This is place terrific. Quality service and excellent customer courtesy. This are people who you would feel comfortable with leaving your car behind and not be cheated on. I had my brakes repair here (both the front rotors and bake pads) for a reasonable price and after the repairs they even show me the old parts and point out the problems with it. The manager there was great, he even went through the trouble of finding the correct parts for my car, which isn't easy as it's discontinued model ('95 Mitsubishi 3000GT) for no extra charges. The mechanics are pretty friendly and there wasn't a sense of being pressure into buying stuff from them. They are reasonably knowledgeable with their jobs and you can feel free to chat with them about things that you don't understand. I visited my mom in Tracy over the weekend, stopped by SuperLube on the way home for an oil change and it was 4:10 pm. One guy told me that they're close at 4.00 pm on Sunday, I said I don't live here and overdue if they can help. The manager was nice to open the door and he himself along with the owner of the shop working on my car while other employees are leaving for the day. I can't believed they did it for me, they get everything done very professional and lightning fast right in front of my own eyes while my wife and kids were sitting in the van playing games. I was out in less than 5 minutes, this is the fastest oil change I have experienced. I was so impressed and tipped $5 but the owner didn't take it, don't know why? I've never tipped for an oil change before. This is going to be my place for life every time I visit my mom. read more

This place sucks! Its the worst place in town! They need to do some training on customer service. Yes there fast but they don't do it right! Had to go back there 5 times until it was done right! They have a really bad attitude. To many other choices to go to get basic oil change. Never will go back to this place again and will never recommend this to my friends and family. read more

I took my truck to these guys on a Friday with a coolant leak, because several people recommended them. They diagnosed the problem fairly quickly & told me that my truck would be done Monday afternoon at a cost of $475. Monday came, they never bothered to tell me that the part hadn't come in, my truck just sat there for 5 days with nothing being done. My wife called them several times on Tuesday to check the status, they continued to tell her that the part hadn't been delivered. On Wednesday I stopped by to see what was going on & the attendant got an attitude & still couldn't tell me when my truck would be done. He told me to feel free to take my truck somewhere else, which I did. The shop I had it towed to had it fixed in an hour at a cost of $110. I don't know if they were trying to rip me off, or just really didn't know what they were doing, but they'll never see my business again. read more

I went here to get an oil change and literally a week later my car starting running rough and I seen some smoke coming from my engine, I pulled over immediately and noticed that there wasn't any oil in my car. I added a quart of oil and went back to the shop to tell them my issue (my car has no leaks or cracked parts because it's a 2016 and has no issues). I asked to speak to a manager then the owner came out (I thought this was the best solution cause he is the owner) I explained to him I just got an oil change a little less than a week ago and when I checked the oil there was non in my car and it was dry that this can cause the engine to freeze and be an expensive repair, he said that his employees do the work the right way and that there was no way I got it done there. I showed him the receipt and it was post dated, he then said oh I could add more oil so it doesn't happen and I said no I want my money back and for them to tighten the oil filter because that is how the oil got out in the first place. He then said he's not giving me a refund and then said he wasn't adding oil to my car! What kind of business owner does this to their customer? Very unhappy and unsatisfied. I guess if you want something done right have to do it yourself. DO NOT COME HERE AND RISK YOUR CAR BEING DESTROYED!!! read more

Went here about two days ago & got an oil change . The next day my car started making a weird noise so I took it to the shop where a mechanic looked at it. He told me that my car needs an oil change which was crazy because I had just got one. He even showed me how low it was and I was so confused . I took it back to superlube and they seen it and said "oh we can top it off for you" saying they can add more in. I told them I didn't want that I just wanted a refund of $32 because I wasn't happy about the results and if it wasn't for me taking it into the shop then my car could have took a shit on me due to the services they are providing . I'm beyond furious because when I told the guy about a refund he literally said "well I didn't do the service on your car so I don't know" even though I had the receipt . He wanted to argue about him personally not doing it so it wasn't his fault. How stupid! DONT GO HERE ! I know it's convenient because it's fast but in the long run your car is not going to last you with the services they provide read more

I love this place. They have made getting an oil change and some of the other simple maintenance items as easy as fast food drive through. I have been taking my cars there since they opened and as long as they continue the excellent, quality service they have provided thus far, I will not go anywhere else. My girlfriend recommended me to try this place out, I really like it. The Techs are so friendly and professional, the best of all is they can get my car's oil & filter changed and 17 points check completed in less than 10 mins, I used to do it myself because I don't trust anybody and I'm also tired of waiting for hrs at SpeeDee, WalMart ... the Techs here are working simultaneously, efficiently and well communicated I was watching them for the whole time. These guys are well trained and know what they are doing, I was only a few feet away from them and I know a lot about car too. took my 06 black silver ado in for oil change. They said I needed a new battery. I thought if they did the work it would be best. T hey did not use a protective pad over the fender replacing the battery, when I got home I noticed oil hand prints all over fender and hood. Further inspection I saw bad scratches on fender where they leaned on. The scratches went all the way to metal. It was cold that morning and the repair man was wearing heavy zipper type jacket. I went right back and showed them their hand prints and scratches. They became combative, but the manager wynn said he would call me after he found someone to fix it. As of today no one has called back. I got estimate to repair their damage. 400.00 If you value your vehicle, DO NOT TAKE IT TO SUPER LUBE PLUS. After an annoying experience at Walmart today I left without getting the oil changed on my Accord. Called around, trying to find low prices. Everyone quoted between $30-40. I decided to get into my car and drive 11th, hoping to find a lower price. Saw the $24.99 sign and decided to give it a whirl. BONUS-didn't have to get out of my car on a rainy day! It seriously took maybe 10 minutes, total was $26. They showed me the dipstick-clean new oil and it was full. Turned off my maintaince light too. Service was pleasant and I could tell they valued my patronage. Looks like I will be using these guys from now on! read more

I went to SuperLube Plus after reading the reviews, figuring the bad ones were just a fluke. Oops. Oil change was finished in under 10 minutes, which I thought was suspicious. They wanted to sell me a cabin air filter but didn't care to ask if I wanted help with my washable engine air filter. Days after this I noticed my car was idling LOUD, so I brought it back because I thought something had come loose. They were nice enough to check and see if my car was throwing codes, which it wasn't. I sat behind the wheel as they checked a few things under the hood. I thought they were tightening loose bolts. I asked what was going on and I was kind of brushed off, like yeah we tightened it and everything is fine. About a week or so later my check engine light comes on for the first time ever. I took it in again to find out what the code was. They gave me the code and said in order to check it out further I'd need to pay money. I had a feeling the problem was their fault so I took it to another shop nearby to get it checked out. This mechanic, who was kind enough to NOT brush off my concerns, told me that it appeared that my problem was related to not having enough oil in the car following the initial service. The shop most likely added oil when I went back to ask about the rough idle, which might explain why it was overfilled when we checked it later. It damaged a sensor and I just paid $350 to get it replaced. I am hoping that no further damage was done to the engine. Not happy. Silver lining is that I did find a great shop to bring my car, it's just not this one. read more

I love the drive through oil change , they are honest, I brought this car and on the way home the check engine light came on , the car only have 123000 miles on it. While they were changing my oil I ask them if they can check the light, they are wonderful, They checked the light, reset the computer, told me to drive it, I filled up my gas tank and I they found I had a bad oil cap, went to dealer and brought a new one, came back and they rechecked it and told me to go and do smog now. So I went and it passed. Hooray. Love them, Now I need motor mounts, everyone else charges 800-900 and they charge 400.00 guess where I am going too. I love them read more

I went to this place and the guy named Francis was so rude I was told they opened at 8:00am so I stopped by on my way to work and when I pulled up the bay doors where still down but there was a man sitting on a chair so I honked to get his attention to ask when they opened thinking he was just running late but oh no he shooed me away with hand single all pissed off. I was shocked by his behavior and surprised he couldn't take the few steps to speak to me I guess he felt it was approiate to shoo me off with his hands. I'm like OK good morning to you too assh@#$ and pulled away. I went back later that day and there was a car getting serviced and I waited my turn to pull in. I was guided in and then that same man that was soooo rude to me earlier walked up to my window and stared yelling at me I asked him what his problem is and was he the owner he said no and his name was Francis. In all my years living in Tracy I have never been treated so badly maybe Francis was having a bad day and thought it was OK to treat a older lady that way....but NO ASSHOLE it is not. You just ran off a regular customer oh and her family of 6 cars. Good job Francis I'm sure the owner is very proud of you. It is Never OK to yell and treat a customer that way nor is it acceptable to approach me in the manner you did. Just because I'm an older lady doesn't mean you can do what you did some of us older folk can pull a mean throat lunch...just saying. read more
