One of our neighbors previously recommended Three Brothers Roofing, so, I called them and asked Jose to look at our roof. What I like about this company is he took photographs at both locations and showed us what had to be repaired and the cost to make the repairs......the estimate was very reasonable and they were able to make both repairs in one day. He took photos during and after the repair work and explained in detail what they did. After the repairs were completed they cleaned up so it looked like they were never here. If anyone in our area has a roofing issue I would recommend calling them (201-367-8963) and see what they say. They are very professional, licensed and insured.

They were able to come back, remove the tiles, fix the underlying problem and did it at no additional cost. I would definitely recommend them for any minor or major roofing issue.

Every contractor who came before seemed to patch a different area, but the problems always came back eventually. Goldenberg Roofing BK broke the cycle. After inspecting the roof, they showed us several areas where water had been ponding for a long time and explained how the existing drainage layout was contributing to the deterioration. The project involved a full tear-off, new flat roofing system, updated flashing, and improvements around the drains. The crew worked efficiently, kept the roof organized throughout the project, and provided updates along the way. I called one company I knew and I had to keep calling and calling back to get an estimate. After two weeks of waiting, I decided to call someone else and stumbled upon Johnston Roofing. Charlie came over and wrote me up an estimate on the spot on a pre-printed multi part yellow form -- warranty included (did I mention old school?), I just went with them without waiting for the other estimate because he said he could do the job the next day, max two days. Well, that solves my problem right away so I go for it without even getting the other estimate. His guys come, the job is neat and clean--no more leaks and done in one day. I have a nice new white colored roof which is greener too. Five days later, I get the estimate from the other guys and it was way more complicated and expensive. Guess I'm lucky the other guys took so long.
