understand the importance of providing excellent customer service. The girls here at the store are HORRIBLE, espically ANA! I have gone to this location 3 different times, each time I had a bad experience. Everytime I have gone in the girls were on their cell phones or stuffing their faces with food or talking about the drama in their lives! I was given the worst attitude every visit I had due to the 3 Mexican girls working there. Long story short I will never return to this store again and I too have contacted the BBB. If you want a thriving business with customers who WANT to return then you need to make sure you are hiring the appropriate people, which obviously,by the other yelp reviews they are NOT. I HIGHLY suggest the owners take a step back and observe the way these rude brats are treating the customers. If you need to go to a shipping store go to POSTAL ANNEX which is right down the street. The gentleman there was extremely nice and when I told him about my experience here he told me he hears the same thing from numerous people! The services are extremely overpriced, and the man who runs this location is rude. When I exclaimed in surprise about the high price, he became belligerent. I ended up leaving. I went to a competitor and paid 83% less. I guess I should be happy he caused me to leave without service---he saved me $18.15 by driving my business away. read more

Went in to mail something. Not a very friendly atmosphere. Vanessa was the girl that helped me, she was a little on the rude side.

I use the notary service a few times a year, and the two young women I've dealt with were quick, efficient, and courteous.

Stopped in to purchase a single box. While waiting in line, the customer ahead of me had brought in what looked like a cable TV box. She had the box and a prepaid shipping label. The girl behind the counter put it in the box, then charged the customer $2.00 for a piece of tape! I should have left then, because I needed a large shipping box that I usually get at the Bonsall Postal and Photo place for $4.50...they charged me $10.20!! Worth the trip down to Bonsall! read more

I received a call from Reshma regarding a package claim today. I mistakenly emailed this location with a document provided by UPS. Reshma was very rude on the phone and cut me off a handful of times while I was attempting to retrieve what information I needed going forward. This is a wonderful place to have Amazon returns taken care of efficiently quickly and accurately by the nicest of people. Reshma always goes out of her way to say hello and give a warm friendly smile as you enter the door. Reshma along with Miguel and Shirlee create a most welcoming friendly atmosphere with the assurance my packages will be labeled correctly and receipt in hand before I leave. It never ceases to amaze me how quickly my Amazon return refunds appear on my account within just a couple of hours because these great people have so accurately processed my returns. I've observed while waiting some most unusual requests for packinging items from an electric guitar to a huge living plant just to name a few that when presented to Reshma are accepted with great care and attention. She provided the customer with the various options and the shipping charges well explained as well as detailing how the items will be carefully wrapped to assure the item arrives safely. Most impressive to observe and she does it most calmly and attentively. A wonderful person who really cares about her customers and the service she provides. This Fallbrook UPS Store is so delightful. Always look forward to seeing every person who works here especially Reshma. Great great people and service! I am never disappointed. I always leave with a smile on my face because of the delightful conversations I've had with Reshma. My package had to be rerouted to your store since it could not be delivered to my PO BOX. I looked up my tracking number later on that day and see that you have sent it back to the shipper with a note saying "recipient did not order the package" which was definitely not true since I never got a phone call to confirm whether or not I ordered it. I called customer service and find out that you received it and immediately sent it back without even contacting me which is what was supposed to happen after when I had it rerouted to your store. Bottom line is, what's so hard to call the actual recipient and confirm it's at the store instead of being lazy and sending it right back. read more

It's an absolute pleasure to go into the UPS store in Fallbrook! The family and employees that run it are always so cheerful and helpful. They NEVER let me carry any big, heavy boxes to my car. They insist on doing it. On a few occasions, when one of my boxes turned up not being delivered on time, the beautiful petite lady with the dark short hair, Reshma, goes out of her way and calls me when it does finally arrive. Who does that? This family and their employees is one of the kindest, friendliest and most caring group that has ever had that franchise. I came here to send my rental textbooks back. I was asked if I wanted a receipt, and I said yes, then the worker there said "REALLY???" And then rolled her eyes. What in the world? This store had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I downloaded Yelp this evening just so I could write this review. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I just moved back to Fallbrook from Arizona, and the slogan "The Friendly Village" is completely lost on this store. I will never do business here again. The owner, Brian, was rude, condescending and downright nasty. Not only not helpful and NOT friendly, but I left the store in tears. My little 11 year old daughter was stunned at how downright MEAN he was to me. I certainly miss the FedEx people back in Phoenix. Worst costumer service I've ever have experienced living in US. The lady at the counter was unprofessional and threat me rude, I even felt it was because I'm Latin cause when other people came she was all nice and respectful, so I accuse her of being racist and I know I'm right. After charging me for boxes (which wasn't a concern for me) told me "if you can't hold the boxes while I tape it then I can't help you" and immediately "showed" me how to hold the boxes. Even if I'm having a hard time getting whatever she's saying or even if I'm not "American" I deserve the same respect that everyone who's having costumer service. While she was taping the boxes and I was helping her holding it she started making weird sounds with her mouth because I wasn't moving the box whoever she wanted it. Anyways, not coming back to this place, I can't even believe there's people in California WHERE 55% of the population is Latino that just act so impolite and it's sad for someone that's just starting her day (it was 7 am) cross with someone so sadly frustrated at her job. I just got ripped off at the store. The bill for sending my Holiday gift package off to my uncle, and the print outs I had to make was different than the posted price (they billed me for $26.00 more than the original quote-- what the sales associate, Brian Church, quoted me). If you do not want to have a credit card dispute at the store, make sure you just walk out of there and bring your package and whatever other services you may need somewhere else (make the extra 10 minute drive to Temecula's ups store it is well worth it!) , because they will NOT offer you a refund if you sign the receipt. Don't waste your money, and this place will not save you time with all the charges they try to tuck into your bill that you will have to dispute. Waited over 20 minutes and when it was my turn the older gentleman did not know what he was supposed to do I walked him through it (I send many packages and watched Brian) I requested ground and he insisted on a different way but I told him I wasn't a newbie at shipping and wanted ground (cheaper). I agree with Curtis (8/14/18). I was just there returning a package to amazon, and the short lady with short hair babbled on about my height non-stop, then told me she would take care of the package no problem, but when I politely asked her to please put a small piece of tape on it to seal it, she told me that THIS time she would do so but next time that she would not and charge me. I thought that she was joking and, therefore, asked her politely if she was serious; she replied she was. Are you serious? First of all, amazon gave me precise instructions to follow which I did. Two, you are going to charge . . . for a piece of tape . . . even though, three, the lady told me a second earlier that she would take care of it?! Which one is it?! PLEASE teach your personnel proper etiquette or FIRE that lady with short hair (name unknown)! Absolutely outrageous! You go to a store to drop off a package but instead encounter DRAMA! Love the girls there. So fast and straight to the point. Was in and out faster than other places in town. The prices might be higher for the products but shipping was the same as when I calculated it on the UPS website. You pay for the quality of a good sturdy box not some flimsy shoe box. I think others forget this is a Franchise and they have to pay for everything at the store like tape, boxes and packing supplies so makes sense that they would charge for all the items. Here I met one of the most hurtful and blatantly rude managers in my entire life. I came in needing something printed out, as the place that was supposed to print it out messed up. He heard my conversation with the store that messed up, and I had it on my phone, a tracking label to print. I explained to him that I had it on my phone and wanted him to print it. He stated that I could, but since he would be using his email to print it out, there would be a fee for using the computer. Under normal circumstances, this would be no problem. However, the way he said it was rude, and the fee was $3.00. That's insane! For printing out a $0.19 label? Hell no! I asked him if, since it would take five seconds, he could just charge me the printing fee instead. He refused and responded in an extremely abrasive manner, acting as if I was stupid or some kind of an idiot for asking. "My landlord doesn't care if I don't pay my rent for a month so there's no way you'll get out of paying this today," he said. "If you want something thing for free, go home and print it yourself". I said that was idiotic and he told me to take my business elsewhere before storming off to the back room.
