It's always refreshing getting their bubble teas. We ordered from their Tax Break Special Promo, two large drinks for 9$ only, 3 Guys, Lychee Green Tea and Bubble Gaga. The lychee is very fruity and thirst - quenching another favourite of mine is the grapefruit green tea but didn't get it this time, while the 3 guys provides creamy and satisfying taste. This promo runs til February 15 only. Always fast and friendly service. Tidy interior with 3-4 tables and some bar stools too. Decent neutral washroom, you'll need the keys from the front to use it. Paid parking lot just beside the location.
A nice coco bubble tea location with a unique take on wall decor. As for the employees, they are really busy when it comes to their peak times. Although the space is quite small and they seem to have to really project their voices, often keeping to themselves in their own mother language if not calling out an order for a customer to pickup.
The restaurant is long and narrow, with seating on one side. There is soft, easy-listening music playing in the background. The customer service is good. We ordered the following: 1. Brown Sugar Pearl's Jasmine Milk Tea (large, $5.80+$1.00). 2. Mango Green Tea with Crystal Pearl's (large, $5.50+$0.50). You can choose the sugar and ice levels. Both drinks were monthly specials, so they only cost $4.80. They were as expected. You need to ask for a key to use their washrooms. If a staff member goes in/out of the back door, it slams extremely loudly, so be warned if you sit at the back table. There is no free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There are two gender-neutral washrooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible. There is paid neighbourhood street parking. Review 2024-003
I can always count on Coco North York to satisfy my late night bubble tea cravings! Open late until 12 am to 1 am, Coco North York is always packed and busy for anyone needing their bubble tea at any time! The quality is quite solid and a place to be relied on for any occasion!
With so many bubble tea brands being overpriced, coco's price stays reasonable and the quality is consistent. I love their new floral series, the tea and milk blends really well- reminds me of the milk tea I drank in Taiwan!
I picked up 2 drinks from cocos dragon fruit series - passion dragon fruit smoothie and dragon fruit yogurt with fresh orange. They are definitely very aesthetically pleasing and the colours are very vibrant! The passion dragon fruit smoothie was probably my favourite of the two - it has a nice taste and I enjoyed biting on the passionfruit seeds haha! Probably would not get again tho... The dragon fruit yogurt with fresh orange was okay. The oranges were very overpowering and made the drink taste like orange juice with extra pulp. Again, would not get again. Would rather eat the dragon fruit straight up LOL.
The only downside to getting a beverage from this location is having to pay for parking prior. That is unless you have a sidekick to do the job while you wait in the vehicle. One Mango Slush + Yakult please and thank you; make it quick! Refreshingly quickly.
Horrible service! Won't even listen to your order and already made it. Has option to put more or less ice and sugar but the girl lied and said there's none. No wonder people gave this location a low rating. Rather go to gong cha or chat time. To owner, I ordered and I asked if I can get less ice and sugar. She said no, my friend and I realized it was because the drink was already made so they didn't want to change it. So she told us that is not an option to put less ice or less sugar. Less sugar I understand maybe because premade I don't know but why not less ice? My friend told me because he was watching that they already made the drink before I finished asking those two options.
Coco is one of my favorite Taiwanese bubble tea shops in North America that I've tried thus far. This location of Coco was conveniently located walking distance from our Airbnb, so I wasn't complaining. The shop looks small from the front but extends pretty far back once you walk inside. Ample seating, from what it looks like, but I usually grab my drinks to go. There are always seasonal specials with unbeatable prices. At the time of when I last went, there was a $4.25 brown sugar pearl latte special that ended last week. However, I couldn't cheat on my Coco usual - 3 Guys (三兄弟) hands down my favorite drink at Coco when craving something a little sweeter. I get it with 30% sugar and let the sweet toppings (boba, grass jelly, egg pudding) do the grunt work. Nothing bad to see here. Only good things from Coco!
Love the QQ series with the taro balls in it! The tea latte ofc is more milky, the taro balls are chewy. Gave 4/5 because of the service here; I got these drinks as a giveaway prize but when I showed my information, I think there is a miscommunication between the one who contacted me through instagram and in this branch. However, I still can claim my prize, its just the one of the staff is unfriendly when making the drinks for me.
Great bubble tea place, drinks are very consistent in quality and they have frequent promotions and seasonal drinks! They offer lots of the usual toppings, but I find their custard topping is unique/uncommon compared to other bubble tea places. You can customize your sweetness and ice levels here too. Their drinks and topping syrups are generally sweeter than most bubble tea places, so keep this in mind if you usually change your sweetness levels. The only downside with this location is the slowness of the staff. It takes a bit longer than usual to get your order, regardless of how busy it is. Wait isn't too bad though, unless you come at peak hours or promotional days. It gets PACKED with customers when it's busy, but there usually aren't many that are there to sit and chill--so that option is usually open.
Just had bubble tea here (via Uber eats) for the first time and unfortunately my matcha latte was a bit too sweet. I asked for 30% sweetness and I got 50% sweetness which is why it was so much sweeter than I was expecting. Also there was a ton of brown sugar boba. Like too much imO. They were good pearls though so there's that! I'm definitely willing to give them another chance but I'll make sure I get a low amount of sugar.

This is my place to go for a quick bbt fix whenever I'm at Finch Station! This time I order the mango pomelo sago with less ice and regular sugar. It isn't the first time I order this drink so granted, I thought it would taste the same as previous locations. This locations has mango pulp (the other location I went to didn't have mango pulp included?) and at regular sugar this was VERY sweet. Last time was also at regular sugar but had a nice tart taste. If I would've known it was going to be this sweet, I would've gotten half sugar. I'm disappointed. read more
Yummy yummy and yummy!! I honestly wish for Coco to open a shop by Kennedy and Eglinton area. Maybe when I win the lottery I can open a franchise close to home :) *day dreaming* The CoCo shop at Yonge and Finch area is so close to work, I love it. So, recently I started trying different drinks and Omgee I love the Red Bean Matcha Milk Tea.. I got it was no sugar and it was still very sweet! Once I got it with 50% sugar but that's too sweet for me. read more

This was my first time at Coco after hearing that it was my friends' top choice in bubble tea, and after trying it, I definitely see why. The bubble tea is a lot more flavourful that ones I've had at similar places (Chatime, Gongcha, The Alley, Happy Lemon). I'd recommend the 3 Guys, as it came with 3 toppings, pudding, grass jelly, and tapioca. Unlike some reviews on here, I didn't wait too long for my drink regardless of the line. I probably waited for my drink for 5 minutes. The space was full, there was a line, but it didn't feel packed, and it did have a bunch of seating available. It may also be good to note that this location is equipped with free wifi. The next time I'm back in the area, I'll definitely stop by again! read more
The last time I had CoCo was almost four years ago in New York City and I missed it so much! I loved the Lemon King (it was called Lemon Dunk then) and I craved it for these four years. Thank god there's a CoCo in Toronto and I had my Lemon King again (less ice, 30% sugar). It was as good as I remembered. Nostalgia aside, the store was a little messy when I went but nothing too serious. It was also very crowded and seemingly understaffed but the drinks still came out in a reasonable timeframe and we did get a seat at a table, which was great. read more

I recently visited CoCo for the first time and had their original pearl milk tea (large was on special for $3.80!). Overall, CoCo seems to be solid choice for bubble tea in the area: they have a wide selection of milk teas and fruity teas, the portion sizes are really generous (the large milk tea - as pictured - is HUGE) and the staff are super friendly and efficient. Despite being located off of Yonge street, along Finch Ave. W, I was surprised to see crowds inside the store on a weekday evening, and all the tables were filled! I found that the original milk tea was a little light or mild in flavour (I had half sugar, half ice), while it was still quite yummy. Since there are a lot of bubble tea places in the neighbourhood to choose from, I'm not sure if this will ever be my go-to, but I will have to give CoCo another chance to see if their roasted milk tea has a stronger tea flavour. read more
Love me some Coco! The drinks here are very yummy! Pros: - Drinks: The drinks here are great! It is fairly consistent every time I come which is great so I'm not stuck wondering if I am getting the same drink or not. - Picture worthy: I would say that the fruity drinks make for cuter pictures and the huge logo beside the counter is super cute as well! Cons: - Parking: There is never any parking around the lot. You usually have to pay to park in the lot behind. - Line ups: There is usually a line up at Coco, so not so great if your trying to get in and get out. - Service: The wait time for drinks are way to long. There are times I am waiting about 15-30 minutes for one drink. Drinks I love: - Lemon King: Great refresher if you love lemon drinks! They put a whole lemon inside, it is so refreshing. My favourite drink there. - Bubble Gaga: This one is pretty sweet so I personally get 50%-80% sugar but great if you are craving passion fruit tea with coconut jelly and tapioca. - 3 Guys: Great milk tea option if you are craving for tons of toppings as well. It comes with tapioca, grass jelly and pudding. read more
It was my first time to this location and I liked their huge mural of the CoCo logo. It smelled so sweet and delicious when I entered the store. I ordered the Lemon Winter Melon Juice in large and added grass jelly to it. K ordered the Fresh Grapefruit Green Tea. They was from their new fresh grapefruit drink series. He got a large and also added grass jelly to it too. Both drinks were 0% sugar and I asked for no ice with mine. The two drinks were true to their tastes and definitely were sour due to the acidic fruit content. I liked it! read more

Good CoCos location. Only flaw is that they sometimes give you the hot drinks in the regular plastic cups (not the cups made for hot drinks). read more

Literally THE BEST bubble teashop in Toronto! We ordered a large milk green tea with grass jelly and a large black tea macchiato for today. The milk green tea was so smooth and went very well with the grass jelly. Tea macchiatos are my all time favorite!! They carry various types of tea macchiatos with their homemade milky mousse melting on top of their signature tea! Btw, all pudding lovers should try adding pudding to your favorite tea. Love their pudding! Very soft and creamy and goes well with all kinds of milk tea! Their tea tends towards the sweet side. So I recommend to order less sugar or adjust the sugar level according to your taste. Although the teashop located in the busiest intersection (Yonge/Finch), the parking was very convenient. There is a huge parking lot on the east side of the shop. Nice service, cozy and comfy environment, fair price and unbeatable taste! Can't wait to try out every tea on their menu!! read more
I feel as if I'm back in Taiwan with so many bubble tea shops every few steps away from home! Coco is the latest addition to the Yonge and Finch neighborhood. The drinks menu doesn't have as much variety as the other tea shops but my favorite here is the 2 Ladies and the 3 Guys (weird names , I know). They have the best combo of toppings! For a limited time Coco was passing out VIP cards that gives you 10% off your order in the future. I doubt there are anymore left! Service was pretty mediocre - better than Chatime but not as good as Sharetea. This location has plenty of seating and if you drove, there's a public parking lot right next door! read more
I had no choice but to check this place out since I have SO MUCH LOVE for bbt and it was also featured as the #1 BBT place in T.O by Blogto!! I ordered the 3 Guys as it appears to be the "go-to" drink for many Yelpers. Plus, you can't go wrong with milk tea and 3 toppings!! I ordered it with 50% sugar amd less ice. Hence the name, it contains 3 toppings: grass jelly, pudding amd tapioca. The milk tea was very creamy and the tapiocas were soft yet tender. I 'like' the drink however, I can't say that I LOVE it. I prefer my milk teas with a roasted tea flavour if you know what I mean. But! I did LOVE the pudding out of the other 2 toppings. Very creamy as well and not too sweet. Next, I tried the Bubble GaGa with less ice and 50% sugar. It was passionfruit tea with tapioca and lychee jelly. The first sip had my heart. The taste reminded me of gummy bears! It was very refreshing and I just couldn't get enough of it! So far, I like their fruit juice/tea more than their milk tea. Well, I will be back to try their yalkut drinks as I found that to be a very interesting corporation. (Also, very nostalgic as it brings me back to my childhood...) Btw, remember to present your Vincinity card. I missed out on my first visit because 1) the cashier never asked me and 2) the Vinicity sign was very unnoticeable. However, they fixed that by having the sign placed in front of the register which reminded me to use it today! read more
I came to this place since my friend recommended it to us and it got featured on BlogTo. I'm usually a huge fan of hot milk teas, but it didn't seem good to have hot tea with grass jelly or pudding (what they are known for) so I opted for a Pudding Milk Tea with Grass Jelly (30% Sugar). It was pretty good. I still found it quite sweet for 30%. I definitely prefer anything over Chatime at this point since I had it so much in the past. I can't say that they weren't similar as they were, but it was good. I enjoyed it. The pudding had a nice creamy taste. My other friends had the 2 Ladies or 3 Guys (with tapioca) and one friend had the Taro with Sago. The Taro wasn't my favourite since I prefer the fresh taro drinks I've had at other places. The sago was definitely a nice touch. The location is tucked away south west on finch. It's a good sized location with some bar seating and a few tables available. I saw a few people with their laptops so you can definitely connect to their wifi and do some work. If I'm in the area I'll definitely give this place another try. read more

Finally, I got chance to try this grand opening Coco bubble tea shop. I ordered a large caramel milk tea with Sago topping. I was impressed how good it tastes. It is very smooth and I am in love with it even I just came once. It is a good place to hanging out with friends with free WiFi, and it's very comfortable when you inside. I will definitely bring my friends and try something else next time. Maybe I will get a Lemon King next time which is currently on promotion right now. It looks very healthy with a whole lemon inside with green tea. Guys, give a try when you around Yonge&Finch, you will be shocked compared to other bubble tea shop read more
I love this place so so much! The drinks are always consistent in flavor. I always get their large bubble tea (tapioca included) with 50% sugar and less ice and they never disappoint, ever! One of my top favorite bubble tea chain shops. I tried their fresh milk tea for the first time and wow I will never look at bubble the same way again haha read more

This bubble tea shop is near finch station but sort of hidden. I like coming here as it is the closest bubble tea shop from the station. I really like the quirkiness of their bubbletea shop. A lot of their drinks have interesting and creative names. Their servers are very nice and helped me choose a drink as I had never tried their fresh drinks before. So far I have tried the Lemon King drink, which is one of their top drinks. It's very refreshing. And I love that I can actually see that my drink actually used a fresh lemon, instead of originating from a tetra pak box Lol. There is free wifi and seating available to hang. read more
This location gets 3 stars only because the customer service is a hit-or-miss, depending on the cashier who's taking your order. The lineups can be long sometimes but with Chatime and CoCo, it shouldn't strike you as a surprise when you are in one considering the location. The drinks usually taste good, wait time to get the drinks can get delayed if there's a lot of delivery orders to be picked up but my only concern is the consistency of customer service. If possible, I try to go to Yonge St. location near Dundas. My favourite drinks at CoCo are Pearl Milk Tea, Pearl Milk Smoothie, and Three Guys. read more
I came here on Sunday afternoon to try their April promotion. Bubble gaga or 3 guys, large size for $3.80 (I think it's originally priced at $5.50). I ordered the 3 guys with 70% sugar, less ice and it was so delicious! This is definitely worth it at promotional price. Just note: they told me that you can't collect vicinity points on these promotional drinks. read more

The line up was quite long at this location and it took a while to get our drinks prepared, but I know they were working hard to get all the orders out fast. I think it also depends on the time you go in to grab a drink because I went after lunch time. My favourite drink is 3 Guys which is milk tea with grass jelly, pudding and tapioca. You have the option of choosing how much sugar and ice you want in your drink which is great if you prefer little to no sugar. I personally prefer Coco's bbt over Chatime because the flavours are more rich and the quality seems better. I learned that Coco brings in all their ingredients from Taiwan to ensure the best quality and consistency in all their franchise locations. It would be great if they open up a store in Woodbridge, that way I don't have to drive all the way to North York to get my bbt fix! read more
