The service is consistently warm, and the pastry case is hard to resist. We've tried many of their cakes, and the blackcurrant queen cake is hands down our favorite--tart, elegant, and just sweet enough. Their salted caramel croissant is beautifully laminated and filled with just the right amount of caramel. In fact, their croissants across the board are solid--flaky, tender, and buttery without being greasy. The sourdough bread is excellent, and the espresso drinks are reliably strong and well-crafted. It may look like Paris inside, but don't let that inspire your inner Francophile--the staff are lovely, but no one's following your French. Still, this is the kind of place that keeps regulars coming back. We're definitely among them.

We had the opportunity to order through a kiosk or in person, and we opted for an in-person order which included a discount through the app. The drinks and donuts were ready rather quickly, and while there was limited seating in the Tim Hortons itself, we sat in the food court area just outside of the Tim Hortons. The staff were nice and seemed to know what they were doing. The hot chocolate was tasty and chocolatey while the donut (a Chocolate Dip Donut) had a thicker dip than I am used to, but it was delicious! This particular location is open daily from 9 AM to 6 PM, and there is no drive-through option as it is in a food court of a mall.
