The people here are very courteous and professional. The facility is clean and organized. Also they are quick to get you out the door.

I recently took my vehicle there for smog check. The car did not initially pass , because had not Been driven for awhile. The RPM gauge was being recognized by the smog computer. We left and by time we got back home the all gauges appeared to be working as they should be. I called back down and they got us in just before closing time. It was very helpful and much appreciated. I then realized it was linked to DMV. I got both requirements done at the same. The owner is very professional and courteous. Went here again to Smog my mom's car. I'm not sure if there's new ownership, but everything is different. No more friendly customer service. The lady at the front used to be the reason why I came to this place, but now that she's gone...I think I'm going to find another smog location. This place is one of the stricter smog locations. They do a thorough visual check...I mean crazy thorough. I went here and about 4 ppl were denied due to visual checks. Mine was one of them :( My mom's car is in perfect condition, but I guess they said one her hoses was messed up. Anyways, we fixed the hose & the car passed smog. But, I don't think I'll ever take it here again. read more

Took my truck in for smog and they said too much black smoke. Took it to place that works on my truck and they told me it should pass, all diesels have black smoke. They recommended another place across the way. This place tested it before I was charged anything and it PASSED. So I was charged more at 6th St and MacArthur for a service that I had to pay for again somewhere else...for a cheaper price! read more

Didnt pass smog initially here which was a 1st for my car ever not to pass which was quite a surprise because of a little white smoke out the tailpipe at the end of test they said....I Came back 1 week later and passed...nice people..quick service... read more

First time on my Honda CRV that required a smog test for DMV license fee. I called on 8/23/17 at 9:05 am to ask if I had to make an appointment. I received a voicemail--they were not answering the phone right now--but to leave name and number which I did. Decided to go in person at 10:45 am--which the note on the door stated returning at 11:30 am. Went back at about 11:35 am--still the note was on the door. This place was recommended to me. Screwed me over. The car passed on all counts except one. The tech did not like the type of connectors used on a replaced oxygen sensor. This on a re-test. Failed the first time for a different problem. They should not change the rules as they go! I suggest you find a different shop. Oh, and this place is more expensive than most too. read more
