Tip: This place is on Fantuan. I felt bad for my Fantuan app. I hadn't exercised any purchase on it for months. I finally opened it up to browse deals on Saturday evening. I was in Scarborough. I felt like a drink. I saw that a regular phoenix oolong lemon tea was $3 off on Fantuan at Jo's Cha. Yes! I decided to upgrade to a large. I got this drink with less sugar and less ice, as I wasn't sure how tart the lemon part of this drink would be. I also added coconut jelly. The app said that it would take twenty minutes for my drink to be made. I arrived at this plaza at around 8 pm. It was busy around the eateries. Luckily, I found parking next to Jo's Cha. My drink was ready much sooner than anticipated. It took ten minutes. I got out of my vehicle and headed inside the store. I liked the cheerful mascot. There were a few people waiting for their orders. There isn't a dedicated place to pick up your order. I waited patiently at the order area. A nice man behind the counter said hi. I reciprocated and showed him my Fantuan order. He nodded. My drink was in front of both of us. He asked me if I needed a bag. I declined, as I was going to drink it as I drove home. I thanked him and headed to my car. This drink was so good. I love oolong tea. The less sugar was perfect because there were a lot of lemon wedges floating at the top of my drink. The coconut jelly was in cubes and not all that sweet. It was refreshing, cold, and exactly what I needed. This place is known for mixing veggies with fruit. I'll need to try it next time and see how I feel. I'm not big on bitter melon, so you won't see me with any drink with that veggie. I loved my first experience here. I'll be back! (347) read more

Delicious but a bit too sweet for my liking, I'll order a quarter next time to be safe Almost tasted like peach lemonade! Best known for their vegetable & fruit drinks. Got curious about the spot since they specialize in vegetable mixed with fruit drinks - especially the bitter melon lemon tea. I opted for their oolong lemon tea though, as I'm not as adventurous in trying different fruits in my drink. The drink itself was very refreshing with full lime wedges that were hand smashed in the cup. The spot is very small and take out only, no seating available. Ahh the hype is real ! Been meaning to try this place for a while and we happened to drop by while there were having a BOGO. First visit we got bitter gourd and avocado mango with coconut jelly . Second time we got white peach and pandan/ watermelon and we for the Juicy peach with lemon a few rimes ! I love that they give cute fruit stoppers as well that they have random promotions . They also have really unique combinations so keeps things interesting Def will come back many many times in the near future read more

Not gonna lie, I wasn't too interested in this place initially cause I thought, what is so special about fruit and veggie drinks? Until I saw it popping up all over social media and everyone was trying the viral bitter melon lemon tea. I got the bitter lemon tea with regular sugar and ice and the phoenix oolong lemon tea 50 sugar and regular ice. Im glad I got it at regular sugar for the mutter melon cause it's not very sweet at all. I was also told that getting less ice would make my cup not full. The drink was quite refreshing but had to take a few sips to get used to and I generally really enjoy eating bitter melon. As for the phoenix oolong, they recommended 70 and up for sugar but my friend preferred less sweet. It actually tasted like hk lemon tea but less sweet. It was quite good and refreshing as well. All drinks came with an adorable topper. Smart marketing cause I would come back just for that lol The store is very small, you pretty much order and will need to wait outside. The good thing is they have a screen that shows all the # they're preparing and serving. The only downside is I waited outside and missed my number so when I went back to check, my # stayed in the preparing side instead of ready which was so confusing cause it was ready the whole time?? They should really keep all the drinks that are ready to be served or already called to be in the ready section instead of keeping it in the preparing side.. I saw this trending a while back on social media and was curious about their unique flavours. I had the White Peach Roselle Lemon Tea, while my friend had the Bitter Gourd Lemon Tea. I was a little hesitant when they recommended 70% sugar for both drinks, since I usually get 0%, but glad I trusted their recommendation. Both drinks weren't too sweet at all and definitely tasted healthier (less dessert like) than your typical bubble tea. The little veggie toppers they use on their drinks were cute as well. Nothing but good things to say about this place! Unique drinks and toppings that feel like healthier ingredients (eg. watercress instead of pearls, not too sweet , advocado) . Service was pretty past with a number system to let you know when its ready. Their marketing team was spot on with the grand opening with blind boxes and cute pins and stoppers. Taking over the old Sun Tea spot, the store front is very small in comparison... Not much room to stand when it gets busy... Right now until June 12, Jo's Cha is operating on a soft opening menu which consists of five or so drinks. It is buy one get one half off. If you show the staff that you like one of their post on their social media, you can enter into a draw. The first place prize is a mini plushie, second place prize is key chain. After determining which category you won, you then proceed to choose a mystery bag containing said gift. I also seen pop sockets as prizes, maybe you can choose exactly which veggie chatacter you want as they aren't hidden behind a bag. On their official Instagram, they mentioned that the first 100 customers daily will receive a free air fresher. I did not receive one nor did the four other people in front of me at 11am... One staff member said they will be doing buy one get one free on the weekend. I tried the waterchestnut sugar cane milk tea with 50% sugar. It was okay, was expecting more sugarcane. The jelly that came with it was a bit too sweet. Anything pandan will catch my attention so I was delighted to see pandan and mint tea on the menu. Unfortunately the mint was overpowering and the pandan was just the aftertaste... Also tried the phenix lemon oolong. The tea was oversteeped... Staff members are very nice and accommodating.
