We contacted Sundial Locksmith because my son locked his keys in his car. They said a locksmith would be out in 45 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes later they called to say the were there. The were not because they had gone to the wrong zip code. (We gave them the correct zip code) When the locksmith showed up they were able to pop the trunk open within a matter of 10 minutes. This set off the car alarm. I was then told by the locksmith that they were done. I asked, are you going to unlock the car and he said no you have to climb through the trunk. Thankfully I have a skinny 13 year old who can climb through. When I called the company to complain they were told that they could do nothing and that they would give me a discount if I wanted a key fab made. Finally after 3 phone calls the owner called. He said we already told you we won't do anything. I said then I will be writing you a poor review and he told me I can shove my review up my ass. Then he called back and asked what I wanted and I said well I was going to ask for half back but after that comment I want a refund. He then used the f word at me. read more

Never offered to secure the house with a new lock just took the deadbolt with him. Talked to owner of company and he is all also rude! I purchased two fobs from Amazon and needed both to be cut and programmed. I contacted several locksmiths and narrowed it down to Sundial Locksmith. I'm glad I did because although their shop is 35 miles from my home, the price quoted ($119 to cut/program both fobs for my 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan) was reasonable and their customer service was excellent. I have come here a couple of times now for replacement car keys and highly recommend doing business with them. The prices are very reasonable compared to other places and they are quick and easy to deal with. I also brought in my smart door lock from my house because it was sold to us with no key for the deadbolt. They were able to match it to the key that works for the regular door handle so now if the battery dies in the smart lock I'm still able to get in my house. I called to see how much a spare would be for my vehicle. I was surprised at how reasonable the service and key itself were priced at. When I called to inquire and give the specs of my vehicle I spoke to a nice woman who instructed me on the different options and said the owner would call me back for further details and within 5 minutes the owner calls me back (I love the pace so far for this task I've been putting off forever, as the dealerships take forever with anything - it gets better though). The owner asks if I can come in that day (I am beyond delighted because I thought I was going to make an appointment and allocate time I don't have). I get there- it takes this man 10 minutes to make my key. He's pleasant, his store is really comfortable to wait in, as they have hand sanitizer everywhere (and candy too!) and very comfortable chairs. The owner is personable, very kind, and the whole experience was something I enjoyed which is rare for errands like this. All in all- 100/10 will go there for all my key related needs. I had a second 2017 range rover sport key made today. It took all of 30 minutes to get a new key programmed to the car. Total cost was approximately $250 less then from the dealership. The programming at the dealership was going to charge me $190 for took them about five minutes once He got going. They basically charged me the same for key + programming + cutting the emergency key as the stealership was going to charge for just the key. On top of that they had keys available when the dealership said Land Rover would take 2-4 weeks to ship another one! I highly recommend them. read more

Sundial Locksmith is a reliable and dependable locksmith. I initially went to Ace to have a security door deadbolt key duplicated. I ended up going there 2 additional times as the key would go into the lock, but would not easily turn. Finally decided to try a locksmith. Areli- a friendly and professional locksmith- made a new key for me. She was not wearing a mask, but did so when she saw I was masked- which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, this key also fit into the lock, but not easily turn. I made another trip to Sundial. Ori, the owner assisted me this time and was the first to use a Schlage key for the duplicate. Voila! It works great! I made sure to put their contact information in my phone in case I should get locked out of my house, as they are more than helpful and gladly rectified the key issue. I had an issue with a broken key inside of a commercial doorknob, and called to see if they could get it out. The man showed up quickly and was quick to fix the door. I was bothered by the extra fee due to "difficulty", but what can you do? The next day I noticed the knob was loose, I called and Kai sent out Jarrod and it took him a second to fix, and he showed me why it was loose and how it could be fixed in the future and even showed me how the doorknob goes back together.
