Let me start off by saying that I do not live in Idaho [in this case sadly enough] and I have - by pure luck - found Tri Town Bicycles online after coming across the beautiful Cervelo S5 that they had up for sell. My initial mindset in purchasing a bike was to not exceed a $2,000 price-range but I couldn't just pass by the offer and forked out the funds for it. A very long-short, it happened to be that two people had purchased the same bicycle (due to a system glitch) and I wasn't the first and so instead of letting go of me by a simple "Sorry, we'd have to cancel your order", Antonio [the owner] made an exceptional offer - and from what seemed to be purely for customer service purpose. This made me really happy! Imagine eyeing out a bike and pushing your limit (budget) just to be told its sold. And so the excitement didn't end there! :) Antonio is the owner and we all know what's expected from the owner [I have my own operation in San Francisco] but the level of Customer Service and Professionalism and Expertise I received was apparent throughout my experience not only by my interaction with Antonio but Dominique and Scott [just to name a few]. The bicycle arrived just as described. I mean, for a non-pro I was under the impression that I had to fork out another fortune to put it together - but NO! Tri Town Bicycles made it super easy - put the whole thing together and all I had to do is connect the wheels and the handlebar and I was good to go. The packaging was so nicely done that left the bike with zero damages/scratches. I can't thank these people enough and what an impeccable experience I had with Tri Town Bicycle. It's evident, also from my review here, that I will be a long-term customer of Tri Town Bicycles and not only for my GF and I, but also to friends and family to refer these guys as the one-stop pro-bicycle shop. I have been taking my bike to Tri Town for a few years now. This week it was time for a new Triathlon bike. I went in Tuesday September 4th to look for a new ride. This could have been the craziest day to shop a new bike at Tri Town. The Tuesday after Labor Day and following the Tri Swap it was chaotic in the shop. With all the clamor in the shop I still received A+ service. Travis greeted me at the door and listened to my story, handed me off to Antonio to continue the conversation. Antonio's time was at a premium while he answered questions related to the Tri Swap and talked with customers. That said he took a great deal of time to discuss and setup two bikes for me to test ride. After each ride he asked great questions that allowed me to make an informed decision. I walked out of Tri Town feeling like I got a fair deal on a great bike and know I will enjoy great service for the life of my new bike. Moved to Boise nearly 4 yrs ago and checked out just about every bike shop in the Boise/Treasure Valley. Although, my background is crit and track racing, (road bike) I decided to stop in Tri Town and see what a Triathlon shop had to offer. To my surprise Antonio and his crew were impressive and are well versed in all facets of cycling and related bike repair. They carry mtb's, road, gravel, tri bikes and all the ancillary components etc. So, if you're looking for a mellow, knowledgeable, willing to listen and very good bike shop, I'd suggest stopping in. Full disclosure: I am not from Boise, ID, but saw a REALLY good deal from Tri Town on a Felt FR30W (for 2019, the womens and mens frames have identical measurements, so it's just colourways). I was really REALLY skeptical of buying a bike online, but it was seamless. Not only that, it arrived in California in about four business days via FedEx. To say the bike was well packed would be an understatement. It was definitely packed with care and I had to do just very minor adjustments to the mechs. Top service. Thank you TT Team! read more

Got a bike fit done here recently. The staff is friendly and all my concerns, injuries, and preferences were taken into account for the fit. As soon as I actually got onto the road with my bike I could notice a huge improvement. I remember wondering why I couldn't upshift and then realizing I was easily cruising in my highest gear.
