Went here for lunch on a weekday and it was great! Service is always fast and efficient and friendly. Pork dumplings, beef chow mein, beef rolls, and sesame balls. The beef chow mein is a favorite. Highly recommend.

What I Ordered: Dan Dan Noodles ($13.99) Braised Beef Noodle Soup ($15.99) Xiao Long Bao ($13.50) Spicy Pork Wontons ($12.50) Spare Ribs with Mashed Garlic ($16.99) Shrimp Fried Rice ($16.99) Cucumber Salad ($8.50) Strawberry Green Tea ($4.99) My personal favorite dish from the meal was the Dan Dan Noodles. The noodles had a great chewy and bouncy texture and were coated in a savory spicy sesame sauce with just the right amount of spice. I liked that the flavors were bold without being overwhelming, and I found myself continuing to go back for more throughout the meal. Braised Beef Noodle Soup. As someone who loves soup dishes, this immediately stood out to me. The broth was rich and comforting, and the braised beef was tender and packed with flavor. Combined with the chewy noodles, it made for a hearty and satisfying dish. For both dishes, I was pleasantly surprised at how bouncy and chewy the noodles were. I would want to try the other noodles dishes on the menu as well. We also ordered the Xiao Long Bao and each dumpling was filled with a flavorful pork filling and a solid amount of soup. There's definitely a reason why this spot is called JUICY dumpling factory. The Spicy Pork Wontons were soft and packed with pork, while the chili oil sauce added a savory kick without being overly spicy. I'm not too good with spice, but this was not that spicy for me. The Spare Ribs with Mashed Garlic had a bold garlic flavor that paired well with the tender pork. If you're a garlic lover, this is definitely worth ordering. The meat was very bony so make sure to be careful! The garlic added a lot of flavor without completely overpowering the meat. The Shrimp Fried Rice was a solid side dish that complemented everything else we ordered. The rice had a nice wok flavor, wasn't greasy, and came with a generous amount of shrimp. A surprising must order was the Cucumber Salad which was light, refreshing, and crunchy. Lot of the other foods were on the oily end, so having a refreshing cucumber salad definitely hit the spot. Staff: All of the staff members were friendly! They were very knowledgeable about each of the menu items. Ambiance: Indoor and outdoor seating available. A good amount of parking in the parking lot that is shared with other shops in the plaza.

The food was pretty good. I really enjoyed the braised beef noodle soup and shrimp and pork spicy wontons. However, the juicy pork dumplings were not juicy. Not sure what happened but I would definitely come back to give this place a try again.

This is such a great place to go when you're craving Din Tai Fung but don't want to wait in a long queue! The dishes here are much more affordable and also delicious! There's also more variety. My top three were the dry fried string bean, beef roll, and Dan Dan noodles. Would def come back!

Our Lunch Bunch (a bunch of crazy foodies) pick one restaurant a week, rotating choice between us to try. This last week we met at an Asian place that was in a small strip mall. What a nice surprise! Clean, smelled wonderful and with self seating. It's small inside but they do have outdoor seating also. We were served right away with drinks and menus. The garlic green beans were plentiful and tasty, these were my favorite. Spicy pork wontons could have used a bit more heat but they were delicious, both steamed dumplings were perfect, the juices or soup inside tasted fantastic and the egg rolls were fried perfectly. A perfect place for lunch with friends.

They say this is a Din Thai Fung dupe. It's not it's similar and it's good but don't expect the flavors and quality it's still really good food. It was just hyped up on social media. It doesn't make me wanna go back again, but if I'm local and I'm feeling like having something similar to this, I would probably pick it. Their tea was amazing. All the food was good. No complaints here service was pretty decent. The atmosphere is very inviting. It's pretty busy. The layout of the building is great. Who knows I may be back sometime, but it wouldn't be my first choice to go to.

Watching dumplings being made right in front of you hits different! This place has an open kitchen where you can literally see the whole process from fresh dough being rolled out to each dumpling carefully folded by hand. We tried a variety of dishes and everything tasted clean, fresh, and super satisfying. The dumplings were definitely the highlight. so juicy and flavorful. There's just something about knowing your food is made from scratch that makes it even better. Worth trying if you're in LA or Orange County

4.5 stars Good parking, clean restaurant. Go early (before 6pm) to avoid the dinner rush. We ordered a bunch of items to share family style. Prices are reasonable however the place isn't a Din Tai Fung dupe. Beef roll: Solid, pancake could be crispier but it hit the spot XLB: Skin is a bit thick but it is juicy. Fried rice: Standard fried rice. Nothing special. Chili wontons: Very good, highly recommend Green beans: Very salty, would not recommend (or if you order it ask for them to put light salt) They do have an outdoor patio but it doesn't look like they are serving outside.

Stopped in for lunch and Juicy Dumpling Factory absolutely earned a spot in our regular rotation. Plenty of shared parking, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, and a clean, busy atmosphere that made the place feel like a hit. We ordered the cold cucumber salad, juicy pork dumplings, pan fried chive shrimp and pork dumplings, pork spicy wontons, and the prime beef fried rice. Every dish came out strong, but the dumplings were the real showstoppers. Service was just as impressive. The whole staff worked like a team, but Karen was an absolute rockstar. She was everywhere at once making drinks, handling to-go orders, and still making sure everyone was taken care of. If you love dumplings, this place is a must.

Came here on a Friday night with a few friends. It was a bit crowded, but we were able to put our names down on the waitlist up at the front. We probably waiting about 30 minutes or so and was finally called to get seated. Overall, we had a really great experience. It was all of our first time being there so the server was able to answer all the questions we had about the menu and how to order. Food came out fairly quickly as well. Food: We ordered the Juicy Pork Dumplings, Pork & Corn Pan Fried Dumplings, Pork Spicy Wonton, Beef Roll, and the Braised Beef Noodle Soup. They all tasted so good. It was all seasoned perfectly and the dumplings were so juicy! Make sure to pour some of that vinegar and chili oil on the side to boost up the flavors! Out of everything we tasted, we really enjoyed the Pork Spicy Wontons and the Beef Roll. Those were probably my top two picks. There's plenty of parking available at the lot and lots of other restaurants to try so I think this was a great spot for them to be in. Looking forward to trying more items off their menu!

Juicy Dumpling Factory is an unexpected delight. Loved every dish we ordered. Staff is super nice and attentive. The interior is on the smaller side but nice and clean. Chive, pork, shrimp dumplings: I thought these were soup dumplings, they're not. They're ok. Spare ribs with garlic: really good, perfect small bites Chow mein with beef: delicious chewy, flavorful noodles and beef Fried rice with shrimp: simple, but good All portions are perfect. Prices are reasonable. Would definitely come back.

Went here after church. It was a full house. Ordered all the food shown. Taste is always consistent. I have a problem with restaurants to have recommendations of what percentages to tip. I have no problem giving 20% tip for great service. This place doesn't really do much other than bring out the food. They leave the water so that we can fill up our own and never really check in on us otherwise. The reason for the three star is a shady Business practices. Look at my receipt and those amounts are based on the total including tip. We all know that tipping should be based on the food and beverage and not including tax cause that just insulates the bill. I will always call out small businesses that do this. This is shady practices.

Tried this place because my husband had it near his work with coworkers. Surprisingly really good. Ordered things that were similar to Din Tai Fung . And honestly, very similar. Not as flavorful but close enough. Serving size was great. We usually eat all or food at DTF but here, we had leftovers. It's also cheaper than Din Tai Fung. Will go back in the near future.

My favorite is jajangmyun, the black bean noodles. I love the food, it's a comfort food for me, but I tend to feel a bit of a food coma after a meal here. The criticisms in reviews don't seem fair. Some reviewers write about a rude attitude from employees and a belief that people who speak the Korean language are treated better than those who don't. I've seen people who only speak English and are courteous being treated warmly. Furthermore, the employees here don't miss a beat. The timing of when the entrees arrive to the table after ordering has been consistent over the years. I have not ever waited long for the kimchi, rice, and entrees to arrive, and for our family to be eating. Everything tastes the same as when I first started going decades ago, which is fantastic.
