It's quite rare to find service as good as what I experienced at this Chatime. As soon as I entered, we were the first ones there on Saturday. We had a buy one get second cup for $0.99. There was a barista with glasses who skillfully mixed drinks and crafted teas tailored to each customer's preference. She was able to explain the difference between brown sugar boba and regular boba. No complaints on the drinks, delicious as always, and provided in non sticky cups. I will say that this place is always busy whenever I'm in the plaza, and if there is a line it can take a bit of time. No different than any other location mine you, the staff in the back are clearly making drinks as fast as they can. It's the closest chatime to me (thank goodness) and no where else provides better bbt so I'll continue to support. read more

Nothing bad to say about this location besides that it get's a bit busy sometimes and they are slow but the staff are so nice and their drinks are good (but also tastes the same as the other locations). My favourite drink is the jasmine jade milk tea with pearls. It's good to have cold in the summer and hot in the winter! Also this spot has lots of seating. So great to hang out with friends here for dessert or if you need to study. read more

Absolutely love this Chatime location. Never too busy, staff are nice, and the bubble tea is delicious. Having customizable ice and sugar levels was a total game changer, and I love saving a little bit of money with every purchase on the app. My fav is the matcha latte with oat milk, but the classic milk tea is always great too. Only downsides are the price (though honestly, not much more than Starbucks these days) and that not every drink can be made with oat milk (for those of us not friends with lactose). But many can now, which is great. Also, get the brown sugar tapioca, totally worth the splurge. read more

This location is HUGE! It's spacious with lots of seating available and plenty of tables, perfect for groups. There's also a roomy waiting area, which is a nice change from all the cramped downtown locations. Drinks are pretty standard and nothing to write home about. Everything was made correctly and quickly, staff was pleasant; There were no hiccups even as a new location. I visited this location on a Saturday night. They were fairly business but they had lots of staff working, so the wait was minimal. They're located inside The Stockyards Village plaza (in Menchie's old space) next to Philthy Philly's by the roundabout. This plaza also has plenty of (free!) parking available. I`m so glad they're finally open! (They've been open since August 20th - I`m just late.) Definitely check out this location, if you're around the area. read more

Let's start off 2019 with a bang. This location is very convenient for me and it was near my bday date and got a notification that I am eligible for a free drink. Location is huge and it was quite busy, which is good. Means they are doing their job of serving the patrons. Ordered the grass jelly milk tea without the sugar or ice. It taste the same as every other chatime location which is nice. Enjoy spreading the love of bubble tea by checking out this location, there are plenty of parking spots and probably the only store front that is still open to just bbt and chill. read more

Chatime has arrived at Stockyards! I know this location is new and the staff is still in training but I've gone twice now and have had incorrect orders on both occasions. The first time, it was painfully slow - like 20 minutes to make two drinks and one drink wasn't even correct. The second time I went, my drink was missing red bean even though it was the Red Bean Milk Tea! The line was too long both times for me to mention it to the staff. I'll still give it another chance but this location really needs to get it shiz together. read more

Location is always slow in making drinks. They concentrate more on Uber orders than in person. So I learned to use the UberEats app to do a pick up order. They also charge you for trays and bags now even though their bags are paper and not plastic anymore. 15 cents.. for either a tray or a bag.. I find it really confusing and weird that they would charge you for something like that when McDonalds, Tim Hortons or anywhere would give you a tray for free if you order many drinks. But.. how is that when you order through Uber and get it delivered, you get the tray and bag? Doesn't make sense at all. Other than that.. the drinks and desserts are good. read more

Great Chatime in the Stockyards! West of Spadina the bubble tea selection really dwindles but this location is worth the drive from the Humber Bay area where there's nothing but Asian restaurants with house "bubble tea". As soon as you enter you get a rush of tea scents and the cool interior with cement walls and neon signage. +1 because they sell Bake Code pastries at this store. Came on a Friday night and it wasn't very busy, tables were sticky and some wet made for hunting down a clean place to sit a chore though considering there was lots of staff behind the counter. Fantastic service with and extensive menu for bubble tea and dessert. I recommend calling ahead as this location gets quite busy during weekends. They also added oat milk as a non dairy alternative which is great! Tarp slush is with tapioca and the lychee Qi juice with jelly are my favourites! read more

Ordered 3 drinks and only 1 was made correctly. It was not too busy at this location (went right after opening), so not sure what the issue was? First drink didn't have a label. Staff mistakenly pricked the drink on top and so the drink leaked a bit from the top. The bottom of the cup seemed to be a bit squashed and seemed to also leak a bit. I had ordered oat milk and the drink was made without oat milk (so paid extra for nothing..). Also asked for brown sugar pearls and got regular pearls, so again.. paid extra for nothing. Second order with oat milk also did not have the oat milk in it. While I like Chatime, I hope they get their act together at this location.. read more

Not the greatest experience for my first time at this location. the drinks were average, they weren't the issue. the staff is extremely slow and waited for about 15 minutes for 1 drink...while we were pretty much the only people waiting for service. Frankly, i'm disappointed. read more

Love the customer service!!! Everyone is so nice and welcoming when they take your order. I would rank 5 stars but they're very inconsistent with the Matcha Latte. I asked for 80% sugar and it didn't taste that sweet, more matcha like to be exact. Other than that the place is wonderful! read more
