Brought my car here. My car failed smog...guy said bring it back after making "certain" repairs. Saying it would not pass "unless the car was driven a certain amount of miles". Didn't give an explanation of WHY the car had to be driven. So no, I shouldn't bring it back without a mechanics approval because it would fail. Took it somewhere else. The mechanic explained it wouldn't pass unless another mechanic looked at it prior to clear it and the mileage cleared because the computer had to reset. It needed a new temperature gauge. That could have been included in the conversation. Tried to make an extra quick couple bucks. Never will be back. And everyone I know in Tracy has been informed. Sad part is, I came here before and had no issues. Not sure who is running it now. Good luck. read more

Ok so i have to say I am truly blown away by the customer service I received here! Shezad at the front desk is amazing! From the initial phone call I made this morning he was friendly and very informative. I decided to go ahead and use them due to the great reviews and of course the interaction on the phone with Shezad. I got down there and was immediately greeted by Shezad who remembered me from the phone call earlier. He proceeded to take care of everything else from there so I just sat down in the lobby to wait. I noticed that after Shezad had taken care of all of the other customers there he started to disinfect surfaces like the doorhandles and coffe station and just cleaning up in general, which i dont see many employees going out of their way to do too much nowadays. The business was fresh and clean! I honestly thought he might be the owner from the quality of service and effort he was exhibiting. I didn't have any interactions with the techs because they were so busy working hard to get cars in and out in a timely fashion. They had me in and out in like 20 mins. Its safe to say that I have a new smog shop now. I stick with businesses who actually care about their customers (which is extremely rare nowadays) and this is one of them. Id say save yourself time and hassle and just take your car here. read more

Customer service is always great what i love about this place is if you need something that needs to be fixed they give you full details on what you need. So frustrating I called ahead I asked them if I needed an appointment he told me to come down. I come 12:30 place is open but no one there. They send cars through like cattle so if you are wanting a quick smog this is the place to go. Although, if your vehicle is on the older side or on verge of passing I would go somewhere else. They don't make any attempt to help you out there. I didn't pass smog (99' Tacoma), went to a mechanic and they told me everything was fine, went to a different place to get a smog and passed all on the same day. read more

Jay was the first to respond to my Yelp request for a smog check. His quote and seeing the Yelp reviews is what made decide to choose All Pro Smog. No appointment is needed. The bad part about walk in is there is a chance there will be a wait. I went on a Monday morning was told it would be an hour to hour and half. (I did see a few people walk away after hearing that.) I decided to wait and it took 50 minutes. The waiting room was large, clean and included a TV. Staff is friendly. There is Wifi, just ask for the password. I am deducting one star because of the 3.5% credit card transaction fee that I was not aware of till after I paid. read more

First time I came in, the lady at the front told me it was going to be a while because they had people ahead of me.
