Best sushi ever! My boyfriend and I cannot get enough of this place! Sushi is always fresh and so tasty. The waitresses are sweet and attentive. They recently updated their decor and looks great although I do miss their old wallpaper with various fish.

The food was so good!! I kept eating even though I was so full. The spicy crunch roll was my fave. The interior looks very clean and simple. Also had beer deals!

Been here a handful of times, we will come here just to get the oh my garlic roll. It's just so good, it melts in your mouth. I love the creaminess, and the garlicky flavor it just goes together so well. Garlic is amazing but who would have thought it'd go so well with sushi! We recently tried the hot mess, and we loved it, the crispy tempura, spicy tuna and sauce. They have such a wide selection of rolls, and food options. The food comes out quickly, the staff is very accommodating and it's just a casual quiet restaurant. Definitely get their Oh my Garlic Roll!

Welp guess I found our new sushi spot! Came to Sushi Kara out of convenience and left a happy customer. It definitely had the feel of a quick go-to local spot as opposed to a night-out vibe. But the fish quality, selection, and authenticity definitely stood out. To eat we had two rolls, some nigiri, and the i love salmon appetizer. The rolls were packed with flavor but not overly big or sauced up. The sushi was classic and made with greats cuts. Pro tip: order the real side of wasabi. Game changer! Whether you're looking for fun rolls or classic sushi, Sushi Kara is more than enough for a great sushi fix.

LOVED!! was craving sushi and decided to try this small, family owned business. Fish was super high quality!! We ordered bluefin tuna carpaccio, bluefin toro sushi, 3 hand roll lunch special, Scottish salmon carpaccio, and Scottish salmon sushi. I was surprised how thickly sliced the carpaccio was especially since most places do more fine and thin. The uni was so fresh I could taste the ocean. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area. The service was also amazing and the food came out super fast. (Alot of parking space in the plaza.)

Sushi Kara is awesome! I've been here more than a handful of times and it's always been great! It's a small restaurant with inside seating, and very clean. The workers are friendly and quick. I've brought family and friends and everyone loves it! They have a great selection of sushi!

We overtipped, to probably compensate for our last visit. However, the new kitchen manager has clearly changed the calamari (10/10 before, 3/10 now, to the point I felt embarrassed that I'd waxed poetic about it to my out of town guests, who didn't have more than a few pieces, and the ones I ate were just to kind of toe a line), and this is pedantic, but sesame buns for the sliders was a weird choice. So they're no longer on my shitlist, but I do think I'm going to need to try different go-tos. I'm almost scared to try the tuna tartare (my other go to) after the change in the calamari and sliders. I really so desperately urge management to bring back the former chef, because the current one really seems to expending the least effort possible. And for the record, there was a "specials" slip left on our table, with one of the items noted as "sold out." On a Monday, by 5p. Something is going wrong here. I'm going to try yet again, but the changes that have thus far been made absolutely suck. Ambiance still a 10/10.

The sauce on it was good but too salty. The tofu & shiitake dish was served in a savory and tasty home/brown sauce. So, I found this S T Noodle Bar near by and decided to give it a try. I kinda know what there guys like to eat, so I just ordered a bunch of food. The only request from anybody was for Pad Thai, the most common dish at all Thai restaurants. I GPS my way over and order the food. I was Khao Soy on the menu and I don't see that at too many Thai places that I've been to, so I got an order of that with chicken. Of course, an order of Pad Thai, 2 orders since I have 5 hungry people to feed. Also, I ordered the Thai coconut soup, I think it's called Tom Kha with chicken. One more noodles dish was the Drunken Noodles, it's kinda like Chinese Chow Fun, but has a more spicy flavor and basil in it. The food was all pack and bagged for me to take back to the hotel. We used my room since I have a bigger room. We had plates and set ups for all five of us and we re-plated the food on the serving plates that came with the room. All the food was really tasty and everybody was happy not to have to leave the hotel. I heard compliments on the Pad Thai and the Coconut soup. The ambiance was relaxed, and where we sat in the back was cool because there was upbeat music playing loud enough to muffle the surrounding sounds but still soft enough to have conversation at our table without needing to raise our voice.
