The Picasso roll was DELISH! The yellowtail tasted so good and the presentation for both rolls was well thought out. I'll definitely be back to try more items on the menu! Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with the service given. We went in on a Friday night and it was semi-busy with two waitresses. We got seated and waited for about 15 minutes to get to order. It also took a little longer than we expected to have all of our plates ready and we had to eat without plates for five minutes. We felt sorry to have to ask for help several times to get the stuff ready for us. Overall, service was ok and we were offered a lot of apologetic kindness. I appreciated the food. Gyoza was delicious but some of the sushi was falling apart. They used to serve bigger portions but not anymore. The green tea was what we expected more from. It's more like water mixed with sugar sort of taste. Environment is clean and not too tight on space and that is a relief. I liked the sushi but quality wasn't good enough for the price. Delicious sushi and Japanese food! Our server Tai and the manager Irene are both so amazing and the interior design and ambiance is so pretty! We ordered the beef teriyaki bento box, a couple drinks, some nigiri sushi, and ice cream tempura for dessert. Everything came out quickly and tasted great. I usually don't like cooked veggies with my teriyaki but it was done well and I ate every last bite. Their salad was also surprisingly yummy! We basically cleaned all plates. 10/10 read more

So bad like really bad and it's a bummer because this is a local spot near me and it's open late. It should really be killing it but I have to agree with alot of the other reviewers it's just not there even the cucumber kimchi salad should be a hit it was awful. Like beyond salt and umami like you don't have to dump so much dashi in the umami is there already don't drug up people with all the msg. The quality of the sushi is ok, sad that we ordered a bunch of signature rolls and the only one that was ok was the California roll. The fish was warm and a little off putting so maybe try again but usually after the second or third time trying on different dates and times and it still fails I just can't keep throwing money away. read more

I liked all the sushi that we ordered. I got another roll but forgot to take a picture (seared yellow tail row), in addition to our pictured rolls which were picasso, dragon, and uni. I liked the picasso roll most overall. It was clean. The seared yellow tail roll was pretty good but something was off, like it had wasabi in liquid form added and it which isn't terrible but I didn't get truffle from it and that was what I was most interested in. Texture wise it was my favorite but the sauce used was my least favorite, not bad just not my favorite. The dragon roll was good however I'm not a fan of fried rolls like Vegas rolls and I just felt like the tempura took away from the rest of the roll. Just a bit too much tempura for me but I think people who like Vegas rolls and want to transition to more raw rolls would really dig it. Oh yeah the ginger is worth noting because it seems like they make it themselves, it tastes fresher than the majority of places. Uni is uni, it was $18 when I went in. I think everything we got was about $18 a roll. Place is chill, seems like a good date spot. Waitress was nice and attentive. Worth visiting again as the rolls were all solid. read more
