To start we were running late, but to our surprise we were seated right away even though the parking lot was full. We always had good service here but on 01/18/2026 our waitress (Reyes) went above and beyond to make our breakfast very enjoyable. Our food was very good and Reyes never made us feel rushed even though we were in a hurry. She was definitely the Rey of Sunshine that day. This is definitely our weekly to go spot for breakfast. Thanks Sunshine, Robin & Dave read more

A great breakfast spot before a day of golf. I'm a traditional breakfast eater: bacon, eggs, toast, and potatoes. The home style, sliced, country potatoes were incredibly tasty. All of the staff were so helpful and checked on us often. Service was quick and timely so the wait for a table was short (even though the restaurant was full). We purchased a gift card for our air b&b host who told us that Sunshine was their favorite breakfast spot. The locals love it! read more

Absolutely delicious! Probably some of the best pancakes I've ever eaten (strawberry shortcake pancakes) and perfect thick cut bacon. Service was friendly and quick and there's a nice flow of inside and outside seating. Pricing is fair for the area. Will definitely be going back! read more

Not interested in ever returning. You are rushed your entire meal. Waitress had a major attitude because we weren't quick enough with deciding or eating. Kept getting dirty looks. read more

My husband was in surgery across the street and I drove over for something to eat. I had one of their delicious cinnamon rolls and terrific coffee. I asked for more icing since I just love it covered and the waitress said,"I would love to get you more!" with a huge genuine smile. I so appreciated it and the wait people here were all delightful. I saw many plates heaped with delicious food. a real gem. read more

Great place for breakfast. Super busy on weekends b need to make a reservation recommend this place as it's gluten friendly as well

Super cute brunch place down the stress from where we live! Nice mom and pop feel with a trendy vibe! Often we go early Sunday morning with our family and notice a variety of people there. The food is your standard fare but yummy. They have a full bar and have some yummy drink specials. In the strip mall so the parking isn't always the best as there are a lot of businesses there. read more

You definitely need to stop by sunshine if you want top notch scratch kitchen food from people that truly care about what they put in front of their guests. We added Sunshine to our brunch rotation about 2 years ago and are so happy we did. If you are looking for a quick grab and go on a Saturday during peak brunch time this is not it and for good reason. This is an intimate smaller space with an amazing front of house and back of house staff. We have tried almost everything here and nothing has disappointed. Yes the wait times can be longer on Saturday and Sunday but for good reason. Good things come to those who wait. Start with the mimosa flight, the juice options are endless...and don't forget the cinnamon roll! read more

EVERYTHING at this place is fantastic! It is by far our favorite place to grab brunch in the Valley. Make sure to check the waitlist prior to arrival so you don't wait too long - this place gets busy on the weekends! read more

We stopped in yesterday morning for breakfast based on all the great reviews I saw mentioning how good the food was (especially the eggs Benedict). And I have to admit the reviews and hype were right. The traditional eggs Benedict I ordered were delicious and the the eggs were perfectly cooked. The home fries that came with were perfectly seasoned (and I am normally one that adds salt to almost everything.) My husband had the special Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Waffle and added on 2 eggs scrambled and bacon. His waffle was the perfect balance of sweetness. (Sometimes things can be overdone, but this one was great.) The bacon was crispy and delicious. He said the regular coffee he got was great too. Our server Dana was excellent and very attentive. Since we used the waitlist feature in Yelp we didn't have any wait, but when we got there about 845am on a Tuesday there was not a wait anyway. We did opt to sit outside which was great and even though it was a bit chilly the outdoor heaters made it the perfect environment. I had occasion to use the bathroom and it was spotless. The pricing for the meal was decent. The ala cart items (like eggs, bacon, and coffee) did add up and made our bill a little higher than expected, but all in all it was a great visit and we would totally come back. read more

Best breakfast in the area. Good sized portions and plenty of choices as well. Kid loved the pancakes.

We were looking to try a new breakfast spot so decided to give them a try. The Yelp wait list is great, I recommend joining before you head over bc they get really busy on the weekend. The cafe is cute, medium sized with a small outdoor area that's dog friendly. I tried the Greek avocado toast which was yummy, a little messy to eat but full of flavor. The sweet cream pancakes are delicious!! I like that they are just a tiny bit crispy and not too sweet. My husband got the eggs Benedict and said it was average, not a ton of flavor. The homestyle potatoes on the other hand are packed with flavor and unlike any we've had before. Looking forward to coming back and maybe trying a drink next time! read more

This place came up as a suggestion so here we are. First thing we noticed was the friendly service. Warm smiles and friendly people. I like that Food was pretty good. Hubby really likes his Southwest Omelet. Me... my omelet was ok but it was my fault, I forgot to request cheese on my omelet. ‍ Of course I wasn't asked, but I won't hold it against him. I mean he made some great suggestions for 1st timers and was very attentive. Ok, highly recommend the classic pancakes. Wow!! Sooo good!! The inside was very busy, a bit small, but cozy. We requested to sit outside. So glad we did. Very cool and comfortable. We'll be back to try other dishes. read more

We came around 0715 and we were seated right away. Melissa was very helpful and attentive. Everything was delicious. They also have GF options. I ordered the GF pancake, i'd say it was decent. I ordered no bitter and light powdered sugar and i ended up scraping excess sugar and butter that was on it. No biggie. read more

Delicious breakfast spot with terrific service. We have contemplated eating here several times but it always seems to be very busy. Today we got on the virtual waitlist before we left the house. It's no wonder why they are so popular- food was delicious and our waitress, Emily, was so friendly & attentive. We had huevos rancheros, the All American breakfast, a breakfast burrito and a cinnamon roll. Our meals were served promptly & refills on beverages came without even asking. They have indoor & outdoor ( dog friendly ) seating. Place is smaller and decorated for the upcoming St Patrick's Day holiday. Really enjoyed our visit & will be back ! read more

The blueberry granola pancakes are amazing. I drive out of my way for those. I prefer Ollie Vaughn's lemon ricotta pancakes over Sunshine's. I'm also not the biggest fan of lemon. If you like a lot of lemon you might prefer Sunshine's. read more

Food was delicious. Love the outside patio, dog friendly . Able to accommodate large number of guests.

The food is good, nothing outside of the ordinary when it comes to breakfast! Seating was tight-we were literally seated close to the door by the outside patio and we had to keep adjusting our chair so the staff could get by! If I'm in the area I would go again but I wouldn't make a special trip to eat here! read more

I went to Sunshine Breakfast Bar on Memorial Day with 3 friends. They were busy but sat us right away. Our server was attentive, prompt, and friendly. He was on point with everything. One friend had the mimosa flight, and was very pleased with it. We were all surprised at the nice sized glasses, vs the small ones we've seen in flights at other restaurants. She also had eggs Benedict and it looked awesome. She said it was delicious.. The other 3 of us each had the meat lover omelets. It was delicious and the perfect portion size. This is a great place for breakfast! read more

Food and service was great, chai was particularly good. A little load, but that's to be expected on a Saturday during prime time.

So excited we got to join the waitlist on a Saturday. We waited about 30 minutes at 10:30am. The parking lot is packed and hard to get a spot but as soon as we walked in we were seated. The cinnamon roll is massive and can be shared with multiple people. The omelette comes with large sides. The women's bathroom only had one stale. Nick was our server and see attentive. He continued to check on us, Definitely a top spot for brunch. read more
