UPDATE: Finally got that chance to claim that free chicken pho to replace the I ordered that did not have the chicken. I called the order in and the gentleman that took the call knew about the replacement -even if it was awhile back when I made that first order. He said he was going to get my order done straight away. I arrived and my order was ready -and still hot. Also, the man who took my order said he threw in a more pieces of chicken to make up for last time. Super appreciated that! I've been waiting for more than 30 minutes for ordering Togo. I think they forgot my order because they came out to ask what I was waiting for. Keep in mind a group of 9 people were being served while I ordered. I ordered pho with egg noodle. They came out later to tell me they don't have that...30 minutes later.
