In the summer of 2019, Muhammad Moaiz installed pavers in my backyard and in the ramp leading to the backyard. He did a beautiful job of also creating a beautiful brick seating area. He is extremely professional and super skilled. I called him back in 2025 for proper paver maintenance. He made them look like new. In October 2022, I called Dream Contracting due to a violation for the sidewalk in front of my home. Their response was quick which I appreciated. I received a free estimate and also a guarantee that the sidewalk will pass the inspection from the city. Moaiz and his team were very professional and polite. They did everything needed to get the job done, including getting the permit. They clipped an abandoned bike off of a pole and removed a heavy cement planter off of the sidewalk so the work could be done. They did a beautiful job on the sidewalk sections. Dream Contracting was one of four companies referred to me by Homeadvisor.com that provided estimates to me in November 2019 to fix an approximately 50' badly cracked, sinking walkway on the side of our family's house, a cracked section of sidewalk in the front of the house and various small repairs. All companies recommended a complete replacement of the side walkway and provided a range of prices with a difference of $1900 between the highest and lowest price. Dream Contracting's price was second from the lowest. I was impressed by their A+ Better Business Bureau rating, favorable Yelp reviews, and with how responsive Moaiz was to my questions and requests for copies of his nyc license and insurance. I also contacted a reference who used Dream Contracting and provided a stellar review. I consulted with other family members and we decided to have Dream Contracting do the work. By then it was too cold for and then the pandemic hit in the spring. In September 2020 we reached out to them so we could get the work done when the weather was still favorable. They honored the original estimate. They completed the work in two days. On the first day none of our family could be there and Moaiz kept me, my cousin and brother informed by sending in-process photos and comments by text and telephone. I highly recommend Dream Contracting. Their work is excellent! I hired Moaiz and his team to remove and replace old concrete and replace several stairs in my back yard. The team was on time, communicative, efficient and extremely courteous throughout the whole process. Moaiz went above and beyond for me by removing some additional junk from the back yard during the demolition - free of additional charge. He also listened to my concerns and took extra care to make sure adequate drainage was built in to the new patio even though doing so was more complex than he had originally thought. They checked in with me at every stage of the process. It was a big job but they finished in two days, including all the cleanup. Moaiz recently did a waterproofing job for me on the outer wall on the third floor of a brownstone. Everyone else we contacted for an estiamte swore there was no way to do it without scaffolds and permits and thousands of dollars.
