A professional name Armond contacted through the Yelp site and we began communicating, which included me sending pictures of my project and he gave me his best idea on what needed to be done and we agreed that he would come out to my home the very next day and get an idea of exactly what needed to be done. Armond was very polite and professional and stated that as long as there wasn't extensive work that would lengthen the period of time the job needed to be done. It would generally cost $80 to complete my job. I was rather surprised because he was cautious and didn't know if that was a high price And I couldn't agree with him more that it was a fair price and it was our agreement that we held to. Today, which was the very next day Armond came out and he looked at the job and outside of an electrical box that needed to be removed because it was part of the previous spotlight that was in the location where we needed to install the new one. Within an hour , armond had the previous spot lamp down after some minor complication with the screws and began installing the new spot lamp, but it was a little more complicated because the spot lamp also included a camera that was a pan and tilt style and also was motion censored to Keyon someone or something that would be moving in the yard. It took approximately 40 minutes for Armond to mount the spotlight, and after we got the light mounted, and we started to read the instructions for the camera that was also controlled by an application on the iPhone. It stated that to install the spotlight camera in an optimum manner. We should have it in the house and in our hands and plugged in to a USB battery pack which in the end we got away with just connecting the battery pack while we were out in the yard where the Internet was a strong signal. In a little more than an hour, Armond had the spotlight camera up and help set up the application and the camera is working spectacularly and it was worth the purchase. I have to say that out of all the people I've hired on Yelp, Armond was one of the most professional, polite, and knowledgeable about the project he came to take on. I would recommend and certainly use this company in the future for everything and anything that they would be willing to take on as a project at my home and I would recommend them to anyone for their professionalism with my job.

The assessment wasn't bad, but they did recommend re‑insulating my attic due to the age of the existing insulation. When I contacted Atticare for an estimate, I learned they partner directly with PSE&G on home energy‑efficiency projects, which immediately made the process smoother. Stephen (Inspection & Sales) - Stephen arrived exactly at the scheduled time and was friendly from the moment he walked in. He inspected my attic, measured the square footage, and walked me through all available insulation options. No upselling...just available options. Based on our conversation about my high winter heating bills, he also suggested that my outer walls likely needed insulation. Before giving me any pricing, he made sure I understood that Atticare would secure the best possible PSE&G rebate. They ultimately obtained a sizable rebate (free money!) and a 0% loan for 72 months billed as part of my monthly utilities bill, which allowed me to insulate all three floors of outer walls in addition to the attic. Nick & Crew (Attic Insulation) - Nick and his team also arrived right on time. He explained the scope of work clearly and determined the most efficient way to complete it. His crew worked quickly and had the entire attic insulated in under a day. Victor & Crew (Outer Wall Insulation) - Like Stephen and Nick, Victor and his team were punctual and professional. Because my home's exterior is stucco, he explained the indoor insulation process in detail. His team moved furniture away from the outer walls, covered everything with plastic sheeting, and got to work. I will note that dust mitigation could be improved for walls and furnishings -- not a dealbreaker, but tightening that up would elevate the experience even further. The outer wall insulation work took a bit longer than expected due to the number of holes that needed to be drilled, patched, and painted, but the team handled it diligently.
