We used System Pavers to replace our small concrete patio in our backyard with a larger, paved area. Lauren was our sales consultant. She was easy to communicate with and was also very knowledgeable. Cesar was our project manager and was very helpful & professional. The finished job looks great! We're glad we did it, and would recommend System Pavers if you're looking into which company to use. read more

We recently hired System Pavers to replace our concrete with pavers in the backyard around a pool and down alongside the garage. Total project was 1,700 square feet. The project was headed up by Nestor Fierro and his team who did a fantastic job. The individual workers were all exemplary and professional. They communicated every detail daily and executed without any issues. The team was on time every morning and cleaned up each and every day. We could not be more happy with our decision to use System Pavers and thanks again to Tom Porter our sale rep and Nestor Fierro for the project execution. Reach out to them if you'd like to see their work at our house in Huntington Beach. read more

System Pavers - Completed work getting a thorough washing courtesy of Mother Nature. - Masonry/Concrete Near Me - Orange, California

We hired System Pavers for about 1,400 square feet of backyard pavers along with new pool coping. Sales Process: Jordan was great and easy to talk to. He warned us from the beginning they will be on the higher side of any bid we got. He was right, by about 15%. It was worth every penny. Jordan made multiple visits out to our property to make sure we like what we chose with samples and answered our 1 Million questions. Once we signed off (used their financing option), the Project Manager, Oscar Stepped in... Scheduling: We needed the project to be done by a certain day and not only did they hit that, they killed it, and started within a week of signing the contract. (Note we used a pretty common paver style and pool coping, so no big orders were needed). Demolition: Demolition is scary. Ripping up the entire back yard, sprinkler pipes, drains, etc... Needless to say, the phone calls and texts to our PM Oscar got pretty frequent asking questions. He was on top of every call and text to get everything answered. *My feedback for Demolition is maybe let the home owner knkow exactly what they will be seeing during demo. Let them know "This is normal, and it will look really bad...but's its part of the precess" Installation: Went great. System Pavers will hire a 3rd party contractor for installation. They worked really well. They were on time every day, waiting patiently in their trucks to allow my neighbors an extra hour of sleep (per my request) before the jack hammers started. They didn't skip a day and someone was always there busting their butt. This is NOT EASY work. They missed 1 day...because we had pouring rain. I did have to clean up very little trash like their waterbottles/food wrappers in my planters and stuff, but that didn't matter to me. They cleaned up all their gear, did a walk through every night. The entire project was almost 3 weeks. Issues/Remediation: **This is where System Pavers Shined for me!** Oscar, our Project Manager, was awesome with this. We had a few issues after initial installion (some being more serious than the others that I needed fixed) and Oscar was all over it and got the issues resolved. We are alot happier with the final product as they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our final project. So not only was the issue fixed, it was better than what I would have expected in the beginning. The 20 year warranty that stays with the house is a big plus too. PS - I HIGHLY Recommend sealing your pavers. read more

We are so happy with our front patio! Our patio was in disrepair since we moved in in 2020. We finally decided to do something about it and are so grateful we ended up using system pavers. The process was straightforward with a quick turn around. Moe was amazing, got everything set up and made sure we had samples to choose the right color pavers for our job. The team worked diligently and got our whole job done quickly, efficiently, and (most importantly) perfectly! We will highly recommend them to all our friends and family! read more

I've been taught a lesson about pavers. Always deal directly with the company that installed the product when you seal your pavers. Be extremely careful if you use someone who is not an employee of the company. A bad sealing job by a non-employee leaves you no recourse with the company. Think twice. read more

Replaced our existing patio. System Pavers did an excellent job. The design and material selection process was easy. Once we decided to move forward the whole process was handled professionally. Financing was available if we desired it. Had a pre-job meeting with both our Designer and System Pavers Project Manager to review finite job details. Once we approved a firm date for demolition was set. System Paver's field crew was on time, had all the tools and materials needed to accomplish the job. It was completed in four days. They did a magnificent job and hauled off all debris. Great results! Great Job! Would use them again. JKenyon 8-9-24 read more

System Pavers are the best. We absolutely love our front and back yard after transformation. The entire staff from sales to crew were true professionals and completed the work in mere days. We are so very pleased with the beautiful side yard created by System Pavers. They transformed our non-functional dirty gravel side yard, into a wonderful tranquil place. About 550 SF of serenity. The company was very transparent and professional; explaining what the full job entailed. Yes, the cost is more than some other estimates we received, but we wanted our project to be completed (one time only) in a timely manner, with a good reliable warranty and exceptional workmanship. And, we could not be happier with the final result. Big cudos out to Wade, Carlos and Jose. What a fantastic crew!!! We love, love our new outdoor space. System Pavers, wow what an amazing and beautiful transformation they made to our new home! First Ruben created an awesome design! Then the project manager Nestor Fierro executed everything with even a few idea changes that we hadn't thought of. And the foreman Juan Carlos and his crew worked their asses off every day, I don't even think they took any breaks! Both Ruben and Nestor were always immediately responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend System Pavers and this team if you are looking to transform your landscape into an oasis! read more

Our deck was falling apart to the point of being dangerous. So I got a number of quotes from different companies. By far System Pavers was the most professional. Tom ( 714-659-5406 ) was amazing. He had everything ready to go including presentations and clear answers to our questions. We signed a contract and it got easily approved by our HOA. Everything went so smoothly. It took no time at all to get started. The workers were kind and polite. They did an amazing job. Tom was with us every step of the way even through to the end. All in all System Pavers were the best contractors my husband and I have ever worked with in our lives! I absolutely recommend them. read more

Our family has done a few construction related projects with other companies over the years and they've often looked okay but there were always bumps along the way.....delays, things we weren't totally pleased with. I seriously can not believe how smoothly our backyard project went with System Pavers. Jon came out and helped us plan and cost out our project. He told us when they could start....they ended up starting earlier. He told us how long it would take....they finished sooner. He showed us pics of what it could look like....it looked better. Cory the project manager was as friendly and helpful as can be and answered any questions we had about how things would be done. We LOVE the look of our backyard pavers project! I like to write parodies of songs and one of my favorite songs is White Wedding by Billy Idol. Here's a short jingle for Jon, Cory, and System Pavers...aha! Hey System Pavers love what you've done Our backyard looks great, it impresses everyone Call System Pavers their work is super man Both Jon and Cory, they're the ones you want Give Jon a call he's awesome I know someday I'll call agaaaaain If you're putting off getting new pavers It's a nice day to start agaaaaain! read more

System Pavers - Masonry/Concrete Near Me - Orange, California

Where do we start, with a simple project consisting of removing the front concrete patio, replaced with paving system. And replacing an existing pergola. Simple enough. 1) The entire front porched was off from being leveled by 4 inches. Slopping toward the front door and matching the slope of the street. Rather than being leveled. 2) They redid the installation after arguing about the definition of "level". 3) I had asked to remove the existing brick path that extended past the front gate. Completely ignored. Why bother with doing a layout drawing if you are going to ignore the customer request? 4) And now after dealing with 3 months of heaving SoCal rain, and having water pore over out front door. I incorrectly assumed it was simply the gutter filled with leaves. When in fact, they had left it as seen in the picture attached. This level of stupidity and incompetency is mind blowing. Stay away from them. read more

We had lights installed last summer when we redid our pathway to our front door. We saw that they were not lighting up, and we called Jose. I would highly recommend him and System Pavers. read more

We can't speak highly enough about what a great job the entire System Pavers team did on our project. Each member of the team (Cody and Nestor, especially) stayed involved daily from start to finish and proactively kept us updated on all progress and potential issues. Our project had a lot of unforeseen issues, and Nestor was especially thoughtful and solutions oriented in his approach in terms of outlining pros and cons of each option. At no point did anyone try to "upsell" us, but their approach was genuine interest in making sure they could stand behind the 25 year warranty. I'd recommend System Pavers to anyone looking to have work done. We plan to use them again early next year for another similar project. The entire team was awesome from start to finish, especially Cody in helping us design and plan, and Nestor for overseeing the entire project start to finish. Can't recommend System Pavers enough! read more

Jose Muniz was great. One could not ask for a better project manager. System Pavers was top-notch from the get go. I obtained a total of 7 bids to have my driveway and front porch completely redone. No one offered what System Pavers was able to offer. They were the ultimate balance of value, craftsmanship, speed and warranty. I normally only use local mom and pop type contractors but no one has the backing and/or guarantee that System Pavers offers. Thank you System Pavers and thank you Jose Muniz. read more

System Pavers - Thank You System Pavers - Masonry/Concrete Near Me - Orange, California

We needed to have our driveway and front walkway redone as the concrete slab had multiple cracks and chips along with a variety of patches. We had two companies come out to put together a quote. The quote from System Pavers was comparable to the other company but what differentiated them was how we were treated by the staff, between scheduling and designing (looking at you Erin and Jordan!), we felt listened to, like we were a top priority and that they genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy every step of the way. We had a lot of delays on our end and SP were entirely understanding and patient with us which was such a relief during an otherwise stressful situation. Once demo started, our experience kept getting better. Clayton was our project manager and was consistently present, communicative, hands-on amd entirely professional from start to finish. He followed up with our incessant questions almost immediately, was in constant contact with us, and came to us every time there was a small hiccup or design change to make sure we were OK with his fix/solution. We never felt pressured or misled. He truly went above and beyond to make sure our experience was trouble-free. We couldn't be happier with the entire interaction, our curb appeal has skyrocketed and we look forward to working with them on future projects. If only they renovated bathrooms! read more

We recently had our driveway replaced by System Pavers (Santa Ana), and the experience was outstanding! Evan Goldenberg, our design consultant, listened to what we wanted, provided some recommendations and provided us with prior work locations we could drive by. Sam Salcedo, our project manager, was professional and detail-oriented, showing up when he said he would and communicated well throughout the process. When we had a few questions/concerns he came out, discussed with us then worked with his team to ensure everything was done to our specs. The entire team worked tirelessly and put in long days to finish the driveway in 5 days - rerunning sprinkler lines and lights and even coming out to pressure wash the driveway between the sidewalk and the street to clean off the rubber residue from the bobcat. The end result is amazing and our neighbors have all commented on how great it looks. I highly recommend System Pavers for anyone looking to enhance their outdoor space. Don't believe them if they tell you that they will help you get a rebate from the water company for the landscaping that you have done by a landscaper that they recommend. I've been waiting over a year and the person that was helping me keeps telling me that "she will check with the water company and get back to me". She NEVER gets back to me. I submitted everything she asked for, even re-submitted things that she said the water company said they didn't get. She had even told me that the water company had approved the rebate and the money was set aside for me. I'm not sure where to go from here. Legal advice? Tim Sides and Nestor Fierro & System Pavers Highly Recommended! Affordable, Budget Conscious, Friendly, Responsive, Professional... We have been remodeling our house in the 949 and met with Tim Sides from System Pavers, he arrived on time and prepared to answer our questions. He provided insight, and gave us some good ideas and provided us with a sketch and design concept on his laptop. We appreciate that Tim kept our budget in mind while designing the patio. We approved the design and signed the contract and set an installation date within a week. We did a pre walk with Tim and the site manager Nestor Fierro, before the installation. Nestor brought in some great ideas and minor tweaks to the design, while keeping our budget in mind. Nestor was able to get his crew out there and they completed the job in two and half days. Nestor was friendly and knowledgeable and Tim provided support each day and came out to the sight on both days. They displayed excellent t communication between each other and with my wife and I as well. (They provide their workers with a port a potty and it was in and out in 3 days.) Very professional crew on the site. They were friendly, worked fast and did a good job cleaning up afterwards! The craftsmanship is very good and they have a 25 year warranty! This company has got it together. We have been very happy with the quality of work and the personal interaction with all of their staff! read more

I had spent a lot of time dealing with the "riff-raff" of the landscaping scammers that roamed around my neighborhood trying to get me (and others) to buy into their scheme but after much research I found System Pavers. I called and made an appointment with Mr. Jon Arnett, over an hour plus we discussed my ideas and expectations of the project. Being retired military I appreciated how he listened and drew up my ideas (measurements etc.) and was very transparent when we discussed cost. A couple of days later I met with the Project Manager Mr. Cesar Alvarado who reminded me of a no-nonsense Gunnery Sgt which (in my opinion) is a good trait to have, we discussed my project and when I decided to add on some additional items, he made it happen. The work crew was outstanding, especially since it was HOT this week in my area and I couldn't ask for better service and now I can walk into my backyard happy. Project was finished today!! Pros: Slick Sales Pitch Fancy Website Cons: Subcontracts ALL the work Heavy Overhead 1) Sales Manager (never seen) 2) Phone support ("Please wait for the next representative") 3) email support (answered only half of my messages) 4) Lots of text messages even though I said "No Texts". 5) Project coordinator (first one never showed); second one was onsite a total of 3 hours out of a total of 70 hours wall clock time that the crew was onsite. The first crew spoke no English and I speak no Spanish. Crew began work destroying stuff a full hour before the "Project Coordinator" showed up. By then I was fed up with the crew and vice versa. They left. "Project Coordinator" said it was my fault because I insulted them. By now I had paid 2/3 of the project cost even though almost nothing had actually been done onsite. The second crew arrived the next day. "Project Coordinator" spent an hour with the crew and disappeared. I didn't see or hear from him for 6 days. The crew finished (after blowing a thick layer of concrete dust from the sawing operations all over everything) and left. The next day "Project Coordinator"  shows up for a "Final Inspection". It fails due to drainage problems. 3 days go by and the crew shows up unannounced to fix the drains. This time they pass. "Project Coordinator" sends yet another text saying he will stop by for final payment. But he never shows. He repeats this scenario a second time. I sent a message to the company asking for a different "Project Coordinator". The new guy (our third "Project Coordinator") shows up with the final paperwork but it is wrong. The amendments aren't included. We rescheduled for the next day. This time everything is correct. Good thing. I'm REALLY tired of the incompetence demonstrated by this company. If I had the name of the crew they hired, I could have hired them directly, bought the materials myself and reduced the cost of the project by 40%. But they say: You are covered by warranty and "Full Satisfaction Guarantee or your money back". Yes with all the typical "fine print" that effectively nullifies both. read more
