I only come here for oil changes because these guys are quick and trustworthy. I've brought two cars here and have never been disappointed.

This place is so quick. They changed the oil in our truck and replaced a light bulb for the daytime running lights in under 10 mins. They were so friendly and it's super convenient, we didn't even have to get out of the truck!!!! We will definitely be back. :) read more

Came here to get the oil changed. Guys found oil leak on my Escape and said it should be changed. So he says to come down to the oil bay to show me. Says it's the oil pan gasket and shows where it was leaking. I asked how much to fix....on a Saturday. $200, to take down the pan, the exhaust, and getting the gasket in time. In at 1:00pm and out by 3:00 pm... great service, great staff. Says he can do most everything. I believe it and he seems very honest... Will be taking all my cars here. read more

I've been here twice. The second time he asks if I want my air filter changed. I said, can you check to see if it needs it. He says it's "too hard to get out" and that I have to say yes to a new one before he attempts to get it out. He gets it out easily and changes it easily. The oil change at SuperLube is fast indeed. But it can be a bit overpriced ($70 for mine), careless, and as a consequence dangerous for your car. Three weeks ago I had an oil change at SuperLube and soon after I noticed dark spots on my driveway. Since I did not know if it was coming from the motor, transmission or some other source, I took it to the dearlership to get to the bottom of it. They found the leak was coming from the oil filter. I have the write-up. It is not clear to me if the filter was the wrong one for the car if they installed it incorrectly. But what I do know is that after the dealer installed a new filter, the leak stopped. I called SuperLube to ask if they would refund their pricey oil change, but the owner insisted he did not trust the dealership so no refund. He insisted he needed a picture or some other proof that the problem was the oil filter and that the paperwork I have is simply not good enough. He also needed for the oil pressure light to turn on or basically for my engine to be running on almost no oil to accept the existence of a leak. I also pointed out that if the dealership was being dishonest, they could have told me the leak was coming from somewhere else and have charged for a more expensive repair. So his theory of a dishonest dealer does not work in this case. In the end, the service folks at the dealer fixed the leak. In the end, he told me his answer was no on the refund request and that I could take him to court if I wanted. THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Some other reviews point out issues with loose plugs/etc. It makes sense. They try to rush so much, they miss things. In my case they either installed the wrong oil filter or simply did not install it properly. In other cases, they don't tighten the plug properly. This shows a lack of professionalism that puts the customer at risk and they accept no responsibility for the consequences of their poor work. BOTTOM LINE: THEY ARE FAST, BUT OVERPRICED AND PUT YOUR CAR AND SAFETY AT RISK. read more

SuperLube is a reasonably priced and very fast place for an oil change in Tracy. I got my oil changed during my lunch break and still had plenty of time to grab some food. You don't even get out of your car and just sit there in the bay while they do the work. The first downside is that it took an extended amount of time for the tech to figure out how to reset the oil life gauge in my car, despite the fact that I was telling him where it was in the menu (just didn't listen... assumed I was a dumb customer perhaps?). The second is that they don't do tire work, so a tire rotation while getting my oil changed was out of the question. SuperLube should be an option if you need an oil change in a hurry. However, if you need anything more in the way of routine maintenance, I recommend giving them a call to check before making the trip. read more

The only reason they get this many stars is that they are affordable for oil changes and you stay in your car. Customer service is a joke and don't look online or on their store window for actual times they are open. They open whenever they want and close way earlier than the posted times. It's a nightmare if your trying to get in there if your not the first one in line, but I always am bc I get there way too early. Also, don't buy anything other than the oil change because it's all marked up over 300%. For example: air cleaner was $27.99 plus tax there. I got it on amazon for $7.99. read more

please research mobile one oil before you visit the location. My vehicle has 192,565 miles and I prefer 5-30 with high mileage and even circled on the form and it was crossed out by the tech. The tech pour 5-30 full synthetic but not the high mileage and charged $101.00 for oil change. I would recommend please get out of your vehicle and check on it. Be Aware" of the young Asian guy with glasses because his attitude is very poor. I gave the location 3 star is because of the two older Asian guys worked on my vehicle. I manage several business locations and I suggest hiring professional customer oriented employees otherwise it doesn't the owners will struggle to get business. Three stars for the convenience and also using mobile ones for their synthetic. But their prices are about 30% higher than the Honda dealership. Also the man kept telling me I need to come get in oil change every 7000 miles for synthetic but I told him the owners manual says every 10,000 miles and he kept telling me it's 7000 miles and I should come sooner. I'm sorry but I'm not going to believe you over the manufacturers specifications. I don't think he knows hybrids can go longer without getting an oil change read more

Not sure what to think of this. just had my oil changed in my truck 6 Qrts of mobile requested Synthetic Motor Oil. I got charged 81$ for a simple oil and filter change. normaly do this myself but I didn't have time. I know when I do it I pay only about 40 in parts. They are pretty damn fast i have to admit but I think they are prices very high. per reciept they used 58$ in parts. read more

An oil change place really has one job. take out the old oil, and put in new oil. I've taken my 2 cars here for the past year, and until now, they have done just what they were supposed to do. change the oil. Until this time. They drained the oil. Then they pumped air from a virtually empty oil drum, showed me the dipstick (which I find difficult to read under any circumstance with this car - because it smears coming out. The car made it a few miles before stalling on my wife. I picked her up and was able to get it started. I drove it to a garage that has mostly good yelp reviews. They were able to add almost 5 quarts of oil to the car! It's still not running right - very rough. The garage believes it's one of the cams that isn't running right because it didn't have enough oil, but it will probably smooth out. I took the car back to Super Lube Plus, to complain about the lack of oil, and the manager there was yelling about how the garage charged me $175 and didn't fix the problem, that it was still running rough. He said the best he would do is to do a free diagnostic, and tell me what was wrong with the car. The problem is clear. They didn't put oil in the car! But he wouldn't accept that there was even a possibility that they had failed to put oil in the car. I asked him how he could explain how the other place could put 4+ quarts of oil in the car if they had put the oil in the car. He said it wasn't possible for us to drive away without oil in the car. Apparently that isn't completely true, since we were able to do it. Mistakes happen. I accept that. But I can't accept that he would not take any responsibility for their screw up. It's a part of the cost of doing business. He has to accept that, and own it. His attitude was not acceptable. Another guy there smirked at us as we drove away. Absolutely honest guys. I had an overheating problem with a Dodge Neon. They kept it for a day and first diagnosed it as having air gaps in my Coolant lines. Since I had just flushed the Radiator and Replaced the Radiator. This made sense. Drove it for about a week and it started overheating again. As with the firs time and this time, I was losing coolant. they did not give up and I brought it back 2 more times and Finally we found a defective radiator cap (the only thing I did not change when I replaced the Radiator). They charged me $90 initially and didn't charge me anything else for all the return trips. I've had them replace an alternator on a Honda and they do all my oil changes. Just called them today and asked them if they could look at a used car my sister was buying to see if it was worth it. they said sure, bring it in. I asked how mush and they said since I was a long time customer, they would do it at no charge. Just great guys. read more

Super quick guys. Been coming here for a few years and found this place to be quick, and reliable. Last time I came here was with my 2005 Toyota Sienna. Without being asked, they checked my lights. Had 2 out. One headlight and one in my lift-gate was out. The headlight was $7 labor, but the rear door was $20 in labor. When i asked why, he said he has to take out the panel and I was welcome to watch. So I took them up on their offer. It was a lot of work! you have to take out some screws. Then you have to carefully un-clip about 10 body panel clips. As they did this, they found out some of clips were broken and caused rattling sounds. Luckily they had 4 spare Toyota clips which they gave to me at no charge. After changing the bulb, they carefully reconnected all the clips, and the screws. All of this while I was breathing down their necks!! So yeah.. I'm a fan... read more

I decided to give this place a try since it's close to my work. Pulled up at the top of the hour, no other cars there. They told me $31 (and some change) for Mobile brand oil. Agreed and they went to work (while I'm still in my Suburban). I noticed they topped off my windshield fluid. Paid and rolled out 20 minutes later. VERY FAST. I stopped at the parking lot accross the street because I wanted to check to make sure they actually changed the oil (previous review stated that no oil was ever refilled). The color on the dip stick was lighter and the fluid mark was correct (checked a few times). I will be a returning customer w/ my other 2 cars. read more

Been here twice now, and do you know what I love most about this place? It's not that they're ridiculously fast (they are), or that they're by far the cheapest oil change around (they're that too). The best part of this place is that I'm NEVER pressured to add on services or parts that I don't need. Unlike the big chains (Jiffy Lube, SpeeDee, etc.), I've never been asked if I want my transmission fluid changed or whatever else it is that those places always try to sell me. I just get my oil changed and go. The last time I went, I even came with some brake fluid that needed to be topped off, and since I'm a girl that knows nothing about cars, they did it for me free of charge. Awesome. No idea why people wait 45 minutes at "Speedee" lube on Grant Line!! I've come to Superlube three times and have never waited!!! You sit in your car and like 5-10 minutes later... Done!!! Great if you have little ones like me. Standard costs too like $30 for my toyota corolla. The guy who works there always shows you your oil stick when he is finished. Very very dissapointed of these guys, a few months ago I took my toyota 1985 to their place for an oil change and the next day I noticed a huge leak on the oil pan screw, I went back to ask them to fix it and they made all kind of excuses and told me that the screw was faulty and that it was my responsibility to fix it, I did that and I put a new screw and the leak finally stopped, yesterday I decided to give them a second chance and took my car again, same story they screw up the oil pan screw again, this morning while I was preparing to go to work I notice a big ol oil spot under my car because the screw was leaking again, so everyone beware of this guys. Not going to this place for an oil change anymore if you have the same expirience don't be afraid to post it here all tracy should know that this guys aren't doing their job correctly read more

They were definitely quick with their service and did a good job. I feel like they always try to upsell you with certain things when it comes to getting a simple oil change. However I did need to change my cabin filter (which was never changed since I got the car in 2009) and he took out the filter and showed how black it was and offered a new one. Tried this place for the first time today. It was really quick, since there was no one in line ahead of me, and the price was about the same as other places I've taken my card. The odd thing here is that they have your drive your car in yourself and they don't have a waiting room or waiting area from what I could tell. Makes me think their intention is for you to sit and wait in your car... which is a decent idea, but I didn't say anyone stay in the car. I'm assuming they did a good job changing the oil. Overall I will probably go back, but only when I see they have an open bay. I would rather leave my car or wait in a waiting room elsewhere than pull up and have to wait in my car forever. read more

Took my car here after checking several other places in town. Estimates ranged from 1-3 hrs for service, since I was on my way out of town this was unnaceptable to me. I decided to try here because I had driven by several times and I am extremely glad I did. I will never take my car anywhere else again, I was in and out in ten minutes with an oil change and they even checked my tire pressure and aired them up all while my daughter and I sat in the car. I was told $30 for oil change then when over i was charge for an air filter and was very rude when i questioned them about it. Was told that it was done and nothing I can do. i will never come back to this place. another guy was smoking while working with oils and vehicles. they need better english speaking employees. read more

As I was about to park to inquire about an oil change ,right away an employee came out and guided me inside the shop. I must say they were FAST! The service here is absolutely amazing. The mechanics were friendly and knowledgeable. It took me less than 20 minutes to get an oil change. My check engine light was on, and the mechanic ran a scan on my vehicle to tell me what was wrong. Normally that costs a lot of money at the dealership. I have gone to Super Lube Plus on LINCOLN and 11Th street since it opened for business. I have been very pleased with the friendly, professional service. Yesterday I went in to have my oil changed and FRANCIS was our staff member. HE WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. In the past, each staff member have welcomed questions and concerns. When I shared a concern with pricing on a much smaller car than my other I usually bring in- he spoke disrespectfully and even used a curse derogatory word at me in front of my son. I am appalled and at present looking for the company customer service department to report the situation. read more

This is place terrific. Quality service and excellent customer courtesy. This are people who you would feel comfortable with leaving your car behind and not be cheated on. I had my brakes repair here (both the front rotors and bake pads) for a reasonable price and after the repairs they even show me the old parts and point out the problems with it. The manager there was great, he even went through the trouble of finding the correct parts for my car, which isn't easy as it's discontinued model ('95 Mitsubishi 3000GT) for no extra charges. The mechanics are pretty friendly and there wasn't a sense of being pressure into buying stuff from them. They are reasonably knowledgeable with their jobs and you can feel free to chat with them about things that you don't understand. Overall, this place great and I highly recommend bringing in your car there for repairs or basic oil change. read more
