They were very informative when I picked up the bike and explained everything they had to do to the bike, and the pricing was very fair. Their communication throughout the whole process was stellar as well. Just recently, I was in there and Jake immediately greeted us asking if we could use any help. He provided my mom with information regarding town bikes and answered all of her questions. Patrick then gave me advice on what I could do to become a more well-rounded rider. One of my favorite things about Eastside is how passionate about the sport the guys are, and their willingness to help anyone who comes into the shop. My husband discuss at length what he was looking for with the owner and he told him about a bike they didn't even have that he thought would be a good choice for him. But I needed another pair of bike gloves because the stainless rims on my titanium wheelchair (my current distance mode of travel) get cold in winter months and I needed a full finger style with good grip. It was serendipity to spy Kore as I was walking back to my car from breakfast at Terri's (I recommend it) a couple doors down and I decided to pop in and see what they had. The young man working there was so helpful and I found exactly what I needed. I don't think he is the owner but he works like he owns the business (that is high praise) and we talked about the mountain bikes and e bikes they had and trends in local biking. As my husband and I entered a customer was picking up their bike that had been repaired and they were really happy with the outcome. The store also has a big selection of boards. LOCATION: In one of Meridian's many poorly laid out strip malls with terrible (too tight spacing) parking lots, you might not know it was there unless you knew it was there. Worth finding if you're looking for a bike or board! ACCESSIBILITY: Level in from the walkway, plenty of clear floor space to register. But this parking lot is so out of compliance for ADA mere minimums (that is not this shop owner's issue but the mall owner's issue) and the only curb ramp to get over the curb for the entire layout is with the two spots down by Terri's breakfast and lunch restaurant.

I had bought a mountain bike from World after wrecking my old bike. I won't name the brand because…read morethat's not whats is important here. To say the least the bike had a very unique creaking sound when I would ride. The staff would always pay close attention to my concerns about the bike. Since it was new I was concerned about what I would be dealing with after it was out of warranty since the performance of the bike was amazing. After several trips in to the shop with the team trying everything to fix it they contacted the manufacture who gave them a list of things to try. The list included things the guys had already done. It was decided that the best option was to get me into another bike and they would send the bike back to the manufacturer. This is once again where the team shined! They offered me a couple of upgraded bikes to choose from for a VERY reasonable price. I couldn't be more pleased with how I was and continue to be treated by everyone.
