I hired this crew for a big job -- to redo my porch, point the front and back of my house, to redo my front stairs, and to do the concrete in front and in back of the house. From the start, everything was an issue. The team is competent at the work they do, but there is no communication. If you have time to babysit your contractor and watch them to ensure everything is done the right way, then by all means, go with this team. But my partner and I work full time and needed someone we trusted -- these guys were not it! Every time I had a comment about the work or something was done incorrectly, they refused to fix it. In the end, he refused to do a crucial part of the job and asked me to pay him money at the mid-point when it was not in the contract to do so. The team quit, refused to refund me, and left me with a half-done job. He even posted pictures of my home and the work he did without asking me for permission! I would never hire them again and don't recommend that anyone else does either. read more

Iftikhar was prompt to respond to my initial request, and came to my home quickly and provided a very fair estimate. He certainly has a strong customer service ethic and strives to work with you. On the day of repair, he showed up with his team and the work proceed promptly - the main repairman worked the entire day and was completely focused on the job at hand and very skilled. Iftikhar came by the site a number of times throughout the day to check on how things were going. Also, I needed just few bricks for some repair of my front wall and my brick color was a difficult one to match. The avoid me having to be a full lot of 106 bricks Iftikhar did extensive research and made a number of trips to find the right ones that he could purchase separately. Looking at my wall now you wouldn't know it had a huge crack in it early last week!
