This is a blatant lie, you said the vanity did not need to be moved to do the job. "you also gave us the saddle to install we didn't purchase it and install it" It is definitely not the right saddle but instead of doing quality work you threw it down to be done with the job. I had to pay to have it replaced with a professional contractor. "You mentioned you wanted to give us more work which doesn't make sense if we did such Terrible work and because we were to busy due to the storm in September 2022 and we didn't get back to you on time you decide to write this false statement on yelp" I asked you to repair this shoddy job and in lieu I would give you more work but instead, you decided to throw these lies on Yelp because you are not an upstanding guy. After the owner of the plumbing company came out and fixed what he needed to quickly and at a very reasonable price the worker from Arid came out to view the final phase of my problem. Patrick (the owner) gave me an appointment for his workers to install a sump pump. The first pictures are of the check valve portion of the project. The second picture is an extension installed by Mazzone to my check valve two feet below my basement floor. The third set of pictures are from the completed job by Arid. The workers from Arid were very polite and worked quickly and very effectively with a great deal of carefulness for my home and living spaces. For starters, the company's trailer broke down on my curb due to a flat tire when the driveway was initailly being replaced. After leaving the trailer there for days, when the company finally sent someone to pick the trailer up, the worker ended up ripping my grass up when trying to move the filled trailer. The worker then dumped the dirt contents from the trailer on the ground in front of my house and left the dirt there for days on end before the company finally sent someone back out to collect and remove the dirt. There is also already grass growing up through the driveway. I have attempted to have the company come back and fix the driveway and have been given every excuse in the book when they have failed to show up to replace their shotty work. I've been told, "the foreman who is on your job is out on family leave", "there's been a death in our crew", "we're first responders and other jobs are more important", "if the person in charge of your driveway can't make it on the day we've scheduled, I promise the boss himself will be out to fix your driveway". I'm still waiting on the driveway to be fixed and now the company is no longer answering their phones and sending my calls straight to voicemail. Avoid at all costs!!

They carefully had to reset all the paver bluestone slabs and then reset the steps leading up to the entrance gate. After setting everything in place they used this special grouting material that hardened like concrete and almost matches the bluestone. The job came out so beautiful that we now have to do the other much larger entranceway by demand of the unit owners who are saying how it looks ugly compared to the newly restored area. Like I said earlier they have done a lot of work for us and never a problem. Their work is always done on time if not before the given time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company as well as their sister company Snow Hawk.
