After I received the quote, which was a very reasonable price for the work I needed done, Lucas set up my appointment quickly. Today, Oscar and Joe from Gallo Bros came, on time, to power wash the exterior of my home. While at my home, both Oscar and Joe were very professional, friendly, and pleasant to deal with while letting me know what they would be doing as well as making sure all my questions were answered prior to them beginning the power wash. They are very skilled and took their time to make sure the job was done right! I highly recommend Gallo Bros Power Washing in Randolph, NJ and will be using them again in the future. Thanks again Lucas, Oscar and Joe for such a pleasant power washing experience!! Mrs. Carol Cantrella

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Poor Workmanship and Terrible Project Management…read more I hired this company to remove and replace the polymeric sand and to clean and seal my paver walkway, which measures approximately 4 feet by 30 feet. The total cost of the job was $1,000, and I originally received my estimate in late August 2026. On the first visit, a worker came to remove the old polymeric sand. On the second visit, a crew returned to install the new sand. When I arrived home and inspected their work, I immediately noticed multiple areas where the sand had not properly filled the joints, leaving visible holes and gaps. When a worker returned to address the issue, I was told the gaps were caused by ants. Fast-forward to October 8, 2026. I received a phone call informing me that the company could no longer seal my pavers because temperatures were expected to drop below 50 degrees. I was then told that the sealing would have to wait until March 2027. Keep in mind, I had received my estimate back in August, giving this company plenty of time to complete the project before colder weather arrived. Their poor scheduling and lack of project management resulted in a job that would now remain unfinished for approximately six additional months. To make matters worse, I made my final payment today, despite the job not being completed. Later that same day, I received a call from the owner apologizing and explaining that workers were scheduled to return to correct the issues with the polymeric sand. Two workers eventually arrived, walked around inspecting the pavers, and then proceeded to sit on my front steps for approximately 10 minutes. They then rang my doorbell and informed my 16-year-old son that the job was finished. The problem? From what I observed, no corrective work was performed. All of these interactions were captured on my security cameras. For a $1,000 job involving a relatively small walkway, I expected far better workmanship, communication, and professionalism. Instead, I received incomplete work, questionable explanations, repeated visits without proper resolution, and a project that the company now says cannot be completed until spring 2027. The most frustrating part is that this entire situation could have been avoided with proper scheduling and competent project management. I would absolutely not recommend this company. There are plenty of other contractors out there who take pride in their work, respect their customers' time, and follow through on their commitments. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. This company was not worth the money or the aggravation. Located in Maywood.

This…read moremid-Sept. day, Paul Russo and his TruClean crew came to our house and, as per his detailed itemized cost quote, performed their work. This started with cleaning all roof gutters and ensuring that all leaders and downspouts were not clogged by thoroughly flushing them. They then applied their chemical agent via spray method to kill any and all mold, mildew, algae and moss that was present on the cedar shingles. After a short period of time they used a wide spray power washing to rinse and flush all of the dead remains of that organic growth, as well as any tree sap from the roof. They also performed spot cleaning of selected areas of our stucco facades, masonry chimney and flagstone terrace where stubborn dirt had collected on the surface. They completed their work to my complete satisfaction in one day and cleaned up after themselves. All in all, once again, I can and do highly recommend TruCLEAN Wash for this type of roof cleaning, for cedar shingles, as well as slate and/or terra cotta roof tiles that become stained from mildew, mold, moss, sap and other tree droppings, as well as general air pollution. One can quickly tell that Paul and his team take pride in producing high quality workmanship to achieve the desired final results. The entire TruCLEAN Washteam was eager to accommodate, if not exceed, the expectations of a very demanding client. Alexander V. Bergo, AIA Sept. 19, 2023

We recently had the good fortune of discovering Cannon, when our driveway finally reached the point…read moreof nearly swallowing small cars in ever-growing potholes and no safe path to avoid them. Ours is a farm lane, stretching a good tenth of a mile between the road and our home, so it was no small task to repair. For ages, we'd kept putting it off and doing our best to just patch the worst holes by hand and occasionally asking a friend to scrape it as best they could with some farm equipment. At best it was a patchwork delaying tactic. At worst, it made countless delivery drivers hate us with a passion. Enter Charles and Cannon. Charles is a character and a whirlwind, as full of energy and stories as he is in expertise on road repair and paving. One thing he's not full of: let's say "blarney." From the initial discussion, he laid out a plan to not just fill and cover over the driveway, but regrade it so that water would no longer sit and pool, inviting further damage during winter freeze-thaw cycles. He spelled out the tar and chip surface he proposed, a ballpark timeline in which he expected to complete the multiple phases of repair and resurfacing, and a quote. After much consideration, we decided it was time to do it and do it right, so we gave Charles the greenlight. And he delivered. In spades. Areas where the forest had encroached into our old driveway were pushed back and restored. Additional material was brought in to regrade the road, roll it down and pack it to prepare for the top surfacing. Twice, because the lane was so bad the first round had to settle and pack. Charles himself handled the final regrading step to make sure the slopes were appropriate to direct water into areas where it could run off and leave the driveway clear. The final step of actually applying the tar and chips turned what was once a (barely) serviceable farm lane into something that could comfortably be described as a manor drive. See for yourself in before/after pics attached, but everyone who has driven in since has commented on how beautiful it is, along with how much more comfortable the drive up the lane is. Within a couple weeks of its completion, we had seven inches (!!) of rain over the course of a week or so. And true to Charles' promise, the water all ran to exit points and left the lane dry. The only exception was one spot where the area to which it drained couldn't handle that much water. That was on us, and with a bit of clearing to let it all run to a ditch, even the little bit that pooled right along the edge would now have plenty of room to fully escape down to the irrigation pond. We truly couldn't be happier. If you've been thinking about getting a lane or other driving/parking area resurfaced, definitely give Cannon a call and ask for Charles. Your driveway will thank you.

The driveway they constructed is unlevel, containing numerous dips and valleys. Despite initially…read moreraising my concerns and requesting them to revisit the issue, it took an excessive amount of time and multiple phone calls from me to prompt their response. Eventually, Larry from Cannon Patio and Driveway visited, but his solution was inadequate. He simply suggested sealing the areas where gravel was coming up, without addressing the sinking and discoloration of the driveway caused by regular vehicle use. They were initially hired to tear out my old driveway, regrade, level, and asphalt it. Their work was rushed and subpar. The regrading and leveling have failed, resulting in puddles forming on the driveway. Asphalt is already starting to loosen and come apart, which is unacceptable considering the amount of money I paid for their services. They provided a quote for the project, but when it came time to settle the bill, they charged a higher price. They claimed it was due to miscalculations regarding the amount of gravel needed. This pricing scheme is deceptive, and I regret not conducting thorough research on contractors before hiring them. Be careful and DYOR. Don't make the same mistake I made.

More Details: I contacted Leo (owner) of Jordan Painting to repaint my 3,000 sqft, 3 floor house that I recently purchased but haven't moved in yet. Leo was professional, responsive and showed up for our initial walkthrough on time on a Tuesday to discuss what needed to be done. His prices were very reasonable and his crew began work the very next day on a Wednesday. Because we had movers scheduled for that following Monday. Leo and his crew rose up to the challenge and worked from 8 in the morning until 11pm at night and finished what should've been a 1 week job in 3 days time without additional cost. Afterwards certain parts of within my walls had issues where the nail head in my sheetrock was loose creating "nail pops" against the paint. Leo himself came out, drilled open holes and moved the nails and repainted and refinished all the bad sections again over a 2 day period. Excellent follow up in resolving an issue that was not his to begin with. My walls look excellent now. Because of his high quality work as well as responsibility and ownership I immediately hired him as well to refinish and restain my outdoor deck. His crew showed up early and got it all done to perfection. I cannot highly recommend Jordan Painting enough.
