Second time here not as great an experience. This time the young lady at the counter was replaced with an older man. Our server was the same and he was amazing. The view also was amazing still. The service from the other man was horrible. Mean, short, not friendly at all to me. It wasn't as if he was incapable because he was nice to several people. As dusk was coming there was a chill in the air, he offered everyone outside blankets and left some on an empty chair except me....and a other Asian family. Things that make you go hmmmm....maybe it was just a coincidence, lets see what happens next tjme.

I absolutely love my experience at Suzette's. The space has a very chic, modern decor and nice outdoor seating. It was a little windy so we sat inside. The service was great! Our server was on top of it and juggling multiple tables super well! We got the brown butter latte and the Crispy Inside Out Omelette which came with Prosciutto Di Cotto, Pistachio Pesto, Arugula And Emmental Cheese, with Roasted Potatoes. This omelette was absolutely stunning. I still think about this crispy omelette, it was so good. The prosciutto with the pesto and arugula were such a great pairing. Every time I come to Sausalito, I will definitely be back at Suzette's!

So best favorite meal ever.

Very so delicious.it was so quick from service. Outside to take fresh air for seating.

Came here for brunch in a Saturday for 2, and didn't have to wait at all. Got outdoor seating since it was a beautiful day in Sausalito so had to take advantage. We ordered the oysters, inside out omelette and the smoked salmon Benedict. I really liked the omelette! It was pretty unique omelette since the ingredient weren't all mixed in, and the egg was sort of like a taco shell. Honestly, I think the weather, location and view really added to the whole experience and really enjoyed the meal. I think I would come back again if I were ever in Sausalito again!

The perfect spot for a girls lunch or dinner or even just to grab drinks and catch up! Great staff and vibes.

Great ambiance and wonderful service! Food was seasoned very nicely and the portions are very generous. We noted how spotlessly clean the restaurant was.

Macarons are beyond words

Pleasant surprise brings tasty delight to Sausalito! Being a dessert guy, just love the Macarons, Apple Pie, avec glacé, if you like ice cream on your pie & the Fresh seasonal berries to delight the senses & tastebuds! Yum

Had a great breakfast, docked one point off because of the service - weren't very attentive and were slightly rude. Saw this comment on multiple reviews - so I hope the restaurant works on this. Got the French toast and the crispy omelette. The latter was really good with the pistachio pesto - prosciutto tasted more like ham than prosciutto. The French toast was phenomenal!!! The compote was tart and the toast was very nicely crusted! Loved that it wasn't heavy enough but filling for a light breakfast!

BLT Eggs Benedict

A cozy café with a beautiful view of the bay. Seating is both inside and outside, with the outside seating understandably seeming to be more popular. We visited at brunch on Friday, but they also have a dinner menu posted. There were two servers on staff and both were attentive and friendly. I greatly enjoyed my BLT eggs Benedict - it had lemon zest that really brought out the flavor.

Really great smoked salmon. Unique interior and made me feel European. The service was friendly, and my only takeaway is the price.

Steak frites, my go-to

Suzette is a charming little bistro/cafe on the Sausalito waterfront facing San Francisco. Come here on a clear day and experience the magic all around. The first time I visited, they had just opened. Fast forward a couple years later, I'm happy they are still thriving. I'm a creature of habit, so I can't help but order the same thing every time - steak frites! I just LOVE it!!!! Transports me back to Paris, c'est tres bon! I always ask for aioli for my fries, and my meal never disappoints. Last visit I got my usual, along w the mussels and the burrata salad. My gosh, I was a happy camper apres dinner.

The view from the street

Located right on Sausalito's main street, Bridgeway, Suzette's is a most delightful warp to a Parisian bistro. The view of San Francisco and the Bay alone are worth the visit. Didier is a gracious and funny host, exhibiting that graceful economy of movement you expect from a professional. We felt most welcome in his care. The restaurant is well-lighted, with ample seating within and on the sidewalk. The latter comes with a cozy fire and blankets to ward off the marine fog's chill. This evening we choose: BISON CARPACCIO - Brillat-Savarin, pickled red onion and black olive tapenade Extremely satisfying, creamy, and tasty. CRISPY KATAFI GOAT CHEESE SALADE - Pomegranate, organic watermelon radishes little gem lettuce and pomelos A big portion of a savory and crunchy salad; the angel hair filo dough is a great texture! DUCK CONFIT & POMMES CAMPAGNARDES - Smashed fingerling potatoes, caramelized onions, smoked Niçoise olives, and a shallot confit sauce One of the best ducks I've had in a very long time, sauced with a deep, grounding essence of farmland. I'll definitely be craving this. BŒUF BOURGUIGNON - Beef stew with mushrooms, bacon, pearl onions, and buttery mashed potatoes Amazing stew, and mashed potatoes that put others to shame. This was a great date night, perfect for the location and menu! Thanks, Didier!!

Once I received the coffee it was okay. I had come with others who did not like the hot mocha. Very little chocolate flavoring. The allergen friendly options were disappointing. They had several but they all had multiple allergens and were stored together. There was an almond cookie, walnut brownie and a sesame pastry all stored within the same container. As someone with allergies that cannot have cross contamination having all of the options in the same case was upsetting. I cannot have sesame and someone else I was with has a nut allergy while also being gluten free. The atmosphere was quiet. There were several regulars asking where people were traveling from and a nice back patio to enjoy the coffee. It was a beautiful town to walk around but for the future I will check out another one of the available coffee shops on the same block.

I asked for the Pico on the side, not realizing the Pico consisted of the beans, corn, onion and tomato. This little dish was pretty skimpy & I had to pick out the few beans, corn & red onion, leaving the tomato. I was hoping the beans, corn and red onion were "in the salad", not the Pico. But once you get the hang of it, it works out okay. Equator has an assortment of casual fare that you order and are given a number. I came here for breakfast and sat outside on the patio. They do have seating indoor as well, but it being a lovely day, it's always nice to eat al fresco. These seats are indeed coveted, especially on the weekends. The day I was here, a woman had beef with me because I only had coffee and didn't have a number (indicating that I had ordered food). Not go to into too much detail, but we kindly told her that these seats are for everyone. I did end up ordering food a few minutes later, was given a number for the table, and tried their veggie omelette ($13), which was delicious. Featuring goat cheese, kale, poblano chile, red bell pepper, roasted potatoes & ciabatta toast, it was just the right amount. I felt like waving my number in that lady's face, but I have more tact and class than that. Anyway, would come back here again, number or no number.

I'm really disappointed with my recent experience ordering from this restaurant through Grubhub…read more I understand that Grubhub handles delivery logistics, but it's still the restaurant's responsibility to communicate with customers when there are issues. I was left waiting about 45 minutes with no update--no notice of a delay, no mention that there might not be a driver available, nothing. What made it worse was calling the restaurant for help. The response I received felt dismissive, and I was simply told the order was canceled. There was no effort to assist or provide any explanation. Yes, I received a refund, but that's not the point. Good customer service is about communication and respect for your customers' time. A quick update could have made a big difference. I hope the restaurant improves how they handle situations like this and works more closely with Grubhub to keep customers informed.

I have loved Malibu Farm in Tiburon since the beginning; I was there the first week they opened,…read moreI've been back many times since, and I've genuinely rooted for this restaurant. I even named my Cavalier King Charles Malibu;) so that should tell you something. I'm usually there with a medium to large group of friends or family, but today it was just two of us and my dog. We arrived about 20 minutes early for our reservation at 5:00pm for which we had specifically 'requested' outdoor seating. There were plenty of empty tables outside, presumably because so many people were still at the wine and cheese festival nearby. We were seated inside, and when I asked about several empty two-tops outside in the shade, I was told they couldn't accommodate us and that they "don't reserve or hold outdoor tables." Fair enough except I could see three empty tables for two being "held" outside. When I pointed that out, the explanation suddenly changed: those tables were apparently being held for people who had been waiting at the bar "for hours." We went Nextdoor even though we were risking our movie time ...and 45 minutes later 2 of those tables were still sitting empty. What bothered me wasn't simply not getting an outdoor table. I've owned multiple service businesses myself, and I completely understand that restaurants have seating systems, reservations, staffing issues, and circumstances customers may not see. What turned me off was being given one explanation, then a contradictory explanation when I questioned it, followed by an attitude that was unnecessarily rude and completely dismissive and disrespectful. If there was a legitimate reason those tables couldn't be used, just tell me. I can handle an honest answer. What I have a much harder time with is being told something that clearly doesn't add up and then being treated rudely for noticing it. So awkward. Being in Tiburon and having a beautiful location doesn't excuse treating customers this way. Servino's would never have acted this way in 1000 years and theirs food is so much better!
