The reason: waiting around for a crew for hours just for the estimate with subpar communication leaving me - waiting around for people to show up. When I started searching for a new team that could handle the work, I read through reviews and found Home Solutions. Customers raved about communication and pride in their work. And through completion of our kitchen project we experienced exactly that - professionalism, on-time delivered work and diligent communication every step of the way to ensure our satisfaction. They made it easy to coordinate arrival - offering for someone to meet me and hand off keys, offering to work around our schedule, providing clear timelines of when we could expect work to be started and completed. Do not hesitate hiring these guys. They are perfectionists and will not stop until you are satisfied with their work. Thank you, Jakub and Tom.

He was honest with us when he had questions about some of our subcontractors, he extended discounts to us on items, and most importantly, he is an amazing communicator. I think most people who have worked with contractors have struggled with communication issues (don't call back, etc.) -this was not at all true with Jakub. He was easy to contact and got back to us quickly. He is also warm and easy to talk to--I know, not necessarily a job requirement, but we found that his wonderful personality made the whole process more bearable. I will absolutely hire Jakub for our next job!

Meeting her wasn't like meeting a new vendor, but more like gaining a new friend. We decided on Halina as she provided the most flexible option in terms of choosing our own materials, and she is extremely careful with giving a detailed quote so that the client can see the complete breakdown. Halina helped us with a full kitchen and bathroom renovation. We had a modern kitchen but hated the look. I showed her my Pinterest board which she immediately understood my vision. She brought in an amazing cabinet maker (millworker) who did fabulous custom cabinets for us. I am an avid baker and cook and wanted the small kitchen to be as functional as possible. Halina accommodated with bringing in the millworker who mapped out our entire space for maximum efficiency. This included pull out spice cabinets, utensil cabinets, toe kick and pull out trash bin. We had a custom color sprayed on the lower cabinets and they look and function beautifully; with soft closing drawers and inlay cabinet doors. The bathroom was definitely a complete overhaul. We did a bathtub to shower conversion with hexagon tile flooring, subway tile walls. Halina made sure that all the plumbing was good to go, and while this was a slightly difficult process for us to live without running water for a little bit, the end result is well worth it! We have a beautiful bathroom that makes me feel like I am at a resort every day. The tile work is very well done. As far as change orders, Halina doesn't start anything without asking us. We had a few things that we wanted to change that were on our part - and the prices were fairly reasonable. What we paid at the end was very close to what we were quoted in the beginning. Overall, we are extremely thrilled with our renovation from Aspiro Renovations. Halina's dedication to excellence and continued support is (she has helped us even after the renovation is over) is much appreciated.

I spoke with 6 or 7 contractors before, gratefully, finding Aspiro. Halina's bid was markedly below the other companies. Bringing a sophisticated design sense, and allowing me to choose and order my own materials was a winning partnership that saved money further and created a beautiful end result. Additionally, it should be highlighted that working with a woman contractor brought novel benefits, like attention to detail, emphasis on candid communication to quickly address issues, and a warm collaborative spirit. There was no loss of skill as Halina and her crew are extremely knowledgeable in all areas of construction, engineering and in the trades necessary for renovations. I highly recommend Aspiro for any project big to small--amazing results, at a fair price, while staying sane!

They followed our kinda-persnickety patio design to the inch, laying 2'x2' pavers down in precise rows, separated by cement-supported bands of artificial turf - at an exact 1.5" pitch so that rainfall is carried away from the house. The surface is flat as a lake and looks fantastic. The Dawn crew moved tons of dirt from the old built-in planters and the grading process out and 90-pound pavers and hundreds of pounds of sand and cement in THROUGH our 2nd-floor apartment without any damage or major disruption to our daily routine. They cleaned up nightly like clockwork and were fully done in just 5 days. Zeeshan and his crew were unfailingly professional and responsive - and all just super-nice guys. We would be happy to work with them again, and we recommend them to anyone who needs work done. We LOVE what they did with our place.

I had about 5 different contractors come over, view my roof (one by a drone, so he did not even look at my roof in person) and tell me I need to rip everything up, get a permit... the whole thing. Someone on Nextdoor suggested Focus on Construction, so I called them to look at my roof and guess what they did? Focused on Construction. First of all - I called Naldi, and he came over between jobs to look at my roof THAT DAY. He SUPER was honest, told me what I needed (I only had one layer up there, so they did not have to rip anything apart, get new wood/planks, rebuild a hatch...) and he explained what they would need to fix. He said "we can fix your leak, or re-line the entire roof." which was appreciated (said my wallet and nerves). Naldi was the ONLY person to offer fixing my roof as a possibility. Also, during the conversation, I told him of other tasks that were insisted to me by other contractors that NEEDED to be done - and he asked "Why do you need to do that? No... No... You do not need a new ___" THAT is how honest he was. He made it known that he was there to fix my problem correctly, not oversell. EVEN BETTER?!?!? The price was beyond reasonable. EVEN BETTER THAN THAT!?!? He was at my house a week later to reline my roof and they finished the job not only super great, they completed it within the time frame given. In conclusion: great communication, they speak to you like you are an intelligent human, honest, competitive pricing, and they get the job done, SON! Now that I know they exist, I do not see why I would use anyone else. I am sure you have been told about other good roofing companies, but it would take nothing but a bit of your time to have Focus on Construction to come out and give your job a look over. I will assure this: Focus on Construction will definitely give you an honest answer and peace of mind.

After getting an estimate to repair my gutters over the summer, I waited to have them repaired…read morebecause I had too many renovations going on at the same time. I kept Justin's contact information and gave him a call anticipating the winter storms that may soon be approaching. He responded right away and remembered our previous correspondence. He followed up within 2 days to give me a new estimate since the gutters on the side of the house began to leak as well. We communicated via text, which was the best form of communication for me. He explained what needed to be repaired thoroughly and listed all the materials needed. This would be the third time I had a contractor come to repair my gutters within the last 5 years. It has been a nightmare trying to get my gutters fixed, however this time around I felt confident in hiring Justin and his crew. He sent me a quote detailing the work that needed to be done. I had fascia boards installed, aluminum capping, vinyl vented soffit, mesh covers, and a new gutter replaced only in the front of the house due to my neighbor's gutters hanging a foot onto my side of the house causing a waterfall every time it rained. Since the gutters were pretty new, I did not get new gutters for the rest of the house. They had removed and reinstalled my existing gutters. He was very fair in his pricing, so I moved forward with the contract. And he gave me a 10 year warranty! His partner, Ramon, came with installers the following day and completed the job within 2 days. They were all polite, professional, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them.
