Grape Tea Slush with Agar and Jelly , Fresh Honeydew and Coconut Milk and Purple Potato Dorayaki - The image shows two drinks in cups with Sun Tea branding, one with a pink and purple beverage and the other with a light-colored drink, along with a pastry on a paper napkin. The setting appears to be inside a Sun Tea location in Markham, ON, with a plain background and a wooden table surface.

Got the chance to check this spot out the other day ! They are located on 16th Avenue and Main Street Markham. Suntea serves a variety of drinks from bubble tea, slushes and even Dorayaki!! Loved the two drinks we got, both were so fresh and not overly sweet with regular sugar! This is my first time having Dorayaki and it was so good! They have a lot of other flavours as well like Oreo?! Definitely have to revisit to try that one

Cute spot at Langham Square (Kennedy T&T)

I'm absolutely falling in love with this NEW unique fruit tea & milk tea spot at Langham Square (same plaza as Kennedy T&T). Small cozy spot, and the drinks are refreshing, delicious and packed with fresh fruits & ingredients! . . . I would highly recommend the following: Brulee Boba Milk Tea 布蕾波霸奶茶 - #1 Top Seller here! Uses golden tapioca for boba. Love the cream infused with the brulee taste! Definitely satisfies my sweet tooth ^^ Pink Peach Tea 新粉蜜桃 - MUST ORDERRRR! Definitely popular amongst the ladies because it is so pink and pretty! Also very good with or without the cheese cream top! Whole Orange Tea 滿紛爆橙 & Berries Tea 莓莓搭 - Both drinks are super refreshing! I enjoyed berries the most! It is recommended to add cheese cream top to the berries one ;) Camellia Jelly Lemon Tea 茶花鮮檸 - The clear jelly is infused with real sakura flowers inside! The store does NOT recommend this one with cheese cream top unless you're feeling adventurous lol. . . . Tips: No need to adjust sugar level here at Sun Tea. Do regular sugar or 75% sugar is perfectly fine. Trust me, their drinks are not too sweet!

For a foodie meetup, my foodie friends and I had to get some boba at SunTea! They are mainly based in Scarborough and Markham and recently opened up their North York location! The shop was super cute with simple colors and great lighting. I got their Brûlée Boba Milk Tea. ----- The Breakdown: Brûlée Boba Milk Tea | 8/10 | $5.49 -milk tea with cream brûlée custard topped with tapioca that was dipped in brown sugar -balance of sweetness from the brown sugar and custard with the milk tea -tapioca was pretty chewy Follow @debeats_ for more new boba spots in Toronto/North York!

Mango Green Tea with Agar . Taste : 9/10 Price : $6.49 + tax Worth it: 9/10 . Visited @sunteato for the first time not too long ago and my expectations were blown away. Good vibes in the store, drinks are made with real fruit pulp, and not overly sweet. Tucked away in Langham Square of Markham, Sun Tea is definitely my favorite go-to bubble tea in the plaza. I will be back

Bubble tea places are so common these days that it's hard to find a new quality location. Sun Tea is a very welcome addition to the Langham Place mall with a variety of milk or fruit teas. The highlights for me are for sure their fruit teas. Highly refreshing, not overly sweet and overall super delicious. My two favourite drinks are their Pink Peach tea or Grapefruit Mango Coconut milk. Add agar for an extra chew! Service has always been super friendly and they'll make recommendations or notify you of new drinks. The location itself is very small but cozy for a quick meet up with a friend. You can always grab a snack too as they are currently serving the Japanese soufflé pancakes (keep in mind it takes time). They previously also had dorayaki and will be bringing that back soon. If you're in the plaza, you need to give them a try!

My friend recommended me their strawberry baby pancake but sold out. So I picked the mango flavour. The mango sauce is light and not too sweet, which goes very well with the pancake. The pancake itself is so fluffy and definitely satisfies your taste buds! I ordered purple sticky rice and tofu milk tea as it's got an interesting name which sounds more like a dessert. The tofu pudding within the drink is so good!

Pink peach tea slush with cheese top

New BBT places keep popping up almost every month, but having a fruit focused bbt place is always a nice welcome in the Markham community. Located in the ever busy Langham square, it's a small little store that has a modern feel to it with a long bench on the right and many posters of their drinks to the left. Their Pink peach tea slush (with option to add cream cheese top for extra money) is my absolute favourite! The colour is so pretty and it's so refreshing and of course absolutely delicious! No need for extra toppings, but of course you can add them if you wish! They use fresh fruit in all their drinks so no worries of them using some kind of syrup like other bbt places. Of course, this comes with the downsides of cost. This place a little more pricier than others because of the fact that they use fruit here, but it's still definitely worth trying this place out! One star out because I also tried their lychee tea and it was only alright and I didn't think it had enough flavour besides the added sugar. They do use a points system here (10 drinks=1 free drink), but come on...physical cards? Rarely do these tea shops use them anymore because it's another thing to worry about losing. I hope they consider using an app where you can enter a phone number. Much easier and also saves a bit of trees from the use of unnecessary paper. Will be back again some time in the future!

Pink peach slush (melted a bit in the car ride home)

Now that it's summer, staying hydrated while pleasing the taste buds is so key. A slush sounded perfect for a hot almost summer day so I went with the pink peach slush, no toppings. The drink came in a very sturdy reusable plastic cup that had a mini cover that snaps into place to protect where you sip from. I didn't get any toppings for the drink and I feel like it didn't need any. I didn't make any modifications to the drink (not sure if they were available) but it was perfectly peachy! It seemed like there were very tiny pieces of peach pulp in there that was pretty cool. Great drink all around!

Brulee milk tea, taro and glutinous rice milk tea
Tammy N.

I got the Taro and glutinous rice milk tea. I interpreted this wrong as I thought it would be taro milk tea with glutinous rice as a topping The glutinous rice gave an interesting texture. I think I'd try their other flavours next time though, they have so many pretty looking bubble teas!

Brulee milk tea

Pretty standard milk tea at $5.49? (no creme brulee flavour despite the drink being named 'brulee mt'), nothing special about it however the store interior is very aesthetic and the cashiers were friendly. One of the better boba places to grab a drink here in this plaza imo.

Where do I start with this review? I'd like to say I can check off all the boxes from cleanliness to staff friendliness. The establishment is still new, so everything was so clean and nicely decorated. You get a very modern feel to it, a very neutral colour set in furnishing~ I really dig that! I guess the saying, "less is more" really stands out. What I'm more impressed about are the drinks. All their drinks are served with fresh fruits. They are all absolutely refreshing, hands down. I think my go to drink would be the pink peach tea. When you look at it, you'd think there would be some kind of syrup in it because it looks really pink. They actually mix crushed dragonfruit and peach together to get that vibrant colour in the drink. They also have the option to put on a cheese top. Initially you'll think it's gross, but I gave it a shot and it wasn't that bad. I think it's more so a psychological thing where you think cheese is just for either pizza or dessert. Well, I guess drinks are desserts too? Lol I also had the orange tea, berry tea and passion fruit pineapple tea. The passion fruit pineapple and the orange tea were very close seconds. They were both uber refreshing, like you're drinking water for the first time after a 20k marathon. Each sip was cool and you feel it going down. The berry tea was also really nice, but berry isn't always on the top of my list lol. All their drinks requires full sugar as they do not use any added syrups. Any less the drinks will be bitter, unless you like it that way. I also had a chance to try their baby pancakes! Amazing little things I tell ya. They have matcha, blueberry, red bean and a few other flavours. Wasn't able to try all of them, but judging by what I had I'd say they'll all be pretty darn good. Love my snacks, so I may be a little biased lol. Man, I really enjoyed my stay here. Just loved how the drinks were all (mostly) fruit based and no fruit syrups are added. I would definitely come back when I get the chance. Solid full stars!

Mango Green Tea with Agar

Mango Green Tea with Agar, my go to drink for Sun Tea. This place has been open for awhile in my area but never got the chance to try all the drinks. Sun Tea has a focus on fresh fruit teas which I love. It's refreshing, tastes delicious and the presentation is nice!

Outstanding. Honeydew tea slush with added cheese foam is perhaps the best tea drink I've ever had. Doriyaki and milk tea is also great.

For me, the drink itself is about 4/5 (barley milk tea), but my overall experience is what brings this up to a 5. When I walked in, I was greeted with the staff there who were very friendly. I wasn't sure what I wanted, so I had stepped aside to look at the menu. They noticed and didn't pressure me in taking my order, but instead asked if I had any questions and had let me smell the tea leaves. For a more upscale bubble tea store, I appreciated that very much. I ended up getting the barley milk tea, and the flavour did not disappoint. The barley taste definitely came through, and it wasn't too sweet. Note: for sweetness level, get one lower than what you normally get. Trust me :) Overall I would come back when I'm in the area and craving for bubble tea to try other drinks. The only negative is that I wished they had barley as a topping, but overall the topping upcharge is pretty expensive than average. But recommend to give this place a try!

There is plenty of parking out front and a small lot just east of the shop. The lobby is quite large and will be interesting to see how the seating situation will be once the province is fully reopened. The menu wall is quite extensive and will take a little while to get a good understanding of what you truly want. The ordering experience needs a little work as the partition barrier blocks 90% of everything being communicated. Good barrier for the transmission of the virus and so too your voice. The echo of the music does not help matters much also. The order took 20 minutes beginning to end with one order ahead of me. This review marks my 1,400th one. Crazy!…read more It's fitting that I would do a bubble tea place, as it describes how I tick. Kung Fu Tea has been around for months. Across from it is my local Scotiabank branch. I visit the drive-thru often to withdraw money, and go into the branch now and again. Every time I visit the bank, I flag getting bubble tea someday, but never go in. Why? Parking is limited, this parking lot isn't exactly crafted for safety, and there has been construction happening here for at least a year. The other night, I visited the drive-thru ABM, saw plenty of parking spots on a rainy Monday night, and decided to drop by Kung Fu Tea for the first time. I used to come here when there was a ramen restaurant a couple of doors down. It has since been replaced several times. I couldn't tell you what it is now! I walked into Kung Fu Tea and was greeted by an illuminated logo of a kung fu master and words of wisdom that looked like a kid had put each letter on a fridge door, except that it was a wall and it's permanent. I saw that there was a back-to-school deal on passion fruit green tea. Get a large for $3.99. Sold! There was one couple ahead of me. This place is bright, quaint, cozy, and clean. When it was my time to order, I entered my phone number on the touch pad for Vicinity points. Yay! The woman helping me with my order was cheerful and happy. I placed my order, and got my passion fruit green tea with no honey (it's honey and not sugar) and a bit of ice. I also got coconut jelly. It came to being over $5. I paid using my debit card and patiently waited for my beverage. This place has bubble waffles. I need to get one next time I'm here. I had just had dinner, so I wasn't down for a snack. The couple ahead of me ordered a number of drinks to go. A few minutes after they had left, my order was ready. I loved my drink. The passion fruit is blended finely. You don't drink pulp, but you know that it's real fruit when you see the residue. Its taste was fresh and bright. The coconut jelly had the perfect sweetness and chewiness. There is free wifi at this tea place. I can see myself hanging out here. It's probably the closest bubble tea place by my home, which is both good and scary. I am a fan. I'll be back. (386)

Since I was at a plaza with so many bubble tea joints that I can't keep track of them, I decided to select one that I haven't been to. It would be an easy feat. Moge Tee was a few doors down. Perfect! I walked in. I got the nicest welcome from a man behind the counter. I looked at the menu and the fresh peach oolong tea sounded great. He let me know that there are three types of peach oolong tea: - One has milk - One has cheese foam on top - One is the tea itself I wanted the last one. I went with 30% sugar because I wanted a change. I also went large. I didn't look at the menu long enough to choose toppings. I just wanted a drink. That's okay. Next time! I paid with a credit card. I also gave a tip because he was so great explaining the variants of this tea. With tax and without my tip, this drink came out to $8.42. It better be good! I looked at all the sticky notes on the wall. It reminded me of Cha Miao in Richmond Hill that has a similar setup. I will say that parking is more relaxed here. My drink was ready in no time. I was so happy. He gave me my drink and a straw. I thanked him and happily walked out of the store with my drink and dinner. I carefully placed everything in my car. I then drove home. The peach oolong tea was excellent. 30% sugar was barely noticeable. It was chilled. I loved the peach flavour that tasted like enjoying a ripe peach. I could taste the oolong tea. It was so good. Moge Tee has a membership program. I'll need to look into it. I'm a fan. I will be back. (61)
