I had them do a frame up custom build for me and they were great to work with. Ryan took the time to talk with me about what my wants were, and helped me pick out parts that suited me best. They were very informative when I picked up the bike and explained everything they had to do to the bike, and the pricing was very fair. Their communication throughout the whole process was stellar as well. Just recently, I was in there and Jake immediately greeted us asking if we could use any help. He provided my mom with information regarding town bikes and answered all of her questions. Patrick then gave me advice on what I could do to become a more well-rounded rider.
