Super friendly and helpful! I'm so impressed by the level of customer service at the Trek store here in Boise as well as the one in Salt Lake City where I was recently. Jake, Dan, and the rest of the team in Boise exemplify great customer service--I found them to be respectful, attentive, helpful and affable, a winning combination! I brought my ebike in for service, but I wouldn't hesitate to return here when I'm in the market for a new bike! read more

First bike that I've purchased in 25 years. My son recommended that I go to this store. He's a longtime customer. Kelsie was absolutely great! I appreciate the kindness and understanding. The service was spectacular. Also, thank you Jake for all that you did! If you need help with a bike or looking for a new bike, this is the place to go. Don't look anywhere else! Thanks again! We were visiting from out of town and simply wanted to test ride the Verve 3. Our local shop did not have any in supply. Tess was so friendly and helpful (no pressure, just great care and empathy). So we bought two electric bikes and will pick them up for Christmas when we come back in town in December. We have visited a lot of bike shops all over the country and by far the best service that we have experienced. read more

I was visiting from CA. Needed to rent a mtn bike. I wanted to try an E-bike for the first time. They set me up for a reasonable price and provided great directions to a bike park nearby. Was a great day of riding. Would have rode longer, but had to catch a flight home. I can see why so many people from CA have moved there. read more

Dropped in on a Sunday afternoon to check out some mountain bikes. I was greeted by Matt who was extremely knowledge and helpful navigating the different Trek bike models. Matt showed me around the store and offered some great advice based on local foothill trails I plan on riding. One of my biggest questions was what size bike frame would be right for me? Well they have a in-store computer that takes a picture of you and then gauges the right bike size for each frame model. I then hopped on the size model it recommended and must say it was dead on estimate. They have a huge demo fleet of pretty much every bike. This summer they will have free demo days at local venues, or you can demo a bike 1/2 or full day anytime. The demo fee goes toward purchase of a bike. Trek is a strong contender in my upcoming MTB purchase, certainly due to the amazing service I received at this store. read more

Great store, staff, service snd prices. I literally went to all but 2 of the many bike stores in the Boise, Meridian and Eagle areas. The best bike at the best price, for me anyway, was found here with the help of Trish on my first visit a few days ago and from Jason today. He patiently answered all my questions, put it all together for me and even loaded the new Saris hitch onto my truck. You won't go wrong st the TREK STORE. read more

Visiting Boise and had our bikes with us. My wife's bike shifter was broken and we thought we wouldn't be able to ride. Trek staff gave us a warm greeting as soon as we entered the shop and asked what they could help with. It was a bigger problem than we thought and the team at Trek still jumped over hoops to get us taken care of. They promised we'd have it by the end of the day... In true Trek fashion, they fixed it in 3 hours, using brand new parts from a retail bike they had on the floor. The fact that they would put the service of out oft owners ahead of selling a $3,000 bike is hard to find nowadays. On a side note, the bike store is beautiful with every type of bike - road, mtn. fats, and cross. Staff is super knowledgeable and the mechanics are the best. Thanks. read more

I visited Trek Bicycle Boise West on March 6th, 2021 looking to purchase my first bike in over 20 years. Louie was a tremendous help in assisting me. I had two bike styles in mind, and he pulled down a few for me to try in different sizes. After I selected my bike, (I got the Verve 3 Disc Lowstep) he guided me around the store, suggesting accessories. I never felt any pressure to purchase anything extra, and Louie was very knowledgeable and candid about what would be best for my bicycling needs. It took about 30 minutes for all of the accessories to be added, and adjustments made, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely visit this store again! read more

I had a very bad experience after ordering a bike on-line from a different store. I was so upset and let down! I decided to contact Trek and am so glad I did! I was treated very well, got the bike I wanted and had the best experience! I highly recommend this team! I am excited again for my new adventures! Social distancing needs were no trouble at all! read more

I recently purchased a Trek bike, but it did not fit into my car so the employee took off the front wheel. I am a novice with bikes and cannot get the front wheel back on....not happy at all! read more

Bought a mountain bike recently. Customer service is amazing top notch. Quite nice selection and USA company. Highly recommend shop.

Entered the store impressed with the safety and attention to detail during this pandemic. Limiting the guests, hand santizing was a plus in my book. John who helped us was very knowledgeable and patient as it was my first purchase of an electric bike. We ended up purchasing a mountain bike for my husband and an electric bike for me. Both bikes are if high quality and nothing but good things to say about the workmanship and comfort. Getting to know the bikes better each day as we ride them and enjoying every minute. Thank you! read more

My bike had been performing poorly for awhile, so I took it here for a basic tune up. When I got there, they immediately put my bike on the stand and did a basic inspection while I was there. Although my basic tune up turned into almost a full overhaul, they explained every issue to me that they found. Explains why my bike was performing so poorly. My bike runs like it did when it was new. read more

I ordered a pair of bike shorts, I went in to pick them up and they had not yet arrived. The sales manager John told me he would bring them to my work when they came in. He drove out of his way in traffic to my business across town to bring them to me.That kind of customer service is unheard of in today's world. I would recommend John and the people at the Trek bicycle shop in Boise on Milwaukee Street, to anyone looking for a bike or accessories. They are a first class group of people!! Sincerely , Brent Palmatier. read more

First the store was well stocked and well staffed. When my wife and I entered we were properly greeted and helped right away. Our bike pro Dillon saw to every need we had promptly and with no uneasy high pressure sales techniques or tricks. We felt very comfortable with the price we paid for our bikes which are quality machines. Trek is a great brand which is why we chose Trek Boise in the first place. Thank You to all the employees at Trek Boise for making it a great buying experience and we'll see you guys soon for any other cycling needs we have. read more

Great customer service, very knowledgeable and experienced, and great selection of bikes,

We recently purchased two Trek E Bikes and love the bikes! What has soured the experience for me is getting aggressively approached by employees with high powered hand sanitizer bottles upon entering the the store the last two times. I get safety protocols. I wear a mask, and I love a clean store, but showering my hands with sanitizer without my permission is offensive and very off-putting. There are much kinder and respectful approaches that can be used with customers. I don't think I will be going back. read more

My husband and I were in the market for mountain bikes. As a couple of beginners, Trek was SUPER helpful and patient answering all our questions. We've been to a few local bike shops, and this place felt like it was the best value and customer service from entering to leaving. I didn't feel pressured to buy a bunch of add ones, but will definitely be back for some more fun accessories. read more
