Their espresso martini hit just right
Desiree F.

This was my first time visiting for a happy hour here. I was sad they weren't more busy. But I guess you can't expect much the first Tuesday after the new year. It's a nice spot in High Street. We enjoyed some wagyu sliders and truffle fries. The prices were a little high for the level of quality. But I'd consider returning. Bonus is they have outdoor seating which can be tough to find some times.

Very limited menu. Fish and chips was good, but prices are a little high. Servers were efficient and friendly.

Caramelized Brussels sprouts starter

Cook & Craft offers an inviting experience that blends elevated bar food with a modern, clean aesthetic. The menu features craveable dishes like crispy Brussels sprouts tossed in a flavorful glaze, generously sized meatballs, tangy wings with just the right kick, and fall-apart tender short ribs that melt in your mouth. Their signature burger was the only disappointing dish that we ordered as it was overcooked and the toppings weren't that special. Each plate delivers comfort with a gourmet twist, all served in a sleek and relaxed setting that's perfect for a casual night out or a laid-back date. Cook & Craft nails the balance between creative bar fare in an approachable restaurant environment.

Wagyu Sliders and fries

The service is top notch. Friendly, eager, knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. The Wagyu Slider Appetizer is a good value and tasty. A comfortable cafe style setting with good background music. For the price and location it's a good place to grab a drink and some food. They are doing a menu change. Looking forward to hearing how that turns out. The Key Lime pie in a jar is a novel idea. Not made by the restaurant.

Great atmosphere, service and food!! We met a friend at the High Street location for Happy Hour based on the menu, and let me say that the drink selection on Happy Hour here is SPECTACULAR!! I had the regular margarita and tequila old fashioned. Both were strong but tasty! My husband appreciated the dark beer selection as well considering so many places have maybe 2 available. We ordered the buffalo cauliflower "wings", sliders, and brussel sprouts. The cauliflower was super good and I was surprised at how delicious they were as well as the large portion size. The sliders were larger than the normal slider and super tasty! We all absolutely loved the brussel sprouts and discovered new flavors with each bite. The service was also wonderful and we really appreciated how fun and friendly our server was as well as the speed of delivery when we put in new orders. We can't wait to go back!

We had a nice dinner with friends out at the High Street location of Cook & Craft. Our group got there early enough to enjoy ordering a few happy hour drinks and food items as entrees. We shared some delicious apps: buffalo cauliflower bites, brussel sprout salad, and meatballs. All were good, but everyone agreed that the brussel sprouts were the best! They were soft and so flavorful. Various cocktails were ordered, and my Willie Nelson went down way too easily. The infused poblano/cucumber vodka was smooth with just a little spice and had the option to add a cbd gummy. I also enjoyed the Spanish Tonic, which was a lovely presentation of an empress gin and tonic with added herbs. It was right up my alley but too earthy for some. For dinner, I ordered the special: pesto gnocchi with the added salmon option. So good! One friend enjoyed the wagyu sliders from the happy hour menu, and two friends ordered sandwiches (chicken and portobello mushroom). The sandwiches looked very plain, and yet the flavor was great. The bread itself was like biting into a cloud, so light and fluffy. We had a good time and then continued the night by walking across the street to the Gin & Reel speakeasy. High Street is a cool location to meet friends and hop place to place.

Short rib crafted grilled cheese: $14 + $7 =$21.00 (pricey)
Susan K.

Love this place! Very accommodating with food modifications which I greatly appreciate. Came here for HH and our server Michael was terrific! He checked with the cooks to see what kind of oil they cook with first beforehand and was very nice about it. My BF loves their crafted grilled cheese. You can add protein or add one for extra and he added the short rib. I took a bite and boy it was phenomenal, a bit on the pricey side tho. I got their cook's Philly with chicken, it comes with a side of fries. Flavor was there but it lacked the cheesiness a Philly is known for. Some of the smaller chicken pieces were in the dry side. Again on the pricey side.

We ate here before a Concert at the MIM. Service started off slow they were busy. After we advised the waiter we were going to a concert in 45 minutes he got us food & drinks pretty quick. The food was excellent, hot and very tasty. The drinks were delicious as well.

Salty Coyote
Katie A.

Our service was fantastic - at 3 pm on a Monday it wasn't busy at all. My friends and I met for a birthday HH and we indulged in drinks - I got the Salty Coyote which is wish was a tad bit stronger, the caprese cocktail, meatballs and a crème brûlée cheesecake! The meatballs were melt in your mouth good, and although I'm not normally a cheesecake type of girlie - this one was good! Definitely worth checking out Cook & Craft!

Wifey started with the strawberry salad which was very large and had a wonderful dressing. Easily could have feed two. Went with the lamb entree which was cooked to perfection. Three chops presented on cauliflower mash and mint herbs. Superb choice. I took a step of faith and tried the Wagu beef appetizer. It was terrific. Chunks of beet on short skewers and wrapped with a large basal leaf. The beef itself was exceptionally good. For an entree, I went with the New York strip with a side of asparagus and off the cobb corn elote. The strip was slightly overcooked, I ordered medium and it came well done. Bummer! Asparagus was very grilled and tender. We wrapped up the meal with two pieces of Flan topped with coconut. Delightful ! Restaurant is a little unusual with respect to layout but very functional. Service, by Mel, was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our experience. Bring your wallet. High recommend without any reservations.

Service was good, food took a little while but it was beautiful on the patio so we didn't mind enjoying our time together. Food was okay. The tri tip kabob was a 10/10. Guac was good, their specialty chicken dish was not my favorite and my wife got the chicken tacos which she thought were decent. Overall it was fine, wasn't bad but wasn't worth the price.

We had zero complaints from the service down to the food, everything was delish! Humble Bistro stays in its lane - consistent, dependable, the kind of place you don't have to overthink. Last night, the table went in on a margarita pizza add ricotta, meatballs, caprese, and short rib pappardelle. And yeah, HB is consistent, but this round came back a little uneven. The pizza leaned too long in the oven, Forno bread punched hard with salt, and the caprese felt a bit "overproduced," like it was trying to impress instead of just being. Service was excellent! Best moment of the night came after dinner. I asked for a standard Italian digestif, no dice. Swung to a go-to dessert liqueur, also a no. I feigned disappointment, and the server, without missing a beat, informed me: "We're French, not Italian." Hmm.... See you next time, Humble Bistro, where we'll probably go in on another pizza, pappardelle, meatballs and the chicken parm.... OUI OUI!!

We didn't realize we could request seating closer to the front, but to their credit, they did turn the music up a bit, which helped the atmosphere. The service was okay - not bad, but a little on the mediocre side. That said, the food definitely made up for it. The Wagyu steak was absolutely delicious, and the appetizers were solid as well. Even with a few small hiccups, it was still a great experience and a fun night out. We would definitely go back and would just ask to sit closer to the front next time.

However, every time we visited in the past, we had a great experience--until this last visit. We made a reservation for 7:45 PM but didn't get seated until 8:30 PM. While this isn't terrible, it can be challenging when you have a little one with you, but it's to be expected as a parent. Once we were at our table, we ordered drinks and food for the kids. My wife ordered a cocktail, and I opted for an Old Fashioned. The kids ordered pasta and a cheese pizza. This is when things started to go downhill. The pasta was okay, but the pizza had a few hairs on it--more than one, in fact. This made us uncomfortable, so we informed the waiter, and they addressed the issue promptly. As we waited for the new pizza, our drinks arrived, and they were nicely presented. However, while sipping my Old Fashioned, I noticed something unusual in my drink--Tajin. Curious, I asked the waiter if this was a special variation of the Old Fashioned. She replied no, so I pointed out the issue in my glass, and she confirmed she saw the Tajin as well. I felt she was treating it as if it was acceptable, which it clearly wasn't, so I looked at her, signaling that I would like a new drink. (I wish I had taken pictures.) Following that, our main dishes started to arrive. My wife ordered a wagyu steak, and I had the pork loin. Unfortunately, we began to analyze everything after the earlier mishaps, and the vibe of the experience was completely lost. To make matters worse, we were still charged for the pizza that had hair on it and the drink that had the issue. With all that being said, I've decided I will no longer be dining here.

Once you're seated, there are so many menu options to choose from, plus a huge drink selection and tons of beers on tap. My go-to meal is the steak bowl, and it never disappoints. The flavor is absolutely perfect every time. I also love that it's on their under-700-calorie menu, which makes it a great option when I'm in contest prep and trying to stay on track. Even better, it's already in MyFitnessPal, so it's super easy when I'm tracking my macros. The only thing I'd mention is that because it's usually packed, the wait staff can be a little hit or miss depending on how busy they are. Overall though, it's still a solid spot for a good meal and drinks, especially if you're spending time at Desert Ridge.

We asked if the fireplace could be turned off, and were told it was "just the pilot light" and that the heat was from outside air coming through. That explanation didn't really make sense, especially if it's an electric fireplace, and it left us wondering why the flue was open in the first place. Our server initially seemed a little annoyed when we brought it up, though he became friendlier as the evening went on. As for the food and drinks: the Gold Margarita tasted a bit cheap for the price. Once it arrived in the taller glass, it was clear the ratio leaned heavily toward mixer and sweetness rather than tequila, gran marnier, and fresh lime juice. It definitely didn't taste like fresh lime as advertised. On the other hand, my husband's espresso martini was absolutely fantastic. The standout dish was the filet special - rubbed in mustard and marinated for over 24 hours. It was excellent. The mashed potatoes were packed with flavor, and the jambalaya rice was tasty as well, though slightly cold. Dessert was an apple pie with the crust wrapped entirely around it, which we enjoyed. Overall, the meal itself had several highlights, but it was disappointing to make a reservation and end up at a table next to what felt like the entrance to Satan's lair.
