This place used to be called An Noodles, but it looks like they changed the name to Amaze Noodles. They offer a variety of noodle, vermicelli, and rice dishes. Their garlic noodles are tasty! They have a nice buttery, garlic flavor that tastes sweet! You can get it with shrimp, bulgogi beef, or grilled chicken. Each comes with some greens on the side. The Garlic Noodles with Shrimp came with a little side of mixed greens, and the Garlic Noodles and Bulgogi Beef came with a couple pieces of broccoli. One interesting thing about the rice dishes is that you can switch to garlic cilantro rice instead of regular rice! It's an additional $2, but I'm curious to try it next time! We also got a side of shrimp spring rolls that come with carrots, daikon, lettuce, vermicelli, and shrimp inside. We got the grilled pork vermicelli ($15.59), filet mignon garlic noodles ($18.79), and shrimp garlic noodles ($15.59). We had a hard time choosing something to get for my dad since he doesn't like certain foods, but the shop owner(?) advised he could make the garlic noodles without the butter and to also have the shrimp already peeled. We went back to our car to wait for our to-go order and it took probably 15-20? minutes. A woman came out to our car (we were parked right in front) with all the food ready. Visited this restaurant with a friend, my first time. This is a Vietnamese restaurant. They offer dine in and take out, they do not have traditional menus instead they have digital menu. It is a kiosk similar to what you would expect when you go to McDonald's so you can only pay with a credit card or debit card, if you pay with cash, you have to go to the counter and they will take your order. The dining area is small. There are about a half a dozen tables, but they are spaced out far enough where you could have a private conversation. Our ordered arrived within 10 mins. We have found a new favorite place! This is a tiny little hole in the wall that only has a few tables. It has an electronic ordering board and lots of different Asian for fusion bowls. I've ordered several dishes here and all of them have been tasty and delicious. I've had the garlic noodles with bulgogi and I love the sautéed onions that come with them and the garlic noodles have plenty of garlic flavor and are cooked perfectly. The bulgogi with garlic cilantro rice was fantastic when I had it recently for lunch and the garlic cilantro rice was a great pairing to the bulgogi. It was rich and filling and the fried egg on top was a nice addition. I've ordered the shrimp spring rolls as an appetizer and those were great with plenty of big shrimp on the inside and a good size. The thai tea was also creamy and a great pairing for my food and one of the better thai teas I've ordered at a restaurant. I've had this place bookmarked for awhile now. Never seem to make it here even though I work a mile away. But tonight we made it here and was looking forward to eating here finally. We patiently waited for the couple in front of us. They seem to not sure what they wanted and they ended up ordering with the cashier 10 min later. So we decided to order with the hostess as well. During the wait we explored and ate some complimentary chips and drank some complimentary cold green tea. The food came finally. Portions were smaller than I thought and flavors didn't come through except the cilantro rice (2 dollars more) and the grilled pork. We also ordered garlic noodles, grilled chicken, bulgogi. Again food is good but flavor could be better. I'm more used to super pungent garlic noodles. We also got drinks here and thai tea and matcha flavor was masked by the sweet cream. The person in front of us complained about not getting their food and ended up getting 30 percent off voucher. Can't say our experience here was great. Came here for lunch and food was very delicious! You order through a machine which was super straightforward. I got to try the garlic noodle with bulgogi and the vermicelli with the chicken thigh (comes with fish sauce!). Both were very good and filling! Was visiting the area with a friend and driving by, saw the "Now Open" signage upfront and decided to check the place out. It's a smaller spot that's designed to be more "grab and go" - however, there is seating indoors and outside the space. Note: there are no restrooms on-site. Ordering is handled through a kiosk, but a friendly clerk walked out and took our order through the register. I think for the time being, they are offering free soda, but friend and I opted for the thai tea. Menu options - appetizers, and their bowl-style entree where you choose a base (rice, vermicelli noodles, or garlic noodles), and your choice of protein. I opted for the garlic noodles and grilled chicken thigh, while my friend ordered the garlic noodles and bulgogi beef. We also got one order of garlic chicken wings. The prices are fair, considering the area and the quality of food. The Thai Tea was great - made fresh, as the drink came out with the thai tea component separate, topped off with a thick layer of cream. Friend stirred his drink up, but I like keeping the drink component separate. My garlic noodle bowl came out at the same time as the garlic chicken wings - which were great. The batter had just the right amount of crisp to it, the meat was tender and juicy. The cilantro cream dipping sauce was the perfect complement to the wings, and I actually saved it as dipping sauce for my noodles. My noodle bowl was great! The ratio of protein to noodles was perfect - the grilled chicken thigh slices had a nice marinade to them - juicy and flavorful. The garlic noodles were al dente, and had a good garlicky flavor. To my pleasant surprise, there was a bed of sliced greens underneath the noodles, which helps balance out the rest of the bowl. Note: That red sauce that comes with the noodles is sriracha! I found out the spicy way, thinking it was a special sauce! Thank goodness for the Thai tea! Everything is made to order - so wait time was about 10 to 15 minutes. Something to keep in mind - best to call ahead for grab and go. Decent parking lot with plenty of space. A new favorite whenever I'm in the area again, especially since work expanded into the area recently. read more

There is no restroom. Nobody greeted us or even looked at us so we went to the kiosk. There was no free jasmine tea and snacks while we waited 25 minutes. Btw, Their kiosk automatically adds 20% tip on takeouts. I was really looking forward to their pork belly & cilantro rice but was disappointed at the small portion of the rice sitting on a bed of iceberg lettuce. The takeout paper bowls are kinda small to be entree sizes. We had two other dishes not even worth mentioning.
