We selected System Pavers because of their knowledge, experience and company reputation. They helped with the design and brought a well experienced crew to perform the work. The project was completed in five days. They also helped with special tasks which were out of project scope, but there was never any hesitation in getting the job done to customer satisfaction. After the construction, left over materials were removed and our yard was cleaned up. Thanks to Lauren for her help with the overall design. She is very knowledgeable and has a great vision for design. Our home entry way came out very nice. Special thanks to Jose. He managed the construction from start to finish in one week. His walk through with us was very helpful prior to starting and afterwards. Special thanks to Mr. Rivera and his crew! Their craftsmanship and teamwork were very impressive. His crew was very systematic and brought a lot of experience to our project. And they brought the best tools. We highly recommend this company and will use them again. read more

Beth, came out to give me a quote on installing some pavers at my Santa Rosa home. Right away she wanted to come in and give us a presentation / marketing sales pitch. I told her i just wanted a bid for the work. She went around the house and took some measurements and after insisted on coming into the house to discuss the bid. She had no real bid!! She just pulled some numbers out her A$$. I said please email me a real bid. She left and said she would email the bid. Two days passed... No BID. I contracted her and asked for the bid. I FINALLY GOT A "BID" that was nothing !! just some overpriced numbers that did not even include the scope of work!!!!! WTF! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! read more

Disappointed. I messaged to get a quote and felt like I needed to beg them for a quote. They insisted on coming out even though I haven't done demo yet and asked for this based off plans and drawings. I thought this would be easy for them it they made it very hard insisting to come out to look at the yard... which hasn't been done yet.... They make it really hard and felt like dealing with a door-knocking sales company that will do anything to get in the door to try to make the sale vs work with the customer read more

System Pavers just completed the renovation of my yard which was 70 year old ugly brick, broken, stained, discolored, and transformed it into a beautiful, safe space. From the first meeting with Chris, the designer I knew this was the company I wanted to deal with. Chris helped me with design, samples and photos of what the pavers would look like in my yard. Once the decision was made Eric, the Project Manager took over. He came and walked the yard with me answering questions and concerns. Then the crew came to do the work. I was very impressed with the quality of the work, how hard working they were and how respectful they were to me. I am a widow and did this on my own, and always felt like I was treated kindly. Eric oversaw the project and dropped by a few times. When the crew left, there was not one piece of debris left behind. I am so grateful and happy with my new yard. Thank you to all of you who made this happen. read more

System Pavers did an excellent job on my driveway. Although it is large--1,100 square feet--the installation team took great care to ensure every part was completed perfectly. Their professionalism and craftsmanship were outstanding from start to finish. Aaron Martinez (Sales) and Bobby Herrera (Project Manager) also did an excellent job keeping us informed throughout the entire process. Many neighbors and passing motorists have stopped to comment on how great the project looks. Thank you, System Pavers. read more

We are over the moon happy with the job System Pavers did. Yes, I know you can find less expensive companies but think about it--you want something done that will DAZZLE, and their guarantee is unsurpassed in this business. Our designer Lorinc Szasz came out, spent the time to create a design that was even better than we had in our head, and our project manager Jose was just as great, and his crew was professional and finished the job in three days (we were not in a rush, but they work very efficiently). He came back twice to make sure we were happy with the work. If I were considering getting a bid from them, I would ask for these gentlemen by name. You can't go wrong. read more

Starting with Jordan in sales, he was spot on with the paver, granite and design plan that he picked for our project. Jose, the project manager, was on top of things from the start all the way to the end. He is easy to work with and always a phone call away when decisions or modifications needed to be made. Lastly, Rigo and his crew are incredible workers. They were on the job every day, on time, and worked as hard as anybody I've ever seen. If you want Professionalism and a First Class experience I highly recommend System Pavers. read more

Warranty is for 25 years. and I can't get an appt to repair the base that has given up. My doorway steps mortar has failed and the steps are loose. This Company I found out uses sub contractors to do their work. They get the lowest bid, subpar work. They came out then they said the warranty is only for 10 years instead of 25 after three different people stated 25 years warranty, I missed it by few years they told me after Four people said it was 25 year warranty and I ask to reconfirm. They said yes. Long story longer I got an estimate for 11409 with a 5 year warranty else where and 8000 less, Cut out the salesman go direct to a contractor. read more

I've listened to System Pavers ads on the radio for years and decided to give them a try when we needed a driveway, patio and sidewalks .They're really on top of it and when I called in, I was put in touch with the sales guy Brandon within minutes we met the next day got a design and a proposal in no time and it was a very competitive price so we got to work. All the rain slowed down our start time, but when we got started, I met Kassya. Immediately impressed by her punctuality and knowledge of the construction process we began. Demolition only took a day, even though we took out a driveway and a long sidewalk it took about another day to prep the ground and dig a trench for Irrigation which the other guy I talk to couldn't even offer. The installation was just a few days and Kassya was there daily. to supervise and monitor the progress. My wife and I were both surprised and very pleased by the installation. It's just beautiful and if you're doing this, I highly recommend that you radius all your corners it's a very nice finishing touch. Of course, there were some minor issues, but they were fixed immediately, which is such a change from the typical subcontractor experience so quality and service is no BS. at System Pavers I highly recommend Brandon , Kassya and their skilled group of masonry technicians ! read more

We replaced our old, cracked, concrete driveway with pavers. System Pavers quoted me a fair price, and did an amazing job from the sales process through the final sign off. The crew was on time, stayed on schedule, and did top quality work on every aspect of the job: removing the old concrete, laying down and compacting the layer of gravel, then sand, smoothing and leveling everything, and finally laying the pavers. They paid attention to every detail and the final result is beautiful! I highly recommend System Pavers to anyone who is considering doing any kind of paver job. read more

We just recently had pavers placed in our back yard. The yard had previously been covered with pea gravel and flagstones. During our initial walkthrough, we told the estimator that we wanted the gravel and flagstones moved to the front and side yards to supplement other areas that already had some gravel and flagstones. We also mentioned this the next week to our project manager when he did his walk through. After the backyard pavers were completed, which was done to our satisfaction, I came home to find all the flagstones were piled in our neighbor's yard and the gravel was just dumped in two piles in our side yard. We complained to the project managed and he said he would send a crew out the next week. When the crew arrived, we had to stay on top of them to make sure they completed the work as promised, but after having moved the flagstones out of our neighbor's yard to the areas we had designated, they were sloppily put into place and then the crew disappeared when we turned our backs. I had to spend the next day spreading the gravel and securing the flagstones myself. And the leftover pavers were haphazardly stacked in a messy pile, which I needed to move to a more secluded part of the property. read more

I think the true test of a company is not to judge them when things go right - stuff should go right. We expect our products to work and services to go as planned. It's when the unexpected occurs, that you really get an opportunity to see one's true character shine through. My husband are in a townhome. Our yard is not that big, but we wanted our redesign to have a big impact, so we reached out to Justin at System Pavers. What fantastic ideas he offered! After some brainstorming and very precise measurements, he worked up an amazing layout right there on the spot. We were so excited to get going. Unfortunately, our HOA had different plans. Justin worked with us every step of the way to try to find some workarounds for all of the HOA speed bumps, but in the end - we couldn't fight the HOA. That's when the sales manager, Jeff stepped in, and issued us a full refund of our deposit. While this particular project has been indefinitely postponed, we are so appreciative of Justin and Jeff's tremendous work. The amount of effort that went into our design, and going above-and-beyond to help us exhaust every possible solution just proved to us how well we will be taken care of someday in the future. We can't want to reach out to System Pavers whenever that opportunity arises again! read more

Happy with the workmanship. Still waiting on a referral check. I don't think I see it, not too happy about that.

We had such a great team work on our project: pavers in back yard, artificial turf in back yard and a driveway in pavers. The designer (Alan) , the project manager (Kassya) and the crew (foreman Aaron) were all professional, courteous, and extremely accommodating with our requests. Kassya was on the job every day making sure that everything was going perfect. It was a pleasure working with them and I highly recommend System Pavers for any project you are considering. read more

Very happy with my driveway/walkway project. Every SP employee I interacted with was helpful & professional. Project was done in less than estimated time read more

System Pavers are suing us. They are using the justice system to harass and extort us into paying for work that was never performed, and never even agreed to. We hired System Pavers in 2023 to install pavers at our home. From the beginning, the paperwork and process were confusing, inaccurate, and misleading: The pro forma contract omitted key details, such as pricing of specific materials or precise scope of work. The amendment SP sent later incorrectly listed our patio as the area to be paved, even though we only wanted our driveway and walkway. The amendment also increased the price, but failed to include accurate quantities, drawings, or clear scope. The company's paperwork was inconsistent and incomplete (eg, missing DocuSign certificates of completion) System Pavers never worked on the patio - and promised that they would reduce the contract price to reflect only pricing for the actual work performed - they never did it. The Completion certificate we were asked to sign did not reflect the reduced final payment, based on the actual work performed. It was incomplete. They promised a Warranty certificate, but never provided it. Despite our repeated requests, the company refused to provide a final invoice with correct pricing, or to adjust the contract to reflect only the work actually performed. Instead of working with us in good faith, System Pavers abruptly filed a lawsuit against us, even though we were ready and willing to pay the correct adjusted amount. After the fact, we saw similar reviews with customers experiencing bait-and switch on pricing, scope and modifications. SP misrepresented or omitted material facts, failed to provide accurate paperwork, and did not honor its promises. We believe this constitutes Deceptive & Unfair Business Practices. read more

Initially heard pretty good things about SP from a former worker. He warned me about their commission program and overpricing I went in with open mind because of their pictures of work. However the salesperson was arrogant , full of himself and didn't listen to the customer ( me) at all . Also there website promises a 3D design LMAO not without paying thousands of dialers for a design they lie! I got a shitty layout my 8 year old could do a better job. Basic back yard hard scape plus turf ( which 3 times I stated hate fake grass!! Was one hundred twenty seven THOUSAND dollars $127,000.00 let that sink in ! I can buy a nice condo for 200k . 50k-60k would have been a reasonable price and they still would make a profit of 20% which should be more than enough for business most businesses are happy and do quality work for a 8-15 % profit People reading this SP wants to make 100 to 125% profit hats called thieves. Careful homeowners! read more

System Pavers did a great job for us with approx. 2,400 sq. ft. of pavers for our driveway, entryway, and side yard. Jordan had excellent design suggestions, and we elected to go with one of his. Did a great job ahead of schedule. Team very hard working and very clean. Price competitive. Great follow through by the project manager.

Earlier this year had system pavers do our back yard, pavers and lighting. It is a smaller yard but we wanted it to match the front and pool deck system pavers did a few years ago. We chose system pavers as we have had other installations with them and we were very happy. However, this time the pavers had marks on them, all over and the pattern of marks went from one paver to the next matching, so it could not have been on individual random pavers. We were not happy, it looked like concrete finger and hand prints. We had our representative come out and look, he said it was the scraping from taking the pavers off the pile during installation. He advised us to have a sealer applied, but their sealer that we would need to hire them to apply, because it was so professional grade. We applied a sealer, the marks were still very much visible so we called him out again. He once more said it was scraping from the stack of pavers, but our front ones are the same and there is very little scraping on them. We tried to accept that but everything we're in our back yard we're disappointed with the results we paid alot of money for. I went to their office to talk with someone, but no one works there, just big empty offices. I call the representative he said they have been moving over the past year, everyone works from home. I told him, again we were not happy and he said he would bring the paver representative out to look. That was months ago and nothing. I will try him again today. I would think twice about using system pavers again. The resolution on this issue is just being ignored and I'm sure they are hoping we'll let it go. Is there any assistance for a problem? Be forewarned. read more

We had a great experience with System Pavers. It started with Sean, who knocked on our door to introduce their services. Super nice and helpful. That led to an appointment with Jordan who answered all our questions and worked within our budget. In my opinion what sets System Pavers apart from the competition is that they have great ideas and did all of the design work which included walkways, steps, and full driveway. It was more than we could imagine and everything we wanted. They also did all of the legwork to get our HOA approval! Oscar was our PM and was super responsive. He answered all of our questions. Reyna and her crew worked very hard to finish ahead of schedule. They worked meticulously and were very clean and respectful. All parties were very pleasant to work with, we had no issues at all. We would most definitely recommend everyone who worked on our house from start to finish. I will update my photos after our landscaping and painting are finished. My husband is enjoying having the best looking house on the street. read more

We are so grateful for System Pavers! They have been such a wonderful partner in creating our dream backyard. Our project was very complicated (from our perspective) and had to span over a significant period of time because of other construction on our property over the past year. Our sales person, Daniel, was patient, informative, not pushy, and accommodated our budget so we could achieve our dream backyard. The true hero in all this was our project manager, Oscar. He was on site daily with his rock star crew, making sure everything was done at a high standard. He communicated with us often and always responded very quickly when we had questions. Our project had to be spit into two phases with nearly a year between them. When we started, Oscar was part of the "contractor meeting" with the other team working on our property. Oscar's team rallied and started "phase one" quickly so we could move forward with the other major project. As that wrapped, Oscar got us back onto the schedule quickly and completed "phase two" with his original team. System Pavers has been our partner through this very disruptive year because of all the construction. Oscar and team made it comfortable because we knew we could trust their work, their timing, and the care in crafting our dream backyard. They're not the cheapest out there, but you pay for what you get. The online portal helped us monitor the progress and payments and the personal commitment brought us peace with such a large undertaking. So very grateful for Oscar & team! Highly recommend. read more
