We are traveling in a ClassC Camper & had 2 e-bikes on a bike hitch. The welding gave way & the bike carrier broke. Fortunately, the bikes were okay but we needed a new carrier asap. Yampa was nearest town & after checking different places - Rolling H Cycles came to the rescue. Jake was a tremendous help and even installed the new carrier in the parking lot. He took the time to explain and answer questions about our new bike carrier! Highly recommend and appreciate his assistance & service! read more

The were slammed but they were able to get me out there quickly and efficiently! They are awesome

I called to get a quote on fixing a flat tire for my kids bike and showed up 30 min later. Austin is a sweetheart! Incredible customer service! read more

I bought a bike off Facebook and it needed new tires and tubes and I had no idea how to fix it. Gave them a call told me to bring it in same day and they will take care of it all. I was worried it was going to cost an arm and a leg to get it put together; but they are super reasonably priced. So kind so helpful. Just overall great energy in the place. My husband and I love it so much came in with his bike (same day) to add something to help protect his tires from goatheads. We will be back for all our bike needs. read more

Was able to fix my son's bike same day with great customer service and decent prices! I will recommend

Adam was very helpful and enthusiastic. I just needed a replacement derailleur bolt for my son's mountain bike and Adam was able to quickly identify the part I needed from just a quick glance at the picture on my phone. Not the first time I've gone to Rolling H. They've been consistently helpful. Highly recommend! read more

I ordered a Santa Cruz bicycle for my son from Ben at Rolling H. They thought it be two weeks but it was really here and assembled in five days. He spent hours going through my dilemmas I had with the specialized to make sure we bought the right bicycle this time ! I would strongly recommend this business. Their service department is fantastic and they know exactly what they are doing.! Thanks Ben. read more

Helpful staff. Knowledgeable as well. Seem to be more focused on keeping your business than just selling you something and getting you out the door. read more

Honest small business. I appreciated their work, service attentiveness and especially the integrity shown regarding repairs I was seeking.

I called Alexander here and he was super helpful, I had two flat tires and a ride set up for the next morning, they took me in and had me back on the road in a few minutes. THANK YOU GUYS!!!! read more

Just got two bikes for the summer. Looking forward to taking advantage of this sun shine. Highlights of my purchase includes explanation of what kind of bike might fit my needs, try before I buy on the in store trainer and out doors. Also loved how it was more of a conversation instead of a sales pitch. It's also nice to have something local that I can have work done on. I did buy a consignment bike and a new bike. I wanted a little more bang for my buck, and my wife of corse wanted something new. All in all I loved my experience. read more

So I needed to get a new Scott USA bike cause the one that I returned to REI was to big. REI doesn't sell Scott bikes anymore and stay loyal to Scott. I looked everywhere and every company that sold Scott bikes were charging an arm and leg, plus tax, plus shipping. I called Rolling H and spoke with Ryan. I explained to him that I saw online a Scott Mountain bike that they are selling, however, it was a bit out of my price range. I told him that I live in Oakland, that this is the bike for me however, it is out of my price range. He worked a few things out for me and I got the bike of my dreams for a GREAT price. Ryan was EXTREMELY responsive, positive and helpful. He took great care of me and assuring me that they will mail the bike to me and he sent me the tracking information. I honestly wish there was bike shop like this where I live. I will continue to shop and have products mailed to me in CA because I know that I am getting the best price from the greatest staff. I dropped my bike off early Saturday morning and was told that if I had some errands it would be done within an hour and a half. They took my phone number down to call me when it was ready, as of 6 PM Saturday I had received no phone call. Monday 2:30 PM I checked into the bike shop only to discover the bike had still not even begun to be worked on for a simple tube replacement. The cashier tried to give me an excuse about how busy they had gotten AFTER I'd left, paradoxically telling me your bike will get done in the order it came in, also telling me your bike is getting done right now as she wheeled it back to get it started, what an incredible coincidence that my bike came up in the queue precisely after I came back after almost 2 business days! It is so amazing that my bike was up in the queue exactly when I arrived almost two full business days later (insert eye roll). Rather than apologizing she continually talked over me and tried to make excuses that didn't make any sense. She never apologized but acted as though she had after interrupting. Very rude personnel and very poor service. I will not be back and neither will any of my family. I was looking at women's bikes in the back of the store when I arrived on Saturday and there was not a large queue in front of me, in fact the place was totally dead. As soon as they took my phone number down they decided that I was low priority and they could just work on my bike whenever they felt like it. They were working on a bike when I arrived that wasn't even there on Saturday when I dropped mine off. I guess I don't look like I'm important. read more

I was stuck about 13 miles from Emmett with a loaded bike on my way to the Grand Tetons in Wyoming after 24 days of riding from Truckee CA. I had a broken chain and was without a spare chain or master link. Fortunately, I had a phone signal, so I googled the nearest bike shop and Rolling H Cycles appeared. I called them and explained my predicament. Within seconds, I was connected to staff that was willing to come to me (about 36 miles), bring a new chain, master link AND put the chain on. Mind you, they do not have a mobile service. Ben and Jacob arrived. In less than 20 minutes, a new chain was on my bike and I had a master link. Thanks fellow...y'all rock. What trail angels! To add to my good fortunate, they were only asking me to pay for the parts. I paid for the parts AND gave a generous donation to show my appreciation. I was impressed with the customer service. If they went all out for me, I can only imagine the superior service they provide to ALL customers. I am unable to thank them enough. I truly felt valued as a customer. Their service was #1, A+++. If you need a repair or are looking for a bike or need ANYTHING cycling related, use them. You will be a VERY satisfied customer like me. read more

I am so grateful to the technicians at Rolling M for getting my old, neglected mountain bike back in top form. I had been to their business one other time because the stem was broken on one of my tires. They repaired it on the spot and no charge. When the bike needed a full tune up, I didn't hesitate to take it to them. They did a great job in a timely fashion and all the employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. The new location is awesome too! read more

These guys are by far the most helpful, knowledgeable and kind people within the "bike-shop" community. They compete with several stores (bike brands) and usually have better prices than most. Their customer service is A+. I live in Boise and travel to their location as no one really competes with their service and overall atmosphere. They have something for everyone and you never feel like a bother or out of place by asking questions....unlike other bike shops... read more

Nice folks. Friendly local service with a smile. I like these guys. Competitive prices too!

Best bike shop in Nampa by far! Good selection of products for a small shop, and the people are great! The owner is very involved in the shop and in the local cycling community. This shop is the home base for the Nampa cycling community and with good reason with weekly shop rides for all abilities and trainer nights in the winter. If you are a cyclist or are interested in getting started this is the place to be! read more

This place is fabulous! Adam, the owner is brilliant! He knows just about everything relating to cycling. He will fix your bike on the spot, answer any questions, order anything you need/want if he doesn't have it. He has filled a niche in Nampa that was much needed. All of the cyclists are coming out of the wood because of him. Cheers Adam! read more

Super friendly and helpful at Rolling H! We've bought 1 bike, 2 striders, and had a kids bike tuned/worked on. They know us by name and the dog that plays fetch with our kids while we shop is a bonus. Seriously the coolest little bike shop I've ever been to. We aren't serious riders and don't look the part, so the reviews saying you'll be treated poorly if you don't look like a typical rider are full of it. They couldn't be any more helpful and friendly. I'll never buy a bike anywhere else! read more

Really love this shop and the people in it. My kids like to ride the display bikes back and forth across the shop and the management never seems to mind bless them all. Very professional service, clean shop, fair prices. Everything you could want in a bike shop really. read more

I have purchased two bikes from Adam and the crew at Rolling H. Even though I'm not a high end shopper (my bikes were in the $400 range) you wouldn't know it. They treated me great and worked with me on price and found great bikes in my price range. I'm happy to report that these bikes (one Scott and one Raleigh) are still on the road and performing great. I haven't even needed a tune up on either one and they have seen a lot of use. Thanks Adam, Ryan, Mo, ands Michelle you guys are the best! read more

I'm really disappointed to write this, because this group is so nice. When I started going here, I was really happy to have found it. I posted there business on my Facebook, gave cards out to my friends, and referred other people in my cycling group, the works. I'm relatively new to cycling and have signed up for my first big ride, and started training for it. I brought my bike in to get tuned up at this shop prior to starting training. They talked me into upgrading the tune, which I did. My husband was suspicious that the bike wasn't worked on when we got it back, and took his bike to another shop. After 3-4 weeks of riding, I started having a lot of problems, many in my group would comment how rough my bike sounded. I took it to another shop in the middle of a 30 mile ride, they asked me when the last time I tuned it, and they gave me a funny look when I told them ~4 weeks ago, they showed me my bike and comparisons of how a bike was supposed to be (indicating there wasn't even lube on my chain). They tuned my bike (for free) and got me back on the road, the thing is, it's like a completely different bike. First thing I did when I finished the ride was call Rolling H, two people talked to me, took my number, I called again at the beginning of the week, no one actually resolved my problem or returned my last call. I'm out $60, and bummed I have to be suspicious of bike mechanics... read more

Great help today. Very friendly explained why I was having a problem with my tires and fix it for me.

Every time my wife and I walk in the door we get ignored. Seems that if you don't walk in already wearing fancy bike gear and look as if your ready to race that day, you don't matter. Guess I'll keep shopping. read more

My wife and I purchased a couple hybrid bikes from Target, and began discovering how fun biking was on the green belt going to Lucky13 at Harris Ranch and working up to Eagle and back. We came into Rolling H just for some stem extenders on our bikes. The bikes they had looked modern and well designed. With Mo's help and infinite patience, we took out their hybrids and mountain bikes for test drives a few blocks. I used to think there is no big difference between a box store and an actual bike store bike. I was dead wrong. My wife and I are both over six feet and for the first time we were riding bikes that actually fit our frames. Big thanks to Mo, who took the time to break it down for us, answering and asking many questions to find out what would be the right bikes. We fell in love with the Raleigh Misceo. They had a 2015 model in stock and Mo went by the factory, picked up another RM frame and put it together for us. The price for these bikes was shockingly affordable. Unless you must have the new model, you can save serious coin by going with last years model. These are still brand new bikes. A few days later, we came into pick up our bikes and to pick out racks and a tool kit. Adam was there to help us pick out the right racks and we sat and spoke with him about the rides they host and what would be needed for a coastal trip, which we're planning this season. The service is incredible, the difference in quality is night and day amazing, especially after stepping up from a box store bike to one from Rolling H. To those new to biking, I give Rolling H my highest recommendation for service, professionalism, patience and price. read more

I bought my bike from RHC from ID to be shipped to MA. Alex was very quick to respond when I made a deal to buy the bike when i saw it on sale the Internet. I called the shop and continued with the purchase process with the owner Adam who was very informative and answered any questions I had regarding the bike and shipping. We even chat about the shop the community there and how Adam is trying to get more people ride centric. This guy has a passion for cycling and it made me feel very good I ended up buying this bike from the shop from Nampa, ID. I would buy from this bike shop again. read more

Whether you are a greenbelt cruiser, a road race crusher, or a coffee lovin' cycling connoisseur, this shop will take care of everything. I travel from Boise, passing numerous quality bike shops, because of the quality work done at Rolling H. The delicate touch of Mo's mechanical wizardry always impresses me every time I need my bike tuned and keeps it humming down the road no matter what time of year. The intuitive and genuine personality of Adam who has never led me astray when talking bikes, racing, or even what saddle I should straddle. Then the ever welcoming Ryan who greets you with a smile and isn't satisfied until all your questions are answered and needs are met. This is more then just another "bike shop". It is the people and the genuine care and passion they have for others and the adventures they have on their bikes. read more
