My wife and I recently bought a townhome in Kenmore that had been renovated, but nothing done for attic or crawl space insulation since original construction in the 80's. Rep from Super attic was very thorough with photos, etc. and got us a quote/ schedule for clean-out of old material, rodent-proofing and new insulation compliant with current codes. I was pleasantly impressed with email, text and voice communications from the home office. And they were very accommodating when I requested an early arrival due to a conflicting appointment. When the crew arrived, project manager (Eric Libert) had six installers who did a fantastic job sealing off the work areas with tape and plastic sheeting. There was hardly any residue anywhere, even after such a messy job! The removal of old blown-in material was done via vacuum hose and went surprisingly quickly. The new (batt) insulation is top-quality and MUCH thicker than we had before. All cracks and gaps were filled with foam to prevent insect/rodent ingress and everything is sealed up nicely. Of course, no job would be complete without unforeseen issues and ours was no exception - they found a slow leak in drain piping that had resulted in excess moisture and mold in the crawl space (visible once old insulation was removed). This required extra steps to mitigate, but Eric was great in providing pictures and video, recommending a course of action and advocating for minimal additional cost - even threw in a 5-year warranty for any further mold/rodent mitigation. Overall, I'd say Super Attic did a fantastic job and the new insulation already makes a HUGE difference in how the house feels. I'd highly recommend both! read more

Asked for check of attic and crawl space and potential access points for rodents. It's been 6 months after very professional job they did replacing insulation above and below, new vapor barrier, mesh and sealing of all holes and vent. Jose Alfredo today was prompt, courteous, explained his plan and got straight to work. Thoroughly inspected everywhere, texting me photos so I could see what he was seeing. Every element of protection is still perfectly in place. I'd noticed a new rattle in a floor vent and he found nothing wrong with the vent from underneath then quickly repaired the little metal flap in the floor register in living room. It's so old it had started coming apart and was the source of the rattle. All fixed in minutes without charge! Jose was easy to understand, very professional and clearly experienced. My rambler house has a lot of square footage involved and the entire inspection and report took about 45 minutes. He's an example of the very qualified crew members I've interacted with during every contact with this company. I'm 100% satisfied today with the service and remain a customer who fully trusts Super Attic I don't normally bother to post reviews but was impressed by Jose's work today and have also been happy all along with this company who I chose after inspections and quotes from 4 companies last Winter. read more

Liam came out to do the inspection of our crawlspace and the attic at our long vacant rental. We had all of the problems he was checking for, including evidence of rodents, mold, and moisture, and deficient insulation. Fortunately, he knew just what needed to be done and walked us through the process. He was thorough and knowledgeable and got us scheduled quickly. The team that did the work arrived on time and prepared. The project manager, Daniel, was communicative and helpful. I was not on site all day, but he checked in with me any time there was a hiccup, and was proactive about solving problems efficiently. I had wood planks in the attic (like flooring) that were blocking the space where the work needed to be done. He had his team pull them up carefully, remove the old insulation and debris, put the new insulation down, and then carefully put the planks back where they had been. He was not obligated to work around these and could have just put them all to the side and left them. This was not included in the scope of the the work, and yet he did it to keep us happy. They cleaned up after themselves carefully when the job was done. I'm hoping I never need their services again, but I wouldn't hesitate to call them back if I did! Very happy. read more

We recently used Super Attic Solutions in a re-roofing project for our 41 townhome HOA. Ricky's team Was performing attic remediation in units where the old roof had failed. This required removal of damp insulation, microbial treatment, and re-insulation. Additionally, because we have common fire alarms and sprinkler systems running through our attics, they were able to mark where those were to prevent any Other issues in the future for identifying this. Ricky's team showed up on time, were super respectful and, performed excellent work. You may wonder why I know he performed excellent work... We had a separate, independent general contractor overseeing the entire project and they reviewed the work. Super Attic even helped us identify something that had been missed by our original building contractor; creating attic access to a unit. It was a great experience working with this business. Liam showed up on time on the day of appointment to check the situation and give a quote. Unlike a lot of businesses, he actually took time and did a thorough examination of the crawlspace to determine what was needed. It was a mess and we had a very tight crawlspace. He came prepared with the gear and got under to check everything thoroughly. Once the scope was determined he answer all my questions and we agreed on the job. On the day of actual job, the crew showed up on time and very thorough and professional. It was a long day in an extremely tight crawlspace. They were able to clean it up, insulate it, replace the HVAC ducts, lay down the vapor barrier and clean up the job site. It was hard work and they showed their experience in handling it. Alfredo Alfredo was very conscientious in checking the attic and the crawl space today. The crawl space was the mane area as it has become very wet from the air conditioning use and furnace. A catch unit was to be placed under the furnace and obviously was never done. A pipe was coming off the side of the furnace with a blind opening that had not been routed to the sump pump area. Standing water was all over. Alfredo removed 95% of the water as not all could be done unless it was vacuumed up. He did a very good job. He left for a bit to get the proper tubing/pipe to route the water over to the sump pump area. So far so good. We will do a recheck in a month. (The only way this was found as I had a company check the duct work as my air conditioning kept turning off. The company found all the water. Thank you Alfredo for all the work and clean up. So We recently bought a house here and Everything looked fine & seemed good.. The house was great but on the second month of living there my husband and i started hearing noises in the attic me being paranoid i thought "its a ghost". We let about 3 weeks pass and the noise wouldnt stop so my husband finally decided to go check and come to find out our attic had huge sized rats. Super Attic Solutions saved our home! We had cockroaches from a previous tenant & the landlord was not willing to accept responsibility. They were able to come in & find the source of the problem & get rid of them. Having two small children we cannot have any type of roaches. Thanks to them we didn't have to break our lease & our family is able to enjoy our new home without worrying about our children coming into contact with any roach or our sinks/dishwasher/counters being infested with them again. They also helped with the insulation where out windows were leaking hot/cold out of the house which helped with our electricity bill. Had a great experience with this company !!!! Juan came to my house with a team of 5 people and clean all of the insulation from our attic treated for mold ,installed new bats insulation, open some new vents in the roof and install for us a new solar fan in the attic . In the first day in the inspection the technician was very clear and out of 4 other estimates I decided to go with them . The service was in very high quality, all the problems I've mention before get fixed and the house feel way better from the the team finish his job. In the next day I received all the pictures of the project and after 2 weeks they came for additional inspection as a part of the job . So I'm a new home owner and let me tell you Super Attic Solutions is heaven sent!!! My insulation was so old that it had mold.
