Frank helped me look us the Specialized Creo 2 Comp 5 ebike online and assisted with ordering a model with my specifications. Once it arrived, George's service department assembled it and adjusted all the dimensions to match my non-ebike road bike. They spent time explaining all the functions of the Creo 2 and, not exaggerating, they were truly excited for me. Cole, the service manager, has been very helpful, as always, instructing me with the process for having them box my Levo for shipment to a buyer. They're truly a multi-service shop and a very friendly staff.
