In the summer of 2019, Muhammad Moaiz installed pavers in my backyard and in the ramp leading to the backyard. He did a beautiful job of also creating a beautiful brick seating area. He is extremely professional and super skilled. I called him back in 2025 for proper paver maintenance. He made them look like new. Muhammad also power washed all the brick and concrete structures in my yard and in front of my house. People who pass by always compliment how pretty my home is...thanks to Muhammad. It is hard to find an honest, skilled, and patient man such as Muhammad. I definitely recommend Muhammad Moaiz and will also use him to continue to make my home beautiful. Thanks again Muhammad. read more

In October 2022, I called Dream Contracting due to a violation for the sidewalk in front of my home. Their response was quick which I appreciated. I received a free estimate and also a guarantee that the sidewalk will pass the inspection from the city. Moaiz and his team were very professional and polite. They did everything needed to get the job done, including getting the permit. They clipped an abandoned bike off of a pole and removed a heavy cement planter off of the sidewalk so the work could be done. They did a beautiful job on the sidewalk sections. As promissed, the sidewalk passed the city's inspection. Moaiz even notified me of the dismissal of the violation as well. Sorry for the delay in the review. I thought I posted it. My sidewalk still looks beautiful!! Thank you. read more

I wouldn't want to work with any else except Moaiz and his company DREAM We hired DREAM when we couldn't continue with the contractor we were previously working with... ...and not only did Moaiz and his team help us clean up the mess the other contractors left behind ...he was able to give us everything we asked for ...all while being honest and professional... I'm so grateful I was able to find his sign while I was driving to work... and with this review I hope I'll be able to pass on the good fortune and steer another home owner his way ... Dream Contracting was one of four companies referred to me by Homeadvisor.com that provided estimates to me in November 2019 to fix an approximately 50' badly cracked, sinking walkway on the side of our family's house, a cracked section of sidewalk in the front of the house and various small repairs. All companies recommended a complete replacement of the side walkway and provided a range of prices with a difference of $1900 between the highest and lowest price. Dream Contracting's price was second from the lowest. I was impressed by their A+ Better Business Bureau rating, favorable Yelp reviews, and with how responsive Moaiz was to my questions and requests for copies of his nyc license and insurance. I also contacted a reference who used Dream Contracting and provided a stellar review. I consulted with other family members and we decided to have Dream Contracting do the work. By then it was too cold for and then the pandemic hit in the spring. In September 2020 we reached out to them so we could get the work done when the weather was still favorable. They honored the original estimate. They completed the work in two days. On the first day none of our family could be there and Moaiz kept me, my cousin and brother informed by sending in-process photos and comments by text and telephone. We are very happy with the work and highly recommend them. read more

I want to thank Moaiz again for coming through! I had a leak in my roof and didn't know who to call or trust. He came first thing in the morning and repaired my roof in no time! I can honestly say I will not call anyone else but Moaiz! read more

Quality concrete work at reasonable prices and skilled at clearing NYC sidewalk violations.

These guys are super professional and high quality. I contracted with them to replace some sidewalk paving stones which were cracked, in violation with NYC Dept of Sidewalks. They took care of everything - getting the permit, replacing everything. When I had the inspection for the removal of the lien, the lady at DOT said the work was immaculate! Thoroughly recommend. read more

Dream Contracting was recommended to us by a friend and they were outstanding to work with from start to finish. We hired them to remove pavers and concrete in our back yard then create stone and brick walls for our new garden. It turned out fantastic and we are absolutely ecstatic with the great job they did. They were friendly, professional, honest, on time, and really easy to work with. Their prices were very competitive and they got us great pricing on materials through their contractor discount that was better than our price going direct to the supplier. They were very careful with all the equipment and removal of the demo work. They cleaned up everything afterwards without leaving a scratch or clump of dirt. We will go to them first for any future projects and will highly recommend them to all of our friends. Top notch! read more

We were very pleased with Dream Contracting. Moaiz and his team re-built our front and side door stoops, and repaved our sidewalk and driveway. They did quality work in a professional courteous manner, always responding to our questions. We especially appreciated that Moaiz honored the original quote he provided to us before Covid, and also, that he returned afterwards to attend to a minor issue. We are planning to use his services again. read more

They did a great job! Very responsive to all my questions and concerns! Looks amazing and would recommend to anyone!

I had major plumbing work done in my basement leaving a 6' x3' excavation with pipes in the bottom. Moaiz was the only one who had an idea of how to properly construct a pit and access to the traps while repairing the concrete floor. in less than a day! Very pleased with outcome read more

My wife and I hired Dream Contracting in late June. We are very glad we did. They are professional and very courteous. They put down beautiful pavers on our patio and front walk. They were on time everyday and cleaned up afternoon they finished for the day. Moaiz and his brother truly worked with us to make the project successful. They made a lot of suggestions that were very valuable. Once again, excellent job! We definitely would recommend them to anyone who is looking for true professional contracting work done. I highly recommend Dream Contracting. Their work is excellent! I hired Moaiz and his team to remove and replace old concrete and replace several stairs in my back yard. The team was on time, communicative, efficient and extremely courteous throughout the whole process. Moaiz went above and beyond for me by removing some additional junk from the back yard during the demolition - free of additional charge. He also listened to my concerns and took extra care to make sure adequate drainage was built in to the new patio even though doing so was more complex than he had originally thought. They checked in with me at every stage of the process. It was a big job but they finished in two days, including all the cleanup. The new stairs they built are so beautiful, I wish they were in the front of the house instead of the back. Looking forward to working with them again in the future! read more

Moaiz and his brother did a spectacular job putting pavers in my backyard. The pavers changed our backyard a complete make over. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them. Thank you, Maureen read more

Moaiz recently did a waterproofing job for me on the outer wall on the third floor of a brownstone. Everyone else we contacted for an estiamte swore there was no way to do it without scaffolds and permits and thousands of dollars. Dream Contracting did the job at 1/4 the cost of the cheapest estimate and with no issues since despite several pretty bad rainstorms. Easy to work with, responsive, and quality work. Can't ask for anything more. read more
