The shop was reasonably modern and clean. There is easy-listening music playing in the background. They also sell cakes and cookies (new item) from Bakecode, their sister company. There is free WiFi. The shop is wheelchair accessible, but there is no door-open button. There is one gender-neutral washroom, but it is not wheelchair accessible. There is paid neighbourhood street parking. The tea was well brewed and not too sweet, just how I like my boba. The shop itself was wonderful with its cute aesthetics and the smell of tea filling the air.
