He did all the work by himself which took a lot longer than we hoped. The only other downside was he didn't clean up a lot of the old hardware/nails before he installed the new deck. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business in my life. From getting an estimate to when the job was done was a complete cluster. After 3 weeks of paying a deposit and not hearing the company I called to get an update. Javier told me "oh uhh I'll call you back". Of course the clown never called. So I waited 3 hours and called back. Javier claims he spoke to "my husband" who told them we weren't available to install the fence the next day....?? I DONT HAVE A HUSBAND. After investigating, Javier apparently spoke to the WRONG customer. Ok fine. This is where it gets good... after back and forth 3 times of telling me they are coming and never showed up....they finally showed up 5 days later at 4:30pm and began installing my fence IN THE DARK AND BROUGHT NO LIGHTS....????..... They installed the fence with no gates because his worker "couldn't see..."? Ok so then these clowns show up the next day and install the gate DURING A SNOW STORM. I literally do not understand this company. Then as the snow melts I see they threw all the dirt that accumulated ALL OVER MY MULCHED GARDEN BEDS. Now my garden has been destroyed. So of course I call my friend Javier once again. Javier claims they do not remove dirt they "just do the fences" and there is nothing he can do. WTF. That is like having a plumber come. Flood your basement. Then say oh well I just fix the pipes. I don't bring rags to clean up my mess. I will never use this company again. HEED THIS WARNING AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
