    Kyoto latte

I came on a weekend and ordered a caffe latte. It was made well and pretty quick too. The quality was definitely there, but 8$ is a bit pricey! The store itself was clean and bright.

I just can't resist stopping by Arabica for an espresso macchiato every time I arrive downtown from Markham. The café is bright, inviting, and surprisingly spacious--there's always seating available, which makes it a perfect pause before heading out. Service is consistently fast and efficient, with drinks ready in about 5-10 minutes. My macchiato is always spot-on. Nothing beats that caffeine boost to kick off my downtown adventures. Arabica has become my go-to ritual at Union Station.

I got an iced Kyoto latte that was extremely overpriced ($8.48). Sure, it was better than your average Starbucks latte, but it was nothing special compared to the other local espresso specialty cafes. The service was quite rude (both the baristas and the cashier). Not recommended.

Trendy coffee spot in the underground shopping and train station... was just in the area and needed a quick fix, the line moved pretty swiftly and before I knew it I was order.... I was in town for work and needed my morning jolt. It was a great shot of espresso... no frills little bitter just the way I like it.... Till I'm back in Toronto again

Went here for a quick drink, the atmosphere of the cafe was amazing, i liked the theme. The matcha latte on the other hand was quite disappointing, i had high expectations going into it, especially when it was $8. It tasted like super low quality watered down matcha with high sugar content. I personally wouldn't recommend the drink.

I love everything about Arabica. Their coffee, matcha, and soft serve are all so good! The drinks are on the creamy side, which I really enjoy. I like stopping by whenever I'm in the area, though I only visit occasionally since the drinks can be quite pricey. The interior feels bright and open with its fully white design. There's limited seating along the side, it was probably designed as a quick grab and go.

Great coffee, they are much quicker than the other locations. Don't be too worried if there is a queue. The service is quick and efficient.

I love % Arabica!! Very minimalistic decor, very clean, and smells great. Service was fast and friendly. Their lattes are great and the Kyoto latte is my favorite. Although it's a really great cup of coffee, it's a bit pricey for what you get.

I'd been curious about Arabica for a while, so when I happened to find myself in Union Station on a chilly February morning, I knew I had to pop in for a cup of joe. The place was quite packed when I walked in, so I was worried the wait would be u reasonable. But it was about a 10 minute wait from the time I ordered my coffee to when I got it, so clearly they know what they're doing. I wound up trying the Kyoto Latte ("Uses the % Arabica Single Origin as its base, paired with a little condensed milk, giving it a hint of sweetness, stronger aromatics, and a richer body"), and I also got a brown butter chocolate chip cookie. It's great coffee. I was really impressed by its smooth, rich flavor. The coffee flavor was fairly subtle, at least compared to other store-bought coffees I've had, but it's just addictively drinkable. The cookie was fine, but it's the coffee that's the big attraction here. I'm curious to try some of their other offerings.

Tried arabica for the first time. I got the cafe latte, it was pretty good, nothing special tho. Thankfully there wasn't a line so I didn't have to wait, but a line formed after getting my coffee. Staff were friendly and were knowledgeable. They explained the menu to us when we couldn't decide, which I really appreciated.

A little overpriced, the espresso flavour is obscured by the milk and it feels very diluted.

This location is conveniently situated by the entrance of the Bay St Promenade of the Union Retail area right in front of Union subway station. It's great for making a quick stop before and after your commute. I haven't tried their coffees, but personally think they serve one of the better matcha lattes in the city, and would purchase one whenever I pass by. The staff here are friendly, but the service is pretty average. The Union Station location is quite spacious complementing its modern, bright and airy decor.

Despite passing by Arabica so many times at Union, I haven't had a chance to try it out yet. I was looking for a small dessert right before a concert and this seemed to be a good option. The menu is a bit limited to mostly drinks as it is more of a grab and go type of location with limited seating. However they did have the matcha soft serve! Matcha Soft Serve: I got the regular size and it was the perfect portion. The soft serve was the perfect amount of matcha flavour and creaminess. Overall, I would come back again to try out their drinks. The matcha soft serve pleasantly surprised me with how amazing it was!

Not bad but also not my favourite place for matcha latte. The matcha soft serve is really good though! The place sometimes has long lineups.

Walking inside, the warm cosy lighting and long barista/display counter immediately caught our eye. While it was relatively busy, it was also fairly quiet - perfect for those who wanted a quieter space as well as those looking for soft, casual conversation. We were sucked in by the delectable looking strawberry roll cake in the display counter for an early dessert! The cake was light, fluffy, and not overly sweet, balanced with just the right amount of strawberry & whipped cream filling. We also shared a hot, unsweetened matcha latte. The bitterness of the matcha, creaminess of the frothed milk & whipped cream, and sweetness of the cake were a perfect culinary match :) Would definitely come back for another visit!

I know that the ube trend is taking over but PLEASE before you advertise your product as such, DO YOUR RESEARCH and make sure that you are actually serving the thing. I'm Filipino and not only did I feel so offended by how this tasted, I also felt like I should be refunded. First of, the ube mixture was RED. I don't know where you're getting your ube mixture from but ube is PURPLE. The powder was chunky and did not at all taste like ube. Please, I get it we all want to make money from whats popular but take time to educate yourself.
