Their menu for special rolls consists almost entirely of imitation crab, which we do not eat, along with spicy tuna, which is fine, but is typically lower quality tuna ground up and mixed with spicy sauce to disguise the lack of quality. We only found 2 rolls we wanted to order that had actual fish, but we were pretty disappointed overall at the quality. Hubby and I stopped by after a day out and ordered some rolls to bring back to our hotel to eat. This would be the third location that we've been too and so far all of them have been amazing! Staff was friendly and gave us time to look over their menu to decide what we wanted to get. We decided to get about 6 rolls to share and once we placed our order we waited about 20-30 minutes as some of them were baked. We waited outside and decided to stop by the boba shop nearby to grab a drink while are food was being prepared. They get our order right every single time a feat which we are pretty sure involves some kind of sorcery and the packaging is immaculate. I went on a Saturday night. I was seated quickly. It was busy during the last couple hours before closing so I understood that my food wasn't going to be served quickly. I got the California roll first. There are 10 pcs, they are decently sized and it definitely satisfied my craving. The pork katsu was decent. It comes with miso soup, rice and side salad. There are a total of 2 cutlets. Personally, I liked the rolls more than than the cutlet. I think the cutlet was a bit drier than to my liking.
