We used System Pavers for our driveway, front walkway, and added a small quart yard. Came out beautifully. Very happy with the overall experience. Clayton is the best project manager we have ever worked with on home renovations. I wish all project managers were as on top of their jobs as he was. Always in contact and open for discussing anything. I would use this company again. read more

Services: Driveway sealing, Paver sealing, Artificial turf installation, Paver installation, Driveway replacement, Driveway repairs, Brick paver installation Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value From the first contact to the last, we could not be more pleased. In an era of over commit and under perform, system pavers still holds up the commitments. The estimator was on time and came with a positive attitude AND was not pushy. Clayton the project lead was always available to take your call and answer any questions. He did this with an extremely positive attitude, he always allowed us to finish our thoughts, and then he would give his recommendations. The crew was always on time, cleaned up after themselves and were very thorough. I highly recommend System Pavers, and especially Clayton and the crew read more

If all you are looking for is hardscape, with pavers, fire pit, bbq, then they are probably an excellent choice. If you want turf and lighting, I would probably look somewhere else. We were initially very happy and even let them put a sign in our yard, but as time has progressed we are not as happy. They paver patio is great, but the turf, not so much. They have already had to come repair it because the was a large sunken area where the dirt underneath settled. While they fixed it within a week, but there was no follow up. They did not level the ground well and the turf has a lot of hills and valleys. Tonight we come home to no landscape lighting. After a little work we realize the wifi plug they put in is not working. This is only 3 months after the install. For the price we paid, I expected more then a simple wifi plug. Guess I will be ordering my own replacements. Finally the salesman promised he would throw in a waterfall. Needless to say we never saw or heard from the salesman after we signed the contract. We should have known better than to fall for the promise of an gift if we sign the contract. Live and learn. read more

System pavers by far offered us the best in both quality of work and customer service! Cody our sales person worked so quickly and diligently to get our project started just a few days after signing our contract. He made sure to answer all questions, checked in often during the work and walked the property with us after it was finished to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Clayton our project manager was the best PM I have ever worked with. He was here every day, was constantly communicating with us and the work crew to make sure that our vision was clear and he checked back in multiple times after the project was complete. I would absolutely hire them again in an instant and would recommend them hands down to anyone doing any outdoor projects! read more

I wish I could give a review based on quality of my product, but unfortunately I couldn't bring myself to go with this company due to the misogyny of the salesman. I explained that I, the woman of the home, was in charge of making all decisions due to my husband's illness. However he kept insisting that he wanted to meet with my husband. I explained repeatedly that I was the sole decision maker on this project but he still wanted me to reschedule a time to meet again with my husband in attendance. Thankfully the next company I met with was understanding and we ended up going with them. read more

We had system pavers do artificial turf in our backyard. We went with them because we had pavers done and they were good. After just a few weeks grass was already coming through. We expected some grass, but this is a lot of grass and only a few weeks out. We have contacted Corey the PM, also Issac the rep that came out and Kim in the office. They first told us they would discuss with the tech and get back to us. Nothing. Finally my husband reached Corey and was told to use weed killer. We did not pay $$$ to still have to pull grass and only a few weeks after installation. I am writing this because now they will not return our calls. Will now have to seek legal advise. Don't use this company for turf. Their not professional when things go wrong. read more

From start to finish, System Pavers was amazing. Our designer, Luke, was super personable and worked with our budget. And the project manager, Tom, was responsive any time we had a question. The work was done so quickly we couldn't believe it! And it looks fabulous. We still need to fix up the rest of our yard, but the part they did for us is on point! I'd definitely recommend System Pavers to anyone who wants quality work within their budget. Our girls have a place to play now! Look at my before and after pictures. read more

We had a great experience with System Pavers, from the design (Jon) to Tony and his crew that did all the work. They were upfront land realistic about the process and worked non stop for 4 days. We were blown away by the showroom that gave us more options than we ever needed. The Lady at the desk gave us the card of the designer/engineer working in our area and we set up an appointment. From there it was picking out a set of colors a design and off we went. We are extremely pleased with the product, the professionalism of the employees and the speediness with which it was completed. Everyone that has seen it thinks it looks wonderful and enlarges the area. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the backyard. You guys are the best! read more

I dont usually write reviews but I have to give credit when credit is due. I was very impressed with Nestor and his team. He was very reliable, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. We wanted to place pavers in our backyard. They were able to start right away. The demo and installation was done within a week! And the quality of work was top notch. I couldn't be happier with the results. Our backyard is beautiful. No headaches. No major delays. If you can request to have someone oversee your project, I would definitely recommend requesting Nestor and his team. read more

Before the job, they are very responsive to sell you. When they started the job there was daily followup on many things that required daily involvement. For every little thing we had to call and message many times until we get a response. I think they overwhelm themselves with many jobs but can't deliver properly. Few weeks after the installation, the artificial turf became lose, we contacted them and they send back the technician to fix it after few days. Few months later, 2) I have 3 tiles at the step became lose, 2) I have weed growing between the tile and artificial turf and now 3) I have tiles moving. It has been 2 months since we contacted them 3 or 4 times, every time we call, they sound surprised no one visited yet and they say we ll send someone but no one showed yet. This is supposed to be a 25 years warranty job. We don't know what to do. Disappointing:( read more

Fantastic service and outcome! From the initial site visit, the construction process, to the wrap up meeting everything has was flawless with our PM. The whole process was very straightforward and transparent by the sales team and the construction team. Jose and his team were over the top fantastic. He visited the site every single day and kept us updated constantly via calls or texts. My wife and I recently moved to our new dream home, but it was obvious that the front yard need it major upgrades. First thought in our minds were installing pavers and synthetic turf. We came across 2 companies to do it for us. The first company was Black Gold. Everything seem good in the beginning but it ended up being a disaster, very unprofessional, and they also order the wrong material. Luckily our neighbor recommended us to a company called pavers, the neighbor said they recommend system pavers to everyone looking to do any outdoor paving. We gave them a call and success I couldn't ask for a more carrying, professional, ethical company then System Pavers. I recommend them 100%. Thanks to Leno Alonzo and his team for fixing Black gold's mistakes and for making our house look so beautiful. read more

Jeff was great at sales; however, Cory was a horrible project manner. Didn't listen to feedback and pretty much blamed the customer. $11k for this Update 6/21. If you have the ability to be present you should and don't verbally accept what the sales team states. Read the contract before you electronically sign. read more

I had such a great experience with System Pavers from beginning to end. My first meeting with the designer, Tom. was really great. I felt like he helped me shape the vision I was going for and he called me 2 days after our initial meeting to discuss it more. That really sold me on everything! Also really impressed that they have a Customer Portal where you can communicate with the entire team working on the project. I thought that was next level and made me feel good about my decision to utilize their services. The Project Manager, Cory, was great too. Was there to answer all my new homeowner questions. The men working on the actual construction of the pavers were great too. Super punctual and got it done in 3 business day! The system paver provides the best backyard of my house. Karen is the best agent to find us the best plan of backyard design. We chose the charcoal mixed paver, the pattern and colors are amazingly pretty. Their work team was professional and accomplish the entire project in 5 days. All construction was neat and delicate. we have the square turf, rectangle turf on the back, and wave-shaped hallway. They provide a reasonable price that is competitive to other contractors we made. After the project, the agent even reduced the service fee. Super nice of them. I'm extremely satisfied with both construction quality and customer service. We were referred to System Pavers by one of our neighbors, as this was one of the first projects we wanted to take care of right away and we knew that we wanted pavers and a custom fire pit. Note: They pay a refferal fee, but please make sure you have all of it in writing and give credit where it is due. Scott walked us through the process and helped with the layout/look. Cory took over after that and worked with me on some last minute changes. The crew they sent were friendly and efficient and I couldn't believe how fast they were. After they finished, we had some issues with the size of the fire pan, which Cory took care of right away. We later got a custom glass cover made and that is when I realized that the inside of the pit was off by about 1/2 inch. It wasn't that noticeable, but it did bother me (my OCD kept eyes reminding me how off aligned it was everytime I looked at it). Almost 6 months later... I contacted Scott to see if System Pavers would be interested in providing the food for our HOA Holiday Party, so I decided to also give Cory a call to look at the fire pit and see if it is something that they could fix. Cory got our fire pit straight and Scott got them to cater our event eventhough he was getting ready to leave for hip surgery during the time of our event. Scott, Cory, and Eric - who assisted with our event while Scott was on leave, have all been a pleasure to work with. I am so pleased with our backyard and even happier that they were able to feed our community! Thank you guys so much! The 5 stars are for Cory's endless efforts to continual make me happy. FYI...I am hoping for them to donate some prizes for future events..hint hint...like a new big screen TV. Note: 25 year warranty. read more

I was going to tear out all the concrete and put in pavers in my backyard. I put down a deposit and started the long process of getting HOA approval. During this time I experienced a major leak in my house. The repair to my home is costing approx $20,000. At this point, I could no longer afford to put in pavers in my yard. I called to cancel. They will not return my deposit. NO WORK HAS BEEN DONE, AND NO MATERIALS WERE ORDERED. They told me no materials are ordered for the job until HOA approval is received. Do not do business with this company. They would rather steal your deposit than keep a potential customer. I was excited about having them pave my backyard, I simply could not afford to do it after spending 20k to repair water damage to my home. read more

Live in Moreno Valley. In May 2019 got estimate for Pavers on side of my Home. The original men that worked on pavers didn't level the pavers so water would puddle there. I believe they were fired. Working with System Pavers was a great experience. Cody was our consultant and from cradle to grave he provided an above and beyond level of customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and always made himself available. He was also reasonable and fair with quotes and the design process, and I appreciated the amount of time he spent with us with what could be considered a pretty small project. If you are lucky to have him assigned as your consultant, you're in good hands. Oscar was our PM and he was also wonderful. He was always there to make sure what you wanted was what you got, even if it meant dedicating a bit more time to the project. Somewhere around ten years ago, we contracted with system pavers to install pavers around our pool area. The final product was just wonderful, and really enhanced the beauty of our back yard area. But, as happens, time took its tole on the bricks. Some areas sinking three inches or more creating not only a terrible look, but a trip and fall hazard. Our yard became an eyesore. We called System Pavers and was referred to a "project manager" to evaluate the situation. We'll call him Tony,... Tony made the trip to our home, and looked at the patio, saying he'd get "his boss" to come look at the problem. Meanwhile, MONTHS tick by, and finally we get a call regarding out problem. First, we were informed that our job was no longer covered by any warranty. We understood this, and were only looking for repairs to be done. After telling us via phone, about the things that were wrong (which we knew), and what had to be done (which we knew), Tony finally got around to dropping the bomb,..... the price. When done initially, we paid 17,000.00+ dollars for the job, labor material included. The price they gave to repair the sunken bricks was $18,000.00. Over a thousand more than it cost to do the job complete from the start. This was pretty much labor only. The material still lay unevenly all around our pool. Obviously, Tony didn't want the job. As luck would have it, I chanced upon a pickup truck at the supermarket with sign on it announcing the operator did paver work. I contacted them, they looked at our job and announced their price for the work,...... 24,.......hundred dollars. Needless to say, I'm quite dissatisfied with System Pavers, and have a new found affection for our NEW paving company. read more

We got a quote for work on our home from Jonathon a design consultant. We gave them a 10% advance payment. We never received a copy of contract or even an advance payment agreement. All the sales person did was to bring out a few samples from what he showed us. When he did come out we did not like the one as the color in person was a lot different than photos. We picked 2 other possible colors and asked for an artist rendering with stone and our house colors. We never received, but we were sent on a wild goose chase to look at a few jobs near bye. They were in a gated community. We put job on hold and were told our deposit was not refundable. Never got any paperwork or contract to sign. We just cancelled job and no work, no permits, no materials set aside for job or date scheduled but they have stated $ 3066.00 we will not get back. Salesman would not even bring other samples out to us, and said we would have to go to Santa Ana to see them. No call from Management nor contact. Nothing in writing sent to us as we were told he would write it up when materials were selected. I am left having to sue in small claims and filing a compliant with contractor board.
