Although we were initially a little confused about where to go after making the reservation online, once we got ourselves there, the service was stellar. We were warmly greeted, our bikes were staged and at the door, ready to go for us when we arrived. Neither of us had ridden an e-bike previously, so we wanted to make sure we know how to operate the electronics. All of our questions were answered, and we enjoyed a little chit chat as well before hitting the pavement. Upon returning, it was more of the same. Completely seamless. Long story short - took a new e-bike here to have it worked on when a noise that sounded like it…read morewas coming from the motor started happening. Took it in 3 times and kept saying it wasn't coming from the brakes but technicians kept working on the brake. Last time we picked up the bike we were told they couldn't replicate the noise and couldn't assist any more. Rode the bike and the bike sounded worse. Immediately took it to Reed's Cycle in Eagle and they fixed the brake job AND got a new motor ordered under warranty from Specialized. Spoke to Specialized today and will never recommend George's Editing review after George's reply: We had a specialized rep personally reach out to us after working with Reed's. We now have a new motor being installed. Regardless stand behind my previous comment that the customer service and overall attitude was not professional.
