Made a quick stop for some egg rolls. They have a self service kiosk where you can order. There is also a staff member available if you have any questions. They have plenty of seating indoors. The to-go wait time was not long. The egg rolls were yummy!!
Once upon a time, this Faerie Queen was looking for some favorite foods, but from new places. So glad I tried Amaze Noodles! We enjoyed the garlic noodles with shrimp (perfect), the spring rolls (masterfully wrapped), and the egg rolls (yum)! The prices were good, the portions, good, and the flavors were great! The end.
Appetizer: * Chicken Karaage - super crispy, juicy, and the dipping sauce is seriously SO good. You have to try it. Entrees: * Garlic Noodles with Bulgogi Beef - I might be a little biased because I love garlic noodles, but this is honestly one of the best I've had. The noodles are garlicky and addicting, and the bulgogi is tender and full of flavor. * Grilled Chicken Thigh Vermicelli - fresh, satisfying, and grilled perfectly. The whole bowl feels light but still filling, and it's definitely something I'd get again. Overall: An Pho Noodles is honestly worth the wait every time. It's one of those comfort-food spots you'll want to come back to because everything just hits the spot. Even if there's a little wait, the food is absolutely worth it. Service & Ambience: The service was amazing. The lady helping us was so sweet and welcoming. The interior has a cozy, homey vibe that makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in.

They have a nice buttery, garlic flavor that tastes sweet! You can get it with shrimp, bulgogi beef, or grilled chicken. Each comes with some greens on the side. The Garlic Noodles with Shrimp came with a little side of mixed greens, and the Garlic Noodles and Bulgogi Beef came with a couple pieces of broccoli. One interesting thing about the rice dishes is that you can switch to garlic cilantro rice instead of regular rice! It's an additional $2, but I'm curious to try it next time! We also got a side of shrimp spring rolls that come with carrots, daikon, lettuce, vermicelli, and shrimp inside. These were not bad, but I wish they gave more peanut dipping sauce to go with it!

I work a short drive away and I'm glad I do because the food here is AMAZING! It was incredibly easy to order and the portion sizes were great! Lots of space and the entire ambiance is nice and comfortable. The staff is incredibly kind and made sure to make my entire experience great. The crispy pork was absolutely perfect and so tasty! I really love garlic, so the garlic noodles were life changing! Thai tea was tasty too! Can't wait to come back for future lunch breaks.

Visited this restaurant with a friend, my first time. This is a Vietnamese restaurant. They offer dine in and take out, they do not have traditional menus instead they have digital menu. It is a kiosk similar to what you would expect when you go to McDonald's so you can only pay with a credit card or debit card, if you pay with cash, you have to go to the counter and they will take your order. The dining area is small. There are about a half a dozen tables, but they are spaced out far enough where you could have a private conversation. Our ordered arrived within 10 mins. My friend liked the shrimp spring rolls.
Stopped by with my mom around close to 4pm on a Friday. The shop was empty but a man came to greet us from the back. It is a small shop with a few tables and chairs. I think An Noodles rebranded to Amaze Noodles since the sign of the shop had a different name. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were more things added to the menu! We got the grilled pork vermicelli ($15.59), filet mignon garlic noodles ($18.79), and shrimp garlic noodles ($15.59). We had a hard time choosing something to get for my dad since he doesn't like certain foods, but the shop owner(?) advised he could make the garlic noodles without the butter and to also have the shrimp already peeled. We went back to our car to wait for our to-go order and it took probably 15-20? minutes. A woman came out to our car (we were parked right in front) with all the food ready. We were impressed by the amazing service and loved the food! I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place.

We were in the area with my rep and got hungry around 1 pm so we were looking for some quick bites as we were having dinner with friends that evening. Found this mom and pop resto and it BLEW US AWAY! It's a small resto and even their restroom is all the way to the back and you go thru the kitchen. It's truly like being in someone's house. But don't let it fool you coz their food is freakin' delish!! I love love garlic noodles and crispy pork belly by itself and lo and behold, they had garlic noodles with crispy pork belly. BOMB!! The garlic noodles were so tasty but not overpowering and the pork belly was crispy fried to perfection. It was homey simple and freshly made. TOTAL OUT OF BOUNDS. I can honestly say, that this dish was worth a Michelin star!! And I got my self a cucumber lemonade and it came with a big plastic container and it was so refreshing! I told Lily, the owner, that she is doing something special with her food and I will come back here soon to try their other offering. Got the garlic noodles with bulgogi beef to go. There wasn't enough beef but the garlic noodles had good flavor. I ended up adding more stuff to it once I (rather quickly) ran out of beef. Their beef-to-noodle ratio is too low. Beef is expensive these days, so I understand! read more

We have found a new favorite place! This is a tiny little hole in the wall that only has a few tables. It has an electronic ordering board and lots of different Asian for fusion bowls. It's easy to order and easy to adapt each order. We had a crispy pork, vermicelli noodle bowl and a filet mignon garlic noodle bowl . Both were absolutely delicious. If you live in North Orange County it is definitely worth checking out if you love delicious Asian noodle bowls! It is super convenient off the 405 and 605 freeways. read more

A great spot for lunch or dinner if you are craving some asian fusion noodles or rice bowls! I've come here several times and I've left feeling happy and satisfied. I've ordered several dishes here and all of them have been tasty and delicious. I've had the garlic noodles with bulgogi and I love the sautéed onions that come with them and the garlic noodles have plenty of garlic flavor and are cooked perfectly. The bulgogi with garlic cilantro rice was fantastic when I had it recently for lunch and the garlic cilantro rice was a great pairing to the bulgogi. It was rich and filling and the fried egg on top was a nice addition. I've ordered the shrimp spring rolls as an appetizer and those were great with plenty of big shrimp on the inside and a good size. The thai tea was also creamy and a great pairing for my food and one of the better thai teas I've ordered at a restaurant. Service here is great with the staff helping out with the kiosk if you need help and regularly checking in on you to ensure you are having a good meal. Food also comes out quick and the interior is nice and clean and there's free snacks and water/tea on the side. read more

Food is amazing here. Fresh and hot! Egg rolls - they're so good. Crispy and not drenched in oil - yay! Bulgogi with garlic noodles - comes with sautéed onions and they are so good. Hear me out: most places have garlic noodles that are way too garlicky or not garlicky enough. These are perfect! So good! Filet with cilantro rice - I think it's cilantro rice because it's green and tasty. Filet is sautéed with onions and bell peppers. So good. The owner is so nice and friendly. Always happy to see and greet customers. Please go and support this place - it's really good! You can order online and the turnaround is fast! read more

I've had this place bookmarked for awhile now. Never seem to make it here even though I work a mile away. But tonight we made it here and was looking forward to eating here finally. We patiently waited for the couple in front of us. They seem to not sure what they wanted and they ended up ordering with the cashier 10 min later. So we decided to order with the hostess as well. It was quicker and I hate ordering on a kiosk anyways. We waited maybe around 30 minutes for our food. During the wait we explored and ate some complimentary chips and drank some complimentary cold green tea. The food came finally. Portions were smaller than I thought and flavors didn't come through except the cilantro rice (2 dollars more) and the grilled pork. We also ordered garlic noodles, grilled chicken, bulgogi. Again food is good but flavor could be better. I'm more used to super pungent garlic noodles. We also got drinks here and thai tea and matcha flavor was masked by the sweet cream. The person in front of us complained about not getting their food and ended up getting 30 percent off voucher. Can't say our experience here was great. My social media friends who has been here all had high praise for an noodles. Sorry I couldn't agree. read more

On a scale for Cheap Eats places, I thought A Noodles had great options for takeout as they were all individually packaged, whether you ate at one of their few tables or took it to-go. The service was great,, which was a nice surprise for a fast food type place. A man came out to take my order when he knew the couple at the ordering kiosk was taking a long time. He also refilled the complimentary iced tea when it was getting low. Our favorites were the vermicelli with pork belly and the Vietnamese spring rolls. The shrimp inside is he rolls were fresh and tasty! If you want good Vietnamese-Thai food to go or a quick bite and don't care about ambiance, come here. read more
Came here for lunch and food was very delicious! You order through a machine which was super straightforward. I got to try the garlic noodle with bulgogi and the vermicelli with the chicken thigh (comes with fish sauce!). Both were very good and filling! I also got to try 3 drinks - Ube coffee, Thai tea, and matcha with salted cream. My favorite was the Ube coffee. Overall this place is great and seems to be new to the neighborhood. As soon as we walked in, two employees that were sitting at a table gave us nasty looks like we were interrupting their break. Not that it would matter if they were on their break, because you order at a kiosk anyway. We ended up waiting 35 minutes for a bahn mi and bulgogi noodles, and it wasn't worth the wait. The food that was edible was mediocre at best, and the bahn mi had bugs. I counted 3 dead ones in total. read more
Was visiting the area with a friend and driving by, saw the "Now Open" signage upfront and decided to check the place out. It's a smaller spot that's designed to be more "grab and go" - however, there is seating indoors and outside the space. Note: there are no restrooms on-site. Ordering is handled through a kiosk, but a friendly clerk walked out and took our order through the register. I think for the time being, they are offering free soda, but friend and I opted for the thai tea. Menu options - appetizers, and their bowl-style entree where you choose a base (rice, vermicelli noodles, or garlic noodles), and your choice of protein. I opted for the garlic noodles and grilled chicken thigh, while my friend ordered the garlic noodles and bulgogi beef. We also got one order of garlic chicken wings. The prices are fair, considering the area and the quality of food. The Thai Tea was great - made fresh, as the drink came out with the thai tea component separate, topped off with a thick layer of cream. Friend stirred his drink up, but I like keeping the drink component separate. My garlic noodle bowl came out at the same time as the garlic chicken wings - which were great. The batter had just the right amount of crisp to it, the meat was tender and juicy. The cilantro cream dipping sauce was the perfect complement to the wings, and I actually saved it as dipping sauce for my noodles. My noodle bowl was great! The ratio of protein to noodles was perfect - the grilled chicken thigh slices had a nice marinade to them - juicy and flavorful. The garlic noodles were al dente, and had a good garlicky flavor. To my pleasant surprise, there was a bed of sliced greens underneath the noodles, which helps balance out the rest of the bowl. Note: That red sauce that comes with the noodles is sriracha! I found out the spicy way, thinking it was a special sauce! Thank goodness for the Thai tea! Everything is made to order - so wait time was about 10 to 15 minutes. Something to keep in mind - best to call ahead for grab and go. Decent parking lot with plenty of space. A new favorite whenever I'm in the area again, especially since work expanded into the area recently. read more

Came here for the first time and picked up a crispy pork belly with vermicelli. I ordered over the phone and it was ready within 15 mins. The portion is reasonable for the price. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. They offer indoor dinning with a few tables and chairs. No out door dinning. I am impressed to find this restaurant near my house and will definitely come back again to try out their other menu items. read more

stumbled upon this gem by accident today. it's a very small restaurant, but i didn't mind at all especially the service & food. was in luck because they released new items & i was very excited to try it! the dish was so good & the service was very helpful throighout my whole experience. the dish is enough for two & the flavor was so rich in the broth/soup. and i told the cook i loved spicy, so he even offered to give me a but of his chili oil he made & i ate all of it! if you're looking dot a new spot to try something related to cajun seafood & also a broth type of soup, this place is it! read more
