Before starting the job, they conducted a detailed evaluation of the roof and did the same once the work was complete, to make sure everything was done right from start to finish. They also brought in a licensed electrician to properly disconnect and reinstall my solar panels, and thoroughly tested them afterward to confirm everything was working correctly. In addition to the roof, they rebuilt my chimney and installed beautiful new 6" gutters -- the whole property looks fantastic. What really stood out was how flexible and fair they were during negotiations. We worked together to agree on a contract that worked for both of us, including a 50-year extended material warranty and a 25-year workmanship warranty. Stephen (Inspection & Sales) - Stephen arrived exactly at the scheduled time and was friendly from the moment he walked in. He inspected my attic, measured the square footage, and walked me through all available insulation options. No upselling...just available options. Based on our conversation about my high winter heating bills, he also suggested that my outer walls likely needed insulation. Before giving me any pricing, he made sure I understood that Atticare would secure the best possible PSE&G rebate.
