Due to the drought and 3 dogs my backyard had become an eyesore. There was dust in the house, my dogs were tracking in dirt and mud. I decided it was time to invest in pavers and/or artificial turf. I called System Pavers on a Wednesday and was able to get an appointment the following day. Michael Stockwell showed up promptly the next day. I told him my needs and that I was on a tight budget. He answered all my questions, provided valuable information and helped me to decide that artificial turf was my best bet for my needs and budget. The consultation took about 90 minutes. He was able to provide a quote on-site. He came in under budget without hassling or pushing product on me that I could not afford. I was contacted by Erin, my project coordinator the following Wednesday (after a holiday weekend) and was overjoyed to hear that my project could be started on Friday. Sam Salcedo, the project manager, stopped by briefly on Thursday to measure for accuracy. He showed up bright and early Friday morning as promised. And he told me that the job would probably take two days. He explained what I should expect throughout the day and left his business card should I have any questions throughout the day. I was anxious for the job to be finished because I had to keep my dogs in the house all day. Progress moved quickly. Each time I looked out the window, the yard looked better and better. Sam took my request seriously and the entire job was completed early Friday evening. The difference is amazing. I am so happy with the outcome of my yard. I recommend System Pavers to anybody trying to improve their landscaping and add excellent value to their home! So from the day I called for a quote, it was only eight days until the job was finished! Sam came by Tuesday of The following week to make sure the quality of the job met his standards. System Pavers and their associates made me feel as if my job was a priority! read more

DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU HAVE A POOL! Not sure why 15 month into my project I'm still surprised by lack of professionalism, but that's been par for the course. Plan to spend additional money based on bait and switch from sales guy's proposal to what project manager says can be done, unless you spend more to get the originally proposed vision. Also plan to pay for lots of repairs to stuff they break and don't fix. 4 day project took 6 weeks. After 6 weeks stones started shifting. Repair team came quickly and asked why a lot of short cuts were taken during the initial project. They seemed to address all structure issues (except for the fact that the patio drains into, instead of away from the pool, so it fills with sand when it rains), but again left pool full of sand and refused to fix sprinkler system they broke making the repairs to the shifting stones. Worst major project we've ever had done and would never do it again with this company. Haven't worked with someone I felt has our best interested in mind in the 15 months we've been fighting with them. read more

We hired System Pavers to redo a courtyard patio area in our house. They demolished the Spanish tile, 18" wall, and planter that were already there, and replaced it with pavers, a fire table, and a new 4' masonry wall which they made match the rest of our house's stucco. They also installed a new drain which they ran all the way to the curb. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of the work and the results. They were able to work around our schedule and took a break between demolition and construction in order to give us time to have a window company replace the patio sliders surrounding the courtyard. They also did not require us to be home at all during construction, but were always within easy reach via phone or text message. Our sales guy, Matt, was easy to work with and our project manager Cory kept us updated during the work. System Pavers is on my contractor short-list for future outdoor work if and when we have it. read more

Design Consultant, Jon Arnett, was my initial contact with the company. Unlike many salesmen I have dealt with, Jon was pleasant, unassuming, considerate and although eager to win the business, he was NEVER pushy. He explained the entire process, measured and provided quotes, and guided me through color and pattern choices, even dropped off samples to my house. GREAT customer service!!! Once the project was underway and he was not as involved, I knew I could rely on Jon to jump in if there was a problem. If you go with System Pavers (I hope you do) I hope you are fortunate enough to work with Jon. He actually made my project fun!! Thanks Jon, you are the BEST! I love the way the pavers have enhanced the beauty of my home and am happy every time I pull into the driveway :) read more

System Pavers - Masonry/Concrete Near Me - Orange, California

We wanted our cracked asphalt driveway ripped up and replaced with pavers. Our relationship started out just a little rocky due to some communication issues. However, that was very quickly resolved and from that point on everyone at System Pavers worked with us to ensure our job proceeded without a hitch. Our driveway was 840 sq. ft. We had them remove a large portion of grass to add a circular design for additional parking. This extended our parking capability from 840 sq. ft. to 1,140 sq. ft. It looks awesome! In addition, they added planter borders in 3 areas, and completely removed our front step in order to pour cement and add the matching brick to the top and front of the new step. The 4 man crew worked very hard on the job and it shows! Also, they were very friendly and really worked hard in our horribly hot San Fernando sun. The job was completed in 5 days (with the amount of work that was done, don't know how they accomplished that). Great job - THANK YOU! Mike and Valerie read more

Love my pavers! We had them installed to replace our backyard patio a few years ago and I still love them. Installation was a few days and was the installers were very easy to work with. There was just one spot that wasn't quite level, but they came back and fixed it without any problems. The pavers wear very well and still look great. I never had them sealed as I didn't think I'd like the look, but getting that done so it will help keep the sand between the pavers in place. Picked out a natural sealer so they still look just how I like. I love them so much I may redo my driveway with pavers. read more

They came out for a quote and the meeting took over two hours which was shocking to me. The price was high but what irked me the most was the salesperson was like a used car salesperson which is probably why it took so long. He kept reiterating that this would increase home value dollar for dollar (which is unlikely) and asking if I would consider taking the project today along with other annoyances that I had to keep repeating my answers dozens of time. I'm mostly irritated because they sprayed marking on what they said would wash off during rain and it's still on the lawn and on my original pavers. We've had over two major rainfalls and I've sprayed the pavers with the hose but still have the paint there clear as day. I'm not as annoyed at the grass but I am on the pavers. Definitely lost my business because of this, nor would I refer them to anyone. I'll continue to get other quotes for my project because the service seemed untrustworthy and frustrating for just an initial quote. read more

The tl;dr - System Pavers is the best company in Southern California for a paving stone renovation project. Project manager Ryan Mainwairing completed my home project to my satisfaction, ensuring that I was happy, the project moved on schedule, and completed everything including securing permits in the background, so I would not have to make a single extra phone call. And now for my personal testimony: System Pavers has done more jobs here than any other company in SoCal combined. I know because I've done the research and asked the questions. Do not use System Pavers if you want the job done cheap and fast. They are not that kind of company. When my wife and I began our front home renovation, we had a general idea of what we wanted. We set out a budget and made the call. System Pavers set us up with Garrett Adams, our design consultant. He drafted up computerized concept images using photos taken from Google street mode. With a general design layout in mind, he then showed us a paver and turf samples. After having this information, we decided to sleep on it. Garrett thanked us for our time, and left. On the second visit, Garrett showed us clean up images with the stone and turf we had selected. My wife and I had no idea our house could even look like this and we decided to go for it. The timeframe from when we decided on the job, and when the job actually started was about two and a half weeks. I figured it System Pavers probably had a few jobs going on and they had to open a spot for me. But it was more involved than that. Garrett had handed my project over to apparently my "own design team" who had computerized all the measurements and then conceptualized the paver stone pattern. They took the time to measure that pattern, even to the point of asking themselves if the pattern, color, and stone style consistent with how the rest of the house looked. And when they were done with that, they passed it around to the other System Paver design teams to make sure what they were doing looked right. Not only are the teams bouncing ideas off each other, they are holding each other accountable. That's something. Ryan Mainwairing introduced himself to me a few days before the project started as my Project Manager. He took the concepts from the design team and noticed something almost immediately. My city had a specific requirement that my renovation had to be strictly 60% softscape and 40% driveway. I thought to myself, here we go. This is where the trouble starts and then my project (and possibly this review) was going in the crapper. While disappointed, there were ways that we could complete the project correctly. Ryan suggested we increase the size of the proposed flower beds. See, in my city, flower beds do not count towards the total of the driveway, it counts as a softscape! With creative arithmetic, we were able to recover most of our driveway, and gave ourselves an attractive flower bed to boot. I didn't get the full size driveway, but I was able to get a credit for the paving stones I didn't use!Win and win for everyone! We get a driveway, a new walkway, a drought-resistant lawn, and a paver capri wall at less than my envisioned budget. Ryan stayed with me the whole time and made sure that the construction team did things to my satisfaction. There was one point where Ryan saw that the capri wall didn't look right and made the workers pull apart an 18 foot portion of completed wet cemented wall, and made them do it again.... with NEW block. I was shocked. I thought for a moment that these guys were going to riot and the rest of my project was going to be "retaliated" against. I felt terrible. But no. Eric (the lead guy on the construction team) apologized to me, and did the wall over as Ryan said. The rest of the project went flawlessly. The finished project was better than my wife and I ever dreamed. Thank you System Pavers! If you plan on using System Pavers, here are a few tips. 1.) Do your research. You will be paying a premium price for premium work. System Pavers is the company you want to use when you want the job done right the first time. If I ever had any problems I can rest assured that I know they've got the best warranty that isn't even comparable to any other on the market. 2.) Be prepared to wait. The project that we had performed at our home didn't just take one designer, it was a team who took the time to make sure that what the built for me made sense for my property so that there aren't any excess costs or wasted materials. Perfection cannot be rushed! 3.) Ask Questions! My project manager Ryan kept me up to date with all changes that I didn't see for myself on the property. Ryan got the permits I needed from the city, and contacted 811 prior to demolition. There's a lot of behind the scene activity, and it would behoove you to keep yourself knowledgeable. Be proactive and keep in contact with your project manager. read more

There is a reason that System Pavers has a significant number of 1 and 2 star reviews. Fortunately for me I had a confirmed appointment and System Pavers never showed up. Have you experienced contractors who give you a great pitch about all the wonderful things they can do for you at not too great a cost? You get all excited when they show up on Day 1--perhaps a little late, but they're there. They mess up your yard and, in spite of your phone calls and their promises, don't show up again until a week later. This goes on and on sometimes for weeks or months (as my neighbor is experiencing). Well, System Pavers IS NOT that type of business. We were impressed from the get-go. Designer Randy Reiser came out and spent about three hours with us. His presentation was professional, his manner personable, not pushy. He listened to our wishes, spent time in our backyard looking things over and taking measurements. Before he left, he showed us a 3-D design of what our backyard could look like. We received two other estimates, one ridiculously high from a designer who only wanted to do things his way and didn't listen to us or our budget. The other came in lower but we didn't get a good feel for the company. We signed a contract with SP on Friday, July 20, and were told we'd hear from the office on Monday. I admit to getting nervous when 4:00 rolled around and we still hadn't heard from them. However, at approximately 4:45, the office (sorry, I can't remember the woman's name, but again, professional and personable) called saying they'd received our paperwork and that we'd be hearing from the project manager either Tuesday or Wednesday. Bottom line, the project was started on Thursday after we signed with them, the pavers were installed by the following Thursday. We had the project totally completed less than a week later. Randy, Wade Capps, Gonzalo, Luis were all easy to work with and top notch people. They listened to us and stopped work to answer questions or address concerns. Did everything go perfectly? Of course not. But darn close to it. Some things can't be predicted until you start digging in. When there were glitches, they were addressed promptly with problem solving done on the spot. Wade, the Project Manager, was always as close as a phone and came by every single day. His crew showed up early, parked out front but waited to start working at 7:00 a.m. At 4:00, they started cleanup and were off our property between 4:30 and 5:00. That was something my husband and I really appreciated as we like our quiet time in the evening. Start to finish, just under one month. This has not been our previous experience working with contractors. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with System Pavers. Not to mention, the completed renovation of our backyard. They demolished and removed all concrete and existing patio cover. Pavers replaced concrete in a new design and a new pergola installed. It's absolutely beautiful and more than I hoped for. If you are considering them and want a job done right and completed on time, hire them. If you want to pay less and enjoy frustrating experiences, well, go with a company less expensive and less professional. Customer service is top notch. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Wouldn't it be nice if all contracting companies were like this one? Thank you all. We love our new backyard! read more

Part 2 (of the review from S.A.) We started a handful of days later than expected, due to the careful pacing of the crew we missed our first benchmark and had to postpone mid-project for about a week or so due to a family vacation, and upon resuming the scheduling was subject to the crew's availability again. Also, during this time, there had to be major decisions made about that focal point I mentioned previously in the review. (Okay, this isn't really a review but more of a story, LOL) Upon commencing the project again, there were additional decisions to be made, budgetary considerations, and other factors that influenced the progression of the project. That focal point in the backyard took on a life of its own = more $. Crews: The crews assigned to our project were hard workers, timely, and polite. The main crew, led by Jorge, treated our home as if it was their own. They cleaned up each day and this was important to us as we have young kids. Roger Torres served as our quality control manager and was knowledgeable and directive when needed. His attention to certain details of the project was appreciated. For example, the bullnose coping around the spa had been installed, and we thought it looked good. However, Ryan and Roger knew it could be better. It was pulled up and reinstalled. And, they were right. It did look much better. Artificial turf: Our home already had high grade turf. The crew did their best to be careful with the turf, but inevitably there needed to be maintenance and clean-up, in addition to the regrading of some areas. We appreciated System Pavers commitment to return our perimeter area to the original install quality. Project management: It seems like many people decided to start a project during COVID-19. The project managers at System Pavers were clearly spread thin and this also created a challenge for scheduling crews when needed. Our timeline and need to complete the project was subject to the availability of the crews. Clean up: As mentioned, daily clean-up was always addressed. At the end of the project, there were some 'specialized' clean-up areas that required a more detailed approach. Ryan organized this and assured that all punchlist items were addressed. Politeness: All of the individuals we came into contact with related to this project were consistently polite, even when we had differing opinions. In the end, the customer service provided maintained our needs as the top priority. PortaPotty: Let's be honest, it is completely abnormal to have a porta potty in your front yard yard. Thank you to Ryan for making sure all Porta Potty scheduled maintenance needs were addressed. Waterfalls: That darn focal point wall created a challenge for installing the new waterfalls with current plumbing. While initially we were told it would be adequate, the need to have the area replumbed from the pool equipment became a reality. This was a cost we were not expecting, though we appreciate that the job was given consideration to be done correctly. An outside pool company was utilized for this portion of the job simply to keep our project on schedule. This was scheduled and organized by System Pavers. Somewhere along the line Frank Tolifson, Construction Manager, also joined the fun. He assisted in the review and resource allocation of our final punchlist. Frank is patient, honest, and an all around nice guy. Every dollar we put into this project was hard-earned and we believe that he understood the importance that we have a high-quality finished product that makes us proud to share with family and friends. In summary, the project was well worth the wait. Just look at the pics! We would recommend System Pavers to others, with the understanding that no matter which company you choose, all projects have challenges. The partnership of Ryan Mainwaring to see this project to completion was a very big part of what fueled us to spend the time to write this long review. Thank you, System Pavers. Until the next project...in the front yard! read more

- Refused to even come to my property to give me estimate - Rude on the phone - Phone system routes you all over the place A number of us (~32 homeowners) recently received our keys to our brand new construction homes in Irvine and were in need of backyard landscaping. System Pavers had some flyers put out and several of my neighbors got estimates/quotes from them and ultimately used their services. System Pavers even offered multi-home discounts since about 9 homes had used them so I called them to come for an estimate. Immediately I was told they would not "waste their time" coming to my home and I should just "talk to my neighbors" if I wanted to get pricing since "it was all the same". It was a terrible way to treat their potential customers. All of our yards are similar, yet are different sizes and everyone is looking for different landscaping. I was immediately turned off and had no interest in using System Pavers for my landscaping. In fact, I had no problem paying more for another vendor to come out, and I did. They could have made an easy $8-11K from me if they had just sent someone to give me an estimate. In fact, there were two estimate "techs" already in the neighborhood talking to my neighbors when I was on the phone with System Pavers that weekend. I guess they just have too much business and don't need money. Absolutely terrible. read more

REVIEW OF SYSTEMS PAVERS Systems Pavers finished the last of three projects for us on May 9, 2019 demolishing a wooden deck and the underlying cement and installing pavers and an entry stoop and tying everything in with previous work. We chose Systems Pavers because they did two other projects for us spaced several years apart. For the first project in 2008, they turned ugly diamond-shaped cement slabs in the front courtyard into a beautiful entry and entertainment space. For the second project in 2010, Systems Pavers removed aggregate cement from the pool area in the back of our house, replaced it with pavers and added a walkway from the front courtyard to the pool area. It feels like we live in a resort! Each time we hired Systems Pavers all our expectations were met. From the meeting with the designer, Daniel Escoto, to completion, the project was well-orchestrated and timely. There was a crew here every day, the project manager, Peter Tong, kept in daily contact with us, and the work led by Jorge was completed on schedule. The crew is knowledgeable in demolition and installation and made the design work. They show up on time, finish on time, and clean up afterwards. We have not had one problem with Cal-Stone. Peter noticed that the pool had pulled away from the pavers (constant earth movement in California), so he had the crew fill all around it with more sand. The staff is professional and accommodating, and the work is timely. We highly recommend Systems Pavers to anybody who wants to beautify their home using a company that is reliable and professional. read more

Loving that the kids can play in our backyard now! We went from dirt and a giant tree to beautiful pavers and turf. We weren't really sure where to go with our backyard design but Byron really helped us out with that. I was in awe of how hard Jorge and his team (mostly Jorge) worked in putting the pavers in. I typically give the benefit of the doubt when I interact with people. Perhaps that's not the best practice. I'll lay out the facts and you decide. Of note I'm rather 'thorough' and I end up learning about a process over time and treat it as if I operate the company myself. As a result the following will get rather technical at times. I'll leave out all the calculations for now. Industry standard for pavers is $5 to $15 per square foot. For artificial grass it's $5 to $20 per square foot. Now anything less than $9 per square foot is suspect, as in they are cutting corners somewhere. Another thing to make sure is that pavers, road base, concrete, geotext, joint sand, dumping fee, fuel, delivery, portapotty, pallets, cleanup, labor, and overhead are all calculated in that and $9 per square foot more than covers it and that with very generous labor fee. Then you assess the profit. 40% is very generous and you're looking at around 12 to 13 per square foot installed. Ok so guess how much system pavers tried to charge me. $32 per square foot even after subtracting the pergola. That nearly a 400% markup. When I called, the design consultant argued that, and I quote, "we are technically a design company that does construction so that's the price difference". I'll leave it up to you if more than twice what other companies charge is fair to you. I've decided it is not. Mind you, I picked out the pavers, I picked out the turf, I told her what I wanted and where I wanted. I don't know exactly what design service I was paying $15000 extra for. On top of that, my backyard is a leveled dirt area. It's a brand new house and builders has leveled and placed drainage to the street. The area is literally a perfect rectangle as well with a gate directly to the work area. It would have been such an easy project. read more

I'm happy that I went with a company like System Pavers. They have been in the business for a very long time and the transferable guarantee they offer on their work is very valuable to me. I had broken, buckled and cracked concrete surrounding my home caused by decades of improper drainage and soil not compacted correctly. It was ugly and a trip hazard. System Pavers was able to demo the old concrete and bury my downspouts into the ground. The dug a trench and ran a PVC pipe out to the street, so all water collected on my property now has a place to go. They also removed a cinderblock wall for me so that I could connect the paver path, making a full circle around my house. The crew was extremely hard working, careful and did quality work. They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves. The pavers improved the curb appeal of my home and have added a really beautiful touch to my yard. I am very pleased! read more

Working with System Pavers was a mixed experience. The sales, flexibility, and materials were all top notch. Unfortunately the execution of the project and the overall build quality left much to be desired. Our first concern was the lack of communication about the design before the project started. We supplied some CAD drawings with the general concept of our project in order to communicate our desires. We expected to have someone from System Pavers engage with us about a detailed design, to solve all the details known only to the skilled trades people. For instance, how should grading be handled, or which areas should be leveled. None of this happened, and when the builders arrived, they began work without establishing level and grade, resulting in some work being redone. Our "on site" manager was only on site for an hour every few days, and this person was willing to listen to our concerns and attempt to rectify our issues. But a lot of the responses were lip service and blame deflection, saying things like, "I rely on my foreman to handle that". The foreman was nothing more than an experienced builder and didn't have the tools or training to do proper grading and leveling of our landscape. The build quality was also not up to our expectations. A square perimeter path, encompassing a lawn, is not actually square. The path in front of our house was not leveled and obviously crooked; this we had redone, but it wasn't redone as well as we had expected. We ended up spending a significant amount of time overseeing the work done on our property and performing the role of the site manager ourselves. A number of patterns would have been installed incorrectly if we didn't intervene. And unfortunately we didn't have the energy to ask for all the errors to be corrected. For instance, we elected to keep the out-of-square perimeter path in fear of it being redone square, but with an uneven surface or loose perimeter pavers. Although a lot of negative experiences are expressed in this review, a number of things were done well. Our retaining wall is nicely laid, and our driveway is perfect (after requesting a correction). They spent extra time to install a border around our pea gravel gardening areas which would have been a messy disaster if there was no containment there. And the project coordinator was more than happy to apply adjustments to our plan and get the materials required; for example, we were one block short on our retaining wall and they sourced additional material for us. Overall, the experience was very different from the picture painted by our sales person. And if I had any parting words of advice: I think a more active project coordinator, with an eye for design, and a build foreman with more training in grading and leveling would have made our job perfect. read more

My husband and I had a phenomenal experience with both Jon (design) and Ryan (project manager). They were both very professional, friendly, and thorough. Jon took the time to show us different paver styles and colors through their extensive showroom while Ryan touched base with us daily during the project to ensure that all of our questions were answered and that we were staying on track. While they can seem costly at first I will say you get what you pay for, meaning the service and quality of work was exceptional. The system came with drainage, pass through piping for future electrical, and it solved our courtyard flooding issue. We also have a 25 year warranty that is transferable if we decide to sell the home! Would strongly recommend their services if you are looking to upgrade the outdoor living spaces of your home and add some value. read more

We used System Pavers to fix our old and badly cracked driveway. Mike, Dan and their crew was absolutely the best experience we ever had doing a major home improvement project. Not only did they do a top notch job on our driveway but Dan also helped us with the mail box area that required some additional attention. We found everyone involved to be professional, efficient and reliable. read more

System Pavers is the WORST. I've had a 1 year home renovation project and at the very end of everything I hired System pavers to complete the outside hardscape. They put and outstanding sales show for you BUT the quality of their project managers and communication to the construction team and me the client was a GRAVE DISAPPOINTMENT When i hired System Pavers to work on my backyard project they were more expensive then all the other quotes. The sales team is exceptionally well trained and they produced an elegant proposal and plan that i was very comfortable with. Of which I admired the professionalism so committed to move forward with them. Until the day came and the Project managers review the project and the install team came. Things tragically went bad very quick. Let me preface that I come from the construction / design industry and i deal with headaches all the time. But 1st mistake i understand and I'm reasonable. 2nd mistake I'm now on alert by the time I'm on the 3rd mistake if I'm paying a premium for something I expect service and these guys were an epic disappointment that I I honestly had no more patients for empty promises. During my project the drainage was miscalculated and by the 3rd visit they (after the demolition) these are are attempting to damage control what was poor drainage design. IN addition, these guys do not do any type of plumbing and while the ground soil was up I wanted to run a new gas line to my fire pit. I met their expectation having a plumber on site during the demolition and they attempt to get additional money out of me cause they didn't want the construction crew sitting around waiting. When it was CLEARLY communicated they they do NOT perform any type of plumbing. So now they expected me to to have a plumbing crew waiting for their team to do what they need to do and not have their guys waiting while the plumber does his job? What a joke! They left upon kicking them off my property. They filed a Mechanics lien on my property without even deducting the original money I paid them. Now I have to get my lawyers involved. There has been no attempt after that day to try and remedy the situation. I'm happy to pay premiums for quality service. But 3rd time you make a BIG mistake is a SERIOUS issues and i shouldn't have to be fully responsible for such a poor management. Further more as I started to tell friends about what happened I found out that another friend of mine did a full backyard project in Redondo Beach with System Pavers and he had drainage issues and system pavers never responded to any of his request to honor their "warranty". Phones calls were made but it was like PULLING TEETH to get these guys to fix the issue. After I heard this story and what i was dealing with on the drainage I requested that they either adjust the price to satisfy my concern or lets part ways. They were not receptive. And FYI my project was tiny, less then 800sq Ft of hardscape and I couldn't be more disappointed. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! I wouldn't want anyone to go thru what I did with System Pavers its just not right if you are going to pay a premium.... read more

My patio belongs on a magazine cover! A skilled and knowledgeable designer from System Pavers came to my home to view and discuss the project; he made some excellent suggestions and refined my ideas. The workmen were excellent and efficient; while expected to be dusty with demolition of the existing concrete and installation of the pavers, they made it as least disruptive as possible and cleaned up after themselves each day. The entire project was 4.5 days from start to finish. I would definitely recommend System Pavers. read more

Be careful when sales rep measures. Ours measured and then day of construction foreman comes and re-measures and finds out that sales rep measured inaccurately -- of course to their advantage. Added nearly another $1000 to job but what to do when you've cleared calendar, crew is going to start work that morning? It stinks! Think it's a sales ploy. Not good. read more
