I'd gone online and read numerous horror stories about companies that rip people off on gutter guards but I needed them desperately so I decided to bite the bullet. I called NJ Home Maintenance and scheduled an appointment for an appointment. A few short days later they arrived at the house for the estimate. They dropped off a few samples along with an explanation sheet explaining the benefits of each. I was rather surprised by the price which I consider to be more than fair. I hired them on the spot and could not be more pleased. The work performed, punctuality and communication were all without parallel. Speaking as someone who is very meticulous with the maintenance of their home, I can recommend them without reservation. Kudos much thanks.

Overall, I'm very happy with their work and the way everything turned out. The roof looks great, and the level of detail they put into it shows they really take pride in their craftsmanship. The chimney work for the boiler and water heater was done extremely well -- clean, neat, and up to code. There were some minor corrections I requested during the process, but they were very responsive and professional in addressing them. I really appreciated that they listened to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable with the final results. The only area I think could have been slightly better was the wood-burning fireplace chimney -- it works fine, but I felt it could have been finished with a bit more precision. That said, what really impressed me was the way Kenneth handled everything. He followed up several times after the job was done, made sure I was completely satisfied, and even came back personally to review some of my concerns. Kenneth is very polite, honest, and clearly cares about his customers. It's rare these days to find contractors who not only do good work but also genuinely stand behind it. You can tell they work hard and want you to be happy with the end result. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and hardworking people who take pride in what they do What really stood out to me was Kenneth's follow-up and professionalism. He checked in several times to make sure everything was good and even came back personally to go over some of my concerns. He's polite, honest, and truly cares about his customers. You can tell this company works hard to make sure you're satisfied. I'd definitely recommend them. Another point I want to make I have been pricing out roofs for almost 2 years.
